For our yearly R&R trip as a family of 6 - we had a shorter window to travel due to kids sports. We had always thought of Seaside for a vacation and thought that this would be the perfect opportunity to do so. The house was perfect. There was a room for each of us which made it great for getting the rest that we needed. The location was great with the Publix near by and a pool just a few doors down. The weather was not really warm but it was nice to take advantage of the amenities within Watercolor. No doubt that we will be back and would love to stay at Seas the Day again! L

Clean and well kept. Close to a pool. Bikes worked well. Grill worked well. HVAC worked well. Beds and Linens in good shape. Furniture in good shape. Kitchen appliances in good shape. Skillet needs replacement. Washer and Dryer worked well. TV / Entertainment center internet a little slow a little klunky. Good glassware, utensils and dishes. Had issue last night with Fire Alarms going off had to call maint at midnight - need a scheduled change out for battery backup replacement. Doors,Screens, and porch furniture in good shape. Bathroom and closets in good shape. Beach Chairs worked well. Need access to golf cart! But Overall a great property we enjoyed.

This property was fantastic! From the very beginning, they were so accommodating on an early check in for us after a long drive with kids. The house had everything we needed to cook breakfasts at home, do laundry we needed, and had plenty of space! We especially loved the wine cooler and wet bar area. They made the booking and check in/check out process very clear and easy. We will definitely be booking with them again! The pool was just a couple doors down, and it was an easy golf cart or bike ride to seaside and watercolor! We only had one issue with the dryer not drying clothes properly, and after we called about it they had someone out to fix it within an hour. Such a great experience with the entire stay!

This home is beautiful. We enjoyed the porches and the location was perfect. It was very clean. We hope to stay here again some time. We had a wonderful vacation.

The property was clean and spacious. The property manager was helpful and responsive. The Watercolor amenities are great and we could bike to all of them. We’d definitely stay here again.

We came for Thanksgiving week. The house was spacious and soothing. Beautifully appointed.... everything you need. Comfy beds, thick white towels. Fantastic!

Our family had a fantastic time at this home. It was very clean and spacious. Our family enjoyed the large kitchen and convenience of the neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!

The pictures don’t do this place justice! The house is in the perfect spot. Bike ride distance to everything! Beautiful home! Added plus, the liaison is only a call/text away with any questions you may have during your stay!

The house was beautiful! The rooms and space were more than enough for our 2 families that cake to visit. The 3 king suites were amazing and a huge draw for us to come. The kids loved the neighborhood for riding bikes and exploring. Great location and amazing service!

We had a wonderful time visiting the week of July 4th. The house is clean, nicely decorated, and exactly as advertised. It was a good fit for our group of two families - 4 parents and 5 teenage boys. We enjoyed the bikes that came with the house very much and rode to town or the beach every day. Be aware it is a bit far to walk from the house to the beach if you are carrying chairs and other beach items. There is a large pool just three houses down and a grassy area nearby where our kids played football and Frisbee in the neighborhood. The Camp Watercolor pool, slide, and lazy river were nice but our older teens preferred to spend their time on the beach. The only things we would change would be to add baskets to the bicycles and to update some of the cookware that has been well used. We did not have any problems and management was quick to respond to questions. Overall, a great property. We definitely recommend it!

We had our family vacation in this home at Watercolor, Florida this year. The home was great. It was I nicely laid out given the 10 of us plenty of room. Nice kitchen & family room. The outdoor porch was very nice. We enjoyed our week and plan to come back next year.

We just completed our family vacation at "Seas the Day" and the house exceeded my expectations! It was perfectly decorated for a beach house in aqua and peach. Everything is updated and very comfortable. We had plenty of room for 2 small children and six adults. There are trails to walk and bike in the neighborhood as well as a pool 3 doors down! The beach and community pools with water slides and a lazy river are only a few minutes away by car.

This home was wonderful for our family of three adults and three children. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a good deal of rain during our stay but we passed some of our time watching the beautiful surroundings from the porches and playing board games as a family. We used the bikes to ride to the beach. It was lovely even in the rain. Nada was available by text to address any of our needs as they came up. We recommend this property in WaterColor.

Our family had a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend this home. Very comfortable bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space for our adult family of 7. Management was excellent with any questions or concerns that we had. Will definitely return.

This house is perfect and in a great location> The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for multi family stay.

We loved our stay and the house was lovely. However, the legs on the bed frame in the back bedroom upstairs continue to fall off while the bed is being slept in. This should be repaired .

The property was very well cared for, and decorated. We usually stay right on the beach so this was a new experience for us, but we really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, proximity to the pool and short bike ride to beach & Seaside center.

We arrived at Watercolor a bit early and the home was available when they said it would be! The home is very clean and almost as described. The upstairs "bunk" room and queen bedroom are NOT connected. We chose this home due to children wanting to stay in the same room. There are 4 bikes and only 3 were usable due to flats or other issues. Therefore, we rented them. We had a handful of teen girls with us and were disturbed that they were upgrading cable in the neighborhood. Our mornings on the balcony were NOT quiet and we didn't appreciate these older workers (around 8-12) around our girls all day. Our cable was cut off the last 48 hours and tv and internet were not available due to the upgrades. This was a pain. Management was obviously aware and even asked us to let them in. I thought this was a bit out of the ordinary for them to receive the pricing to manage the home but ask the renter to deal with the cable company? Maybe if they offer some form of discount. They gave us plenty of watercolor passes and the home was filled with plenty of blankets/pillows- the master upstairs is the biggest room. The house is lovely- on the opposite side of watercolor proper but that doesn't bother us!! The owners do a great job decorating and make the home comfortable - 5 stars for them- 3 for management company-

This property is a great price but it is not in Watercolor "proper." It is a very short bike ride or walk across the highway in to the main Watercolor area.
