We just return from our vacation in Siesta Keys and can’t say enough about the condo. You could not ask for a better home away from home. Condo has everything you would ever need, and you can’t beat the location. Trolley into town stops right outside the condo entrance. Décor throughout the unit was beautiful. You can’t go wrong with this condo.

Beautiful property with easy access to beach. Home is nicely decorated and has everything we needed for a peaceful, relaxing visit.

We loved this condo! It was very spacious and clean. Furnishings and decor appeared to have been recently updated. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable too. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and spices. The beach was a short walk across the street. There were also plenty of beach chairs and toys. When we had questions, Phyllis was very responsive. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We absolutely loved staying here. It is clean and comfortable. Perfect for a family. Being directly across from the public beach entrance makes everything so easy. The trolley pick up is at the condo entrance allowing everyone to go shopping and eating in the village withoutthe hassle of parking. We will absolutely be back!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time in Siesta Key. This unit was perfect our family. Our young kids had plenty of room and outlets, with tvs everywhere for the rainy mornings. The unit was stocked with everything we needed and very clean. Being directly across from the street from the beach made it quick and unbothersome to get back to the unit to relax. Also the location made it easy to get into town for groceries. A true oasis for us!

The condo has everything you need for a perfect vacation including the location The entire condo has everything you need including towels and beach chairs etc We had an amazing time and Phyllis was excellent with communicating with us. We are planning on returning soon!!

Property was in a great location very clean easy access to everything we were looking for. Enjoy the stay very much.

The location was a perfect balance of close to the action and enough distance to allow for privacy. Our teenagers loved being close to the beach and a short bike ride from town. We couldn't have asked for better host, they check in with us to make sure everthing was good but gave us the privacy we want in a rental. We would stay there again. -Andrea

Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located right across from the beach! We loved the back deck overlooking the pretty pond for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Beds are very comfy and the owner has included many amenities to make it like home. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

This was our second stay at this property and was once again wonderful. The furnishings and attention to detail are outstanding. The location is also great with Siesta Key Village a manageable 20-25 minute walk away. We can’t wait to come back next year!!

And its location is nice and close to the beach and easy walking distance to Siesta Village. Also, we very much enjoyed Phyllis' hospitality. Will be staying there again next year.

This was the perfect townhouse to visit Siesta Keys for the first time. The location of the unit was perfect, close to the beach, a nice pool, and close to Siesta Village. There is so much to do that we were busy every day. We did a bus tour of Sarasota which really helped us know what we wanted to see. We enjoyed the restaurants. Best of all we rented from a wonderful couple whose townhouse was wonderful.

Siesta Key is a beautiful beach. The public parking fills up in peak season so it was so convenient to be directly across the street. We could easily go to the beach multiple times in a day to walk, read and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

Wonderful and beautiful home, super cozy, meticulously clean and beautifully decorated. The owners are generous and thoughtful; had everything available in the home and for the beach- which is literally across the street. A must stay again in the future.

Extremely clean and offered ALL the comforts of home PLUS the entertaining turtles in the pond in which the back deck overlooked! This unit will Easily accommodate slightly older children on up. Bikes and beach amenities were Much appreciated! The beach is Literally across the street and the pool is just steps away and large enough for many ppl! My husband and I rode the bikes up to the village which was a very short 5-6 minutes away and the houses on the way were Amazing to see! Highly recommend The Hub Baja (restaurant/bar) w/ outdoor seating ,live music and a Great menu (even for those of us with Dairy allergies and on Keto!!)

The rental process was easy and quick. Phyllis responded quickly to our questions.

This was our first trip to Siesta Key, and we didn’t want to leave! Phyllis and Craig were amazing hosts. The property was exactly as described and in a perfect location! We didn’t even have to leave the island. Phyllis was always very responsive to any questions I had, and had every detail covered! We loved the bikes, and everything that made it feel like a home away from home! We will miss turtles out back, which were always there to greet us. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back!
