Awesome stay at Venture Out! 618 was very nice and had everything! We had a great time for the week vacation for my boyfriend's birthday trip! We will definitely be back next year! The property managers, guard staff, neighbors were all very kind and friendly! Rent a golf cart from Lita and Sonny!!!

Nice & quiet, has small convenience store, love the 9ft swimming pool and large/spacious pool area, bikes for 4 kids and 2 adults (other toys, too), enough space for our needs and all the necessities of home -especially the washer/dryer. Perfect distance to Key West, too.

The house was good. We used the bikes on the property to go to the pool a couple times. We were pleasantly supprised to find the pool is cooled & felt great for the middle of summer. The cabinets in the house are packed so full of cups,dishes, etc there was no where to really put any groceries or food items besides the counter top. The fridge water filter needed to be changed the fridge ice machine & water from the fridge door took forever to do either one. AC was good,pleanty of towels & bedding,the applianceswere all in goid shape & working. Its a clean nice place. Would stay again. Not on the water there is a community seawall area across the street that we felt safe letting the kids fish from the seawall.

This is the perfect place to stay when in the Keys. The home was perfect for the size of our party (5), it had pretty much everything we needed and then some. The community it is in was clean quiet and had some great extras-pool, tennis/pickleball courts, rec room and great view off the sunrise. We will definitely stay here again, when we visit the Keys. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We could not have been any happier with our rental. The home is so very clean, well decorated and well stocked. Every appliance and utensil you could ever wish for, was at our disposal. All the cabinets were stocked with things that we never would have thought were going to be there. They had every from spices to Band-Aids and even aloe vera for when we got sun burnt, lol. The bikes and kayaks and kayak dollies to get them to the water were greatly appreciated. The gas grill was also great to have.
I don't think that the pictures showed the home as nice as it was. The grounds were kept amazing with lots of lush plants, trees and flowers.
We will be wanting to go back and make this a regular vacation in the future. Thank you so very much for opening your home to us.

My daughter and I stayed in Cudjoe Key to be close to Key West. The location was good. The unit had everything we needed both inside and out. We grilled and cooked which was great. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and excursions were cancelled so we spent more time in Key West than we had planned. But the unit had lots of games and the TV had the tennis channel which was very nice. All in all, it was a good time.

Beautiful house in a gated community. Comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. 35 min to Key West, close to beaches and great restaurants nearby. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

What a neat community & nice spot. The house had everything we needed for our stay so it was easy to feel at home.
Check in was really easy. I did not need to speak with Michael but that just means everything was straight-forward & easy.
The porch was a great place for morning coffee & to chill with a cocktail at the end of the day.
We had friends staying elsewhere so didn’t use the bbq or the kayaks but love that they were available. We brought on own bicycles as well but also nice that there were some there for use.
The community pool & hot tub & the swimming area were great. The beach area was nice as well. The little store was very handy & well stocked.
I would recommend for a family, or friends, vacation to the Keys. All 4 of us would stay again.

We stayed for 5 nights in this clean and neat and very handy residence in Cudjoe Key..We caught fish right form the property (this was a fishing trip for my son and me)

Just an overall great stay, great amenities (bikes, kayaks, pool etc), great location. Some nights we didn’t want to go out to eat and we absolutely utilized the great kitchen to cook a bunch of our meals.
The place was clean and everything in operating condition.

This property was so far from all the everything. The pools d hot tube was closed for renovation. The area set aside to swim in the ocean was dirty and placed right beside the fish cleaning station so it stank. The house was pretty clean but we couldn’t remove our shoes without getting black feet. Nice house but we would not stay again. Really disappointing that we could not use the pool or hot tub.

Absolutely perfect! The only complaint I would have is that the fishing rods are useless. Previous guests obviously didn't rinse the rods with freshwater. The one rod that wasn't seized up, we broke the tip quickly. We bought some stuff to make it through our trip, fishing wise. We did not travel with any gear and that's our fault. I would suggest the owners remove "fishing rods" from the listing. They're garbage if no one takes care of them. Everything else was absolutely perfect!

The home and community was very nice, only issue was the refrigerator smell like fish. Needs a thorough cleaning. There was a few ants. TV cable was slow and TV control was difficult.

Nice property. Parking is a pain. Need new fans in the bedrooms. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! On site laundry was a plus!! Fit our family of four comfortably!

Great property. We loved everything it had to offer. Our only complaint would be having to leave the A/C on 74. It was hot in the 2nd bedroom. Had to buy a fan. Sometimes the house was 78 degrees. We had all the ceiling fans on high, the attic fan as well as our own personal fans. I even called the property number and left a voicemail but no one called us back. Other than that, it was very enjoyable.

This was our 2nd time renting this house and we love everything about it! This year there were a couple uncontrollable issues but the property management team came out to correct them immediately. This house really has it all, from kayaks, bikes, beach and pool equipment, plenty of outdoor seating, linens, fully equipped kitchen items and so much more. We will book this house again next year.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at the property. We spent a lot of time on other keys so the location was great as a starting point for our adventures. The property was outfitted with everything we needed and just as advertised.

Clean inside and out. The whole complex is well kept. The amenities are great. The pool is awesome with easy access to the ocean to swim or fish. The middle of the Florida Keys it’s pretty short travel to stores and restaurants and 25 min from key West. We’ll be back in the future and recommend to family and friends.

What a great place! The house was very clean and everything about it was great. Check in was easy and every security guard that we talked to when we came through the gate was very friendly and helpful. We loved the bikes to ride to the pool and hot tub or just to ride around the neighborhood. It was quite and relaxing. All of the amenities were great for our son and it was great to have everything we needed to play ball, etc. at the house. Wish we could have stayed longer and we hope to be back!
