We really enjoyed our stay in Northstar. The condo was exactly as advertised and more. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. We took advantage of going online to order groceries and they were delivered and all put away when we arrived. The decor was charming and cozy and the location was perfect. The ski lockers just off the elevator on the first floor made it easy and the gondola was a very short walk (maybe 50 yards or less). We had over 20” of snow while we were there and it was beautiful. And the skiing was great! We look forward to coming back next year!!

Did a short stay at Northstar Village Condo. Beautiful condo with views of the mountain. Condo was wonderfully clean and well equipped. Check in and out super easy and communication with owner/manager was very helpful and much appreciated.

We had such a great time at this property. We really felt like we were in the heart of North Star and as skiers, the gondola was steps away from the front door of the condo entrance. We had our twin infant boys and we had a great time rolling them around the village. The place was clean, stocked, and super comfortable for our family. Thank you Kathy for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful place with everything you could possibly need, from nice silverware and flatware to kids toys and games, even coffee and some other condiments on site. Northstar village is always fun, with the ice rink turned roller rink in the summer with fun Friday night activities.
We love our time at the Lake and Northstar is a a good location to get to many different spots.
We were a bit frustrated after a 5-hour drive that the check-in attendants would not allow us to get into our condo 30mins prior to scheduled check-in time. We had to message the property owner, who luckily was very prompt in granting permission. However, it seems like the hospitality desk should know whether a room had been made up by that point, so we didn’t have to do the extra layer of communication. With three kids under 6 and a long car ride, that 30mins made a big difference, so thank you Dexters!

What an amazing stay. Something for everyone in my family. Snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowball fights in the heated pool. Wine on the patio while watching the sun go down and gondola go up ;)

If you're looking for everything in a condo to make your stay the absolute best, this is the place. The location is ideal. the absolute best in all of the village. The condo presents exactly as featured on the listing. The owner Kathy is awesome. From start to finish she remained in contact to make sure all of our needs were met. When my daughter left a necklace behind, her cleaner Shelley found it, and the two of them worked in tandem to deliver it to us at home. They went above and beyond. We look forward to renting here again in the summer! Thank you Dexter family!

We had a fabulous time at this property. It was so close to the gondola. It made skiing easy and so accessible. The ski closet was also a plus!!!
The condo itself is as pictured. It has a beautiful view of trees and the ski run right outside the window.
The kitchen is incredibly well appointed. We are foodies, and appreciated the spices, the special touches, the appliances, and all of the utensils to make a great meal. So appreciated the details on this lovely home.
The beds and pillows were comfortable. Everything was very clean. We would stay here again.

This property was fantastic as far as location and convenience and the owners were very responsive to questions. We didn’t need to move the car from underground parking for 5 days and enjoyed amazing skiing, ice skating and food steps outside the door!

Amazing location right by the gondola
We had a wonderful time staying at this condo for a week in February. The location is perfect and convenient to the gondola, ice rink, ski school, and restaurants in the village. The indoor parking and ski lockers also added to the convenience. Definitely would consider staying here again.

Perfect Luxury Northstar Condo
This condo is just beautiful and the most well equipped we have ever stayed. The kitchen was stocked with the most incredible appliances and every item you would ever need to whip up a fabulous mountain top meal. There is a selection of books, games and puzzles for those not out on the slopes. And the condo was spectacular with tasteful beautiful mountain decor. We loved staying and hope to be back next year.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this condo. It was very well stocked with everything you could think of and then some! Absolutely gorgeous!!
We decided on this property based on pictures and quick response to booking. This is the first I have ever used VRBO but I was very impressed with the whole process. This property did not disappoint! The pictures are exactly what you get. We booked for an R&R retreat and that is exactly what we did. It felt like home! This property was stocked beyond our expectation for the comforts of home. Clean, well maintained, and very very comfortable! The beds were plush and I slept better than at my own home. Our visit was during the off season, so many of the resort accommodations were closed so it was quiet and exactly what we were looking for. We will be back to Tahoe soon and will be looking to stay at this property again!

Wonderful property, the details make the difference!
We had an amazing long weekend. The condo was spotlessly cleaned and stocked with anything you might need. The kids had fun with the puzzles and games and we loved the big screen TV and Bose sound system. The kitchen was great with every pot, pan or utensil you can imagine. The bedrooms are lovely furnished and the beds are super comfortable. The bathrooms are great with a beautiful shower and soaking tub. We loved having the dedicated parking and how easy it was to get from the garage to the condo. The host, Karen, was easy to work with and was super fast in response. We will definitely be going back - not soon enough. This condo will not disappoint!

This place was beautiful. It made for a great Tahoe experience. It really set the mood for our trip.
I only want to stay at Kathy’s condo when I go snowboarding at Northstar. The parking is located right under the room, the gondola is directly below the complex, and it’s right in the middle of the village. You can’t beat the convenience of this place.

We loved every minute of our stay at Big Horn 508! The condo was very clean and cozy. The owner was super helpful with any needs we had. The kitchen was totally stocked with everything we could ever want to cook with. We were at Northstar during an off season so things were very low key in the Village, but we were more than happy to stick around the condo. We mainly went to the hot tub, fitness room, ate and played games, catching up on some much needed time with the family! It was a perfect getaway for us!😊

Great condo in a beautiful location
I don't know where to start. Ms Dexter was totally responsive to all our questions. Clean, quiet, great electronics, and kitchen equipment. Good directions for using everything. Comfortable beds. Well supplied with paper products, dishwasher and laundry supplies. Full line up of cable channels. Wifi has great speed. Balcony is on the quiet side away from the skating rink. Some food options in the Northstar complex. Truckee and everything you could need is just a few minutes away. The North Lake Tahoe area is a great summer vacation location. We don't ski, but it is clear that this condo would be perfect in winter also.
