The house was perfect for our group of six, and I would most definitely recommend this house to anyone interested in rental property in WaterColor. Love the location!

Great house for our family of 5! We had a great Thanksgiving holiday at the beach!

We had a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and has been our favorite house we’ve ever rented in Watercolor. Perfect location...very close to Seaside & Watercolor beaches and shops.

We had an amazing time. We were visiting for some much needed R & R. Everything is conveniently located. The home was stunning and very comfortable. We were sad to leave.

We had a wonderful time on spring break. We brought our four daughters down for the week. The house was very clean and all the bed linens cozy and comfortable. Their favorite thing to do was spend time at the pool and the beach then hop on the bikes provided and eat st the food trucks in Seaside. I’d recommend renting from 360 Blue, as they made the entire process easy from booking, Check in, concierge advice and Check. My only recommendation is to find a kayak company that will actually put your kayak in the water and not just deliver it to your vacation home. Dragging it 6 blocks doesn’t really work. Unlike other rental companies 360 Blue is very friendly and professional. Thank you for a lovely week!

We stayed in Watercolor for our 22nd Wedding Anniversary. The home was spectacular! The location is beautiful, once you are there, no need to drive, you can walk and ride a bike everywhere. We rode around 5 miles everyday and peddled to Grayton Beach to have lunch and drinks at the Red Bar. Riding bikes allows you to explore areas you would not see from a car. Going into the state park was fun! There is a beautiful hiking trail on the North side. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We LOVED everything about it!

Eliot & Sarah's place is simply GORGEOUS. The pics (which are great) do not do it justice. Can't wait to book it again next year.

We had an amazing time in Watercolor! Our home at 128 Mystic Cobalt was perfect for our family. We traveled with our three boys. The house had everything needed. Very clean and comfortable. Felt like home! We will definitely return. The house is within walking distance to the beach and beachside pool. 360 Blue was easy to work with and made every effort to ensure we were happy with our stay!

Loved our stay at 128 Mystic Cobalt. The house is perfectly located just a short walk to the beach. We rode the bikes most days. I rented 2 extra bikes because it noted the house came with 3 but there are actually 5 bikes available. The house is beautiful and very nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable! There were 5 of us- my husband and myself, 27 year old son and 24 year old daughter with her boyfriend. Our other children could not make the trip due to work. Everything in the house worked great and the TV system was even nicely explained. Only issue I could think to have would be the parking- or lack of it. Fortunately I drive a small SUV and the rental car for the kids was small too. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the house and fit our 4 adults and 4 kids. Great location with only a 3 block walk to the beach. Too bad it rained 4 days. 15 years of coming to the Seaside/Watercolor beach.

Two items keep me from rating this property higher or staying here again. This is my 15th year in Seaside and 2nd in WaterColor. We have 4 adults and 4 kids. We have 2 cars. First: 17 area years in a row we go to market first off, buy meats and vegs, etc and place in fridge. We checked in at 4:30pm. By 9:00 the fridge was still warm. By 10:00 we emptied ice chests of beer/cokes and put refrigerated items in. Late that evening I emailed 360. 8:30am next morning I called 5 times as the drinks I placed in fridge were still warm. Around noon a real repair man came. Checked fridge and said just as 360 said: it takes 24 hours to cool down. This is not acceptable. Second: if only one car all is fine. We have two (17 years in area with 2) and it is tough to park them in the very little space in the rear of the house. The garage is very small. So far the cars are a big problem. I will not stay in this very nice house again. Mickey

Great stay at 128 Mystic Cobalt! Location, location, location!! Sixth year in a row to vacation in Watercolor for summer beach trip. Very spacious and generously sized 3 BR home so close to everything. 360 Blue always a pleasure to rent from. One small issue with a shower handle was addressed ASAP. Great week...would book this house again without hesitation!

We had an amazing vacation and experience at 128 MC! It was two adults and two little girls, ages 5 and 7. The house was impeccably done and perfect in every way. With two little girls, a short distance to the pool and beach is VERY important to us. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach access (with a ramp to take wagon) and a 5 minute walk to the pool. Anything more than this, one can't ask for! The house even had 4 beach chairs, a wagon, a kids bike trailer and a cargo bike trailer in the garage. I will always be staying at 128 MC when I return to water color. This is our first experience with 360 Blue and they are the best!!! I had a couple questions and a response was back to me within 5 minutes. I needed a package sent and when it arrived to their office, it was immediately sent out for delivery to my house. Plus, they hosted a beach bonfire with s'mores on Monday. I just can't say enough great things about 360 blue!!

What an amazing week in Water Color at 128 Mystic Cobalt! The house is beautifully done- perfect for our family of 5 plus grandparents. We loved the location close to the Beach club, tennis courts and short bike ride to Seaside. Both the back and front porches served their own purposes and the garage was perfect for storing bikes, beach toys and chairs. Every morning we would go for a bike ride as a family and discover new areas of WaterColor. The 360 Blue concierge service was very helpful answering questions throughout the week. Thank you and we are dreaming about when we can come back! The Tuckers
