I am missing the astounding view of The Tetons from this magnificent house.
Our stay was so beautiful and peaceful and comfortable; we didn’t want to leave.

And, the supermarket in Driggs has any and everything you could want. We stocked up in Jackson before heading out because often grocery stores in small towns have limited selections. Not in Driggs! So happy it is there.

This property is amazing for a group of couple friends or multiple family’s coming together. The house has separate living areas with a large kitchen/living room to gather. We used the home to house our bridal party during our wedding. Highly recommend to stay here and enjoy the Idaho side of the Tetons. Also Bill was very easy to communicate with and gave lots of helpful information.

This home is absolutely beautiful! We had a family gathering with 9 people ages 18 to 80. There was a place for everyone, and everyone was comfortable. The common spaces are perfect for cousins to gather away from parents/grandparents, and the views are breathtaking. We spent much of our time outside on the decks enjoying the weather and views. Home was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Thanks for a perfect vacation!

This place is amazing! It is such a beautiful house and has such a spectacular view! We loved all the furniture, the layout, the kitchen- all of it! It was a real pleasure to stay there!
It is an hour and a half drive to the West Yellowstone entrance, an hour and a half drive to Jackson Hole, and about two hours drive to Grand Teton National Park. We enjoyed the beauty and scenery of all three of those places!
We were surprised that this house is an end unit in a cluster of four houses that are very close together. We thought it was more secluded, but we didn’t see or hear anyone during our stay, so it was not an issue. We hiked down to the river there one morning, which was nice, too.
All in all, it was such a wonderful stay! We very much appreciate the owners sharing their beautiful place with us!

Beautiful home with panoramic views of the Tetons! The home is extremely well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, there are incredible views from nearly every room, and the neighborhood was extremely quiet and peaceful. We ventured into Grand Teton NP and Jackson while staying there and it’s a super easy drive into Driggs for nearby restaurants too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This house is the best we have ever rented. The house is quite large with first class furniture, finishings and amenities. It is perched on a cliff above the Teton River looking across a plain at the Tetons. The views are mind-blowing. It is so captivating that we sat and looked out every chance we had. It is a bit of a drive to Driggs and Targhee, but the Teton Valley is so scenic, that we did not care one bit. The canyon area the house overlooks attracts many birds. We saw several bald eagles and heard an owl one night. The host is quite responsive and we have stayed in another of his properties in the Tributary. Loved it so much that we are heading back in a week. I can't imagine how fun it would be to stay here in the summer. Best ever!

This home worked out very well for our (2) families. Way more than enough room for 4 adults and 5 teens. We found it very clean, well stocked, great location!!. The view out the main room window is simply breath-taking!!! Thank you for helping make our winter trip to the Teton Valley so great!

The River Rim House greatly exceeded our expectations!! This home is absolutely beautiful!! Pictures do not do it justice…you have to see it for yourself! The views are breathtaking! We had six Mule Deer come right up to the back porch and our grandson’s (actually all of us) thought it so cool! Bill and DeDe have furnished their home with beautiful decor and comfortable furniture/beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need during your stay. When we return to this area in a few years, this will certainly be our go-to rental!

This was our first trip to the ID/WY area. Just beautiful country! The house was perfect for our family, the view was spectacular and great fishing in the river. It was a longer drive than we anticipated to Jackson Hole and the National parks.

This spacious, well equipped, tastefully decorated home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The views from every room were spectacular! There was ample space for everyone and allowed for all age groups (4-70 in our case) to enjoy it. We especially enjoyed the access to the river and being able to fly fish and play in our “backyard”. Access to Jackson and Yellowstone was easy enough. The owners were so easy to work with and made us feel welcome and special. We has the best time visiting a part of the country we love and can’t wait to come back!

The house hosted 3 families - 6 adults and 5 children - exceptionally well. Lots of room for everyone and great gathering spaces, with amazing views of the Tetons. We would definitely consider a return visit. The only downsides are distance to activities (hiking, river rafting, etc.0 and to Driggs for restaurants and limited shopping, and lack of interested trout in the river.

Great family vacation!
We had a wonderful week in Idaho. Bill and Dede’s home is so accommodating for large groups. We are a family of 6 adults and three young children (15mos - 7 years). The “apartment wing” was especially nice for our daughter’s young family.
We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails on the back deck with exquisite views. The home was immaculate and very well stocked.
The location requires some driving to get
To the area attractions (Jackson, Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone but we didn’t mind because the home met so many of our needs and wants.

30th birthday trip
We had the best time in this gem of a property! The home was extremely clean, probably the cleanest we’ve stayed in ever! Owner and property manager were great. If your looking at homes to book don’t miss out on this home. It’s in between everything. We did everything we wanted easily! Location is excellent and extremely peaceful. The listing honestly doesn’t give it enough justice! We loved it and can’t wait to come back soon! Also, not in the listing but the home is very well spread out. We didn’t feel like we had a group because of how well spread out it was.

Amazing Views!
Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house had everything we needed and more. Beds were extremely comfortable, we slept like babies! The hot tub was very clean and offered relaxation with an unbeatable view after long days of hiking. We were definitely sad to leave!

Beautiful weather, unbelievable views, took a long snow shoe walk down by the river appreciating the wilderness and wildlife. Took advantage of the kitchen to make most meals although Driggs has some great options for food as well. Couldn’t recommend enough, more than enough space for all of us and plenty of places to enjoy the Olympics and Super Bowl. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Beautiful home and surroundings!!!
What a perfect place to really enjoy the peaceful countryside and amazing vistas. Watching the sunrise over the Tetons was beyond gorgeous and well worth traveling South of Jackson. House was exactly what we hope for and very well appointed. We’ll definitely be back!!!

Beautiful House
We rented this for a group of couples to ski Targhee and Jackson Hole. The house is about 30 minutes to Targhee and 1.5hrs to Jackson. It slept four couples comfortably. The 5th couple didn't want to sleep on a pullout in the other couple's room so; they slept on the floor in the tv game room for privacy.
It's a beautiful house, warm, comfy, and everything you need except bring garbage bags we struggled. The grocery store is a little ways away. We loved the house and can't comment on the view. We had heavy fog during our stay, so we didn't see much!

Over priced
Rented for size and hot tub. Lot of problems with hot tub constantly shutting off! Finally fixed mid way through our stay. TVs were difficult to figure out, oven takes forever to heat up, and refrigerator wasn’t very big. Otherwise it’s a beautiful house, but over priced!

Lovely Location, Very Nice House
One of the cleanest properties we've stayed in through VRBO. The house has top of the line finishes and has been very well maintained. Beautiful views of the Grand Tetons. A relaxing week during Thanksgiving. Good communication between both the owner and property manager.

Do you ever go to a VRBO and there are loads of things not working and when you bring it up with management they say, “We’re working on that.” Well, this place had not one issue!!! This is very rare! It was in such great repair and everything worked and it was well stocked and we loved it!!! The views are incredible! The house is great! I’d highly recommend this place!!

The 8 of us spent 7 days at this property, and could not have loved it more! We explored the parks and little surrounding towns, but our favorite time was spent staying home, and enjoyed the view and all the home had to offer! Thank you so much for the hospitality! We spotted moose daily around the gated community, along with fox and marmots. The home is decorated with high end art, decor and furniture. Check in was easy and any questions answered promptly. Everyone enjoyed the view from the hot tub, as well as watching the hummingbirds in the lovely gardens. We traveled to both Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks from this oasis. Perfect vacation for us and great owner and property manager!
