My husband and I and our kids enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and tidy. Had everything we needed

We had a lovely vacation at the most perfect condo. The location was quiet but close enough to the pool, the clubhouse and an easy walk to town. There were adequate supplies and cooking gear for anything we wanted to cook. No problems.

We only used the pools one time due to the weather being a little chilly but the pool itself and area was very clean! The location was perfect being so close to shopping and the pier! It really felt like a home away from home with how cozy it was! Will be staying again in the future.

The location was great and the property was beautiful. The condo neighborhood was quiet and was stocked with the basics we would need for our stay. My family enjoyed the neighborhood table tennis and pool. The condo was neat and the rooms appeared clean. Unfortunately there was black mold in almost every air vent in the ceiling. We contacted the property managers as soon as we saw the mold, took photos and was told someone would come inspect the mold. We never got a return phone call and it did not look like anyone came to inspect or clean because the mold was still there our entire stay. As a result of the black mold, my family and I all have cold-like symptoms including sneezing, cough, and congestion. Some of us have asthma, so we’re a little more sensitive to mold exposure. I don’t like leaving a bad review, but I feel the communication lacked from the property managers and could be improved.

We recently visited Saint Simons Island for fall break. The condo was in a great location. Close to the pier and lots of wonderful restaurants. It was clean and well stocked. The property manager, Mary, was awesome. The bathtub would not drain after my daughter took a bath and she worked tirelessly on Saturday and Sunday to get a plumber out there to fix it. We really appreciated it because we truly needed two bathrooms with two teenagers in tow. We would recommend this listing as a place to stay for sure.

This was by far the best experience that I have had for a place to come visit my family that still live there.
