Really nice stay

Great place for family vacation

In the midst of covid 19 outbreak in Florida, they did very little in terms of cleaning, The whole place was disgusting, from elevator doors to bathroom showers, to carpet. I had to clean the showers again when we checked in, it was disgusting, hairs from previous guests in the shower to other things. The dishwasher was falling out of its place, very old washer and dryer. I would not recommend that place. We never received a phone call from the owner to check in on our stay. Lots of construction behind the Property every morning I was awake by construction vehicles beeping.. the Property needs updating Very old and run down. Stay away from this complex. You been warned.

Matt was so helpful with every question I had and always quick to respond. We’ve stayed at the Wyndham before but this was our best trip yet. Can’t wait to return!!

Great Stay, Property was very nice. Room was clean and spacious. Pool(s) were clean. Staff was nice and responsive. Would stay again for sure. The only disappointment was check-in. Room was to be ready at 4pm. Was told room is "ready but not inspected" and they could give no time frame as to when it would be ready. "You will get a text when room is ready" was the standard answer. At 5:30 still no text. Asked for a supervisor and magically room was ready.

Easy to rent through VRBO

I think we were expecting to have a relaxing vacation by the pool and that was not the case. My husband and our 2 children 12 and 15 were excited to spend some time but the pool and relax, unfortunately the pool was not a relaxing experience. It started with people being able to smoke anywhere in the pool area, there is supposed to be a pool concierge, however he was not around, next was a lady in the pool with a large bag of food, eating out of it while swimming around, someone next to us smoking weed and then a man laying out sunbathing on his stomach with his pants down to suntan his butt. I felt like it was Walmart/ NASCAR with zero rules. I will give them some credit, I complained and the next day the pool concierge was there and the experience was great, the next day he wasn’t and it was terrible. No fault of the owner, but this is not a place I would ever visit again or recommend.

Beautiful property and room. My only minor complaint is that the pool closed early. I believe 7 p.m. is a little too early to close, but with Covid rules I understood.

The ONLY VRBO filter Used was beachfront properties only! This property came up and photos clearly shows condos on the beach by the public fishing pier. The photos of this property are NOT the property you are assigned at check in. Our room was dirty, had roaches and was 12 MILES from the beach. When we spoke to the front desk she told me maybe I brought the roaches or left out food that attracted them. I was furious! Why would I pay to fly a family of 5 (3 small children) rent a car for the week, and then NOT be on the beach for spring break. Instead, every morning we had to load up all beach gear and 3 kids and drive to pay for parking at the public parking area. VRBO needs to make them change their listing wordage and photos at the least. Do NOT rent from Wyndham- they only care about keeping the rentals full and not customer service. Overall, very dissatisfied with Wyndham and VRBO for taking advantage of people.

We Definately missed the hot tub being open but respect entirely covid restrictions. We really returned fir the nightly one man entertainment you had last year. Not ha big housekeeping was tough fir a whole month. Even if we could have just had floors toilets tubs and kitchen done even once. We also were quite unhappy with all the kids/ young families some of whom seemed to have really taken advantage of the 2 bedrooms with way too many loud kids not being supervised. All in all, staff was lovely.

Beautiful resort, helpful staff, and great location. The rooms were clean, spacious with great views. Kitchen had all cookware & utensils stocked. Short drive to the beach. Check-in & check-out was a breeze. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

All was good except check in we waited till 4:00 to check in. Room wasn’t ready till 7:00pm. Manager refunded $100 to our account.

Very clean well stay again😍😍

We were two adult couples travelling to Palm Aire to visit a friend and enjoy some warm weather. The two bedroom unit was perfect for our week long stay. The unit had been recently refurbished and had all of the amenities we needed. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. The friendly staff was helpful. The only negative was the presentation by the RCI vacation group. Three hours of high pressure sales people was too much. We will never listen to that type of presentation again. Overall, the week stay was wonderful.

Great stay for a big family

The Palm Aire condo was perfect. Very easy checkin. Condo had everything I needed. Kitchen had everything I needed. Bed rooms were very spacious with very comfortable beds. The condo was spotlessly clean. Great location close to shopping a restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

My family of 5 had an enjoyable stay at the Wyndham Palm-Aire. The condo was a perfect size & in great condition. The facility had multiple pool areas and other activities to keep everyone entertained.

The condo was lovely (perfect for the 4 of us). Everything about the trip was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will be back again!

Everything was great for the week we were there. The staff was extremely helpful and couldn't have been nicer. The outside areas were beautiful as always.

We just spent 5 weeks at Wyndham Palm Aire. The people were friendly, the service was attentive, the suite was clean and comfortable, local entertainment was fun, groceries and shopping and great restaurants were within walking distance. And best of all, the sun was shining! What is not to Love? We intend to return next year for more of the same. V. Coates

I loved the resort and all it's offerings. There was just a couple of hitches and I think one of them were being addressed the day we departed. There was too much noise inside and outside the building. The exhaust fans need to be updated throughout the apartment. The generator sounded off for 45mins late on Sunday night. The chiller was being replaced the day we left hopefully that will eliminate some of the noise. Besides the noise the property is lovely.

Matt the owner was exceptional in his communications. The unit was very clean but it is a dated resort (travel weekly I believe states it was built in 1971). If you want the feel of a 1980s resort this is it. It worked very well for my family especially my preteen son. There are many perks like beach access to the sister resorts and a number of pools, activities and entertainment on site for children and adults. There are many stores such as Walmart and Winn Dixie and eateries nearby. There is actually a casino across the street. Thank you Matt for being a great host. I would highly recommend this resort and use it again. Just a word on TIMESHARING and not part of the review - This is an active time sharing unit, so you have the option to attend the presentation and Matt the owner warns you about it and that you can decline. If you do attend, you have the option of a 100 dollar gift card or 7 free nights. I actually accepted the tour and did get 7 free nights, however, when I received the 7 free nights as part of the package most of the stays required an upgrade fee. The resorts that did not require an upgrade fee appeared to be beat up. Also, the tour claims it is 1.5 hour but ours was about 2.5 hours. To avoid everything, tell them you are not going to sign anything today since you are not in position to spend that much money (15 to 35K).

I have stayed 6 times at palme aire but this time i found that the staff was too forceful in offering their sales pitch on time sharing. Second, the matress needs changing and 3rd pool looked dirty. The water was very cloudy
