We could not have picked a house more perfect for our family! The four bedrooms were situated such that everyone could have their private time when they wanted it. The house is probably best suited for adults, but our 5 year old grandson is a fish, so he spent most of his time in the pool, for breaks, he lounged in the living room and watched TV. The swim up bar is a bonus, and luckily, our son in law is a bartender. Cocktails were served at sunset in the pool with the water views in the background.We had dinner several evenings in the open air dining area with a wonderful breeze and breathtaking views. The beach is closer than it appears in the photos with umbrellas and beach chairs available. We snorkeled and kayaked in our back yard! This house also offered privacy like none of the other properties on the beach. Have already recommended the house to friends and we will be back. Thanks for letting us share your amazing house

Property was exactly as imagined! Communication with the owner and property personnel was perfect. We chose the house for its location off Smith's Reef and that was truly the highlight of the trip. We had a wonderful week March 2021 for our first time visit T and C staying with 8 people / 2 families. We loved having own pool and easy beach access with 2 standup paddle boards and 2 kayaks on property. There is a swim up bar within grill area. Avalon was ideal for our ages. It would be tough for toddlers because of all the open pool area and anyone with difficulty with steps. The house has air conditioning in bedrooms, kitchen and family room. It comes with access to Jarelle who was amazing from driving us to and from diners, picking up groceries, printing COVID test results, getting access to COVID test, getting dinner and boating reservations, picking up snorkel gear, answering questions, more. Jeff ans Lynn were very responsive with any VRBO questions. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect! That pretty much describes Avalon Villa. Better than the pictures and reviews. Beautiful. Clean. Incredible landscape and views of the Caribbean. Secluded but not overly so. Short trip to grocery store and restaurants. Gated and felt very secure. Very large villa. Plenty of room to gather or spread out. Fantastic pool and deck area with great Bose sound system. Honestly only went to beach to snorkel. With water shoes, rocky beach was no problem for us. Our best snorkeling experience on the island was right off the beach on Smith’s reef. Tons of great wildlife including lots of sea turtles. Great kitchen and grill area. Some nearby construction was no issue at all. We hardly noticed it. Jeff and Lynn were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Lots of great information even before we left home. Service was absolutely over the top. Jerelle was our concierge. He is absolutely amazing!! Met us at the airport and guided us to the villa. Provided us great tour of the property. Responds to texts in minutes. Nothing is off the table. Arranged engagement photo shoot, chef a couple of nights and ANYTHING else we asked for. Great restaurant recommendations. He was available for as much or as little as we wanted. He truly made the trip care free and stress free. Even helped us through COVID testing process. 7 people - in and out in less than 30 minutes. Jerelle is definitely “The Man”. We’re avid travelers and have stayed in a number of places worldwide. This was BY FAR out best experience. Amazing trip for the 7 of us, including 4 kids in their 20’s. We will 100% be back to Avalon on our nest trip to Turks.

This was one of the most exceptional properties we have ever visited! The property is even nicer than depicted and the photos do not do it justice. The location is perfect- right on the beach yet private. It’s the ultimate property for families who want a beautiful living space but private bedrooms. Jerelle, the property manager, is beyond amazing. He took care of our every need and all of his recommendations and bookings were first rate. We will be back again as soon as we can, if only to see Jerelle!

Jerelle the property manager was a star; he did shopping for us and organized all kinds of activities. The house is comfortable and well equipped but has a very strange floor plan that should be in the pictures, not ideal for families with small kids as the rooms are very isolated. Great entertainment area, speakers and amenities in all the rooms. The beach in front of the house is not exactly a beach that you can walk and get easily to the sea, better to do it with rubber shoes. However you have one of the best reefs for snorkeling in the area in front of the house and that is priceless. There is also a beautiful beach walking distance to the house.

This property is exactly what it says it is. Jerelle was our host, and he was amazing. The property location is another level of amazing. It was difficult to want to leave the property at all because it was that amazing. Loved every moment we were there. I am already to go back. The snorkeling was awesome and right there. Fantastic property. I was there with 8 other female friends and we all loved it.

This Villa is a great choice for a family vacation or a stay with friends. Their is lots of space for privacy and time alone but also provides the opportunity for togetherness. We did have a couple of concerns; first we found blood stains on one of the beds, also dried blood on the stairs. Blood anywhere is totally unacceptable. Second we had the dishwasher replaced on the first day and it continued to fall apart every night. The Villa is outdated and could use an update this includes appliances, the stove, umbrellas etc. It is in a great location and the pool is a godsend. Kelly Elliott

Our family of 8 had a wonderful, relaxing time at Villa Avalon. The view is breathtaking and the accommodations were very comfortable. We did, however, end up hand washing all of our dishes as the dishwasher was broken. Management offered to have housekeeping come in each day to do dishes, but for sanitary reasons, that was not an option for us. We realize that appliances break from time to time and that parts are not always available on tropical islands, so we made do. Chalk it up to "adventures in travel".

The Avalon was exactly how it was pictured and had all the amenities that you could possibly need. The location was perfect on Grace Bay Beach with the island’s best coral reef in the bay right in front of the house. Turtle Cove Marina was right behind to rent boats and do excursions. The house had everything you need and we especially enjoyed the salt water pool. The best part of this house, however, is the professionalism and grace of its management. Jerelle, Jeff, and Lynne couldn’t be more accommodating and caring. This is a special property and we are grateful to have spent our time there. ❤️

My family and friends recently spent an amazing week on Grace Bay at Villa Avalon. Lynn met the first members of our group to arrive at the airport and escorted them directly to the villa. She was fantastic in answering any of our questions and helping with anything we needed throughout our stay. As for the villa itself, it sits in an ideal location right on the beachfront but also just a short walk to several great restaurants in the Turtle Cove Marina. While there are plenty of activities close by and all over the island, you might never want to leave the grounds of Villa Avalon. The infinity pool with swim up bar and grill are where we spent most of our time. We were also just as comfortable lounging away the afternoons in the living room while reading up on the history of the Caribbean. When we did venture out, we were just a short distance to some of the best activities on the island. A must do is the Thursday night fish fry at Bight Park. You can take an enjoyable 20 minute stroll down the beach directly to the event. All in all, Avalon was just what our group needed. The stresses of life totally melted away here and I couldn't recommend it enough. We all hope to return one day soon!

This house is beautiful, and we loved the way it was set up in "pods".... The bedrooms are all their own pods, with the den and the kitchen also having their own pods. We traveled there with our 3 children and both sets of grandparents. WE LOVED THE POOL, especially the swim up bar. The outside dining area is also really nice for having "family dinners" with a view. If you like to cook, this is the place for you. The manager and his wife are SUPER nice and SUPER accommodating. This house is a MUST recommend for anyone looking to rent a house in Turks. Also, the beach and the snorkeling in front of the house are awesome. We were a little concerned about the beach rock, but it really was a non issue with water shoes.

In August I stayed at Villa Avalon for 7 nights with a group of 7 friends. The place was absolutely gorgeous. Located right by the ocean, with its own private beach access offers some of the best snorkeling on the Island. We saw everything from sea turtles to all kinds of tropical fish just off the beach, in beautiful clear blue water. The villa has its own security fence that is pass code protected and has a security guard patrolling at night out front making the place very safe for any group or family. The villa is absolutely stunning with an open concept outdoor layout that has 4 large bedrooms all with their own private washrooms with a shower or bath. I stayed in the master bedroom and was not disappointed at all waking up to an amazing view of the ocean. When not spending time on the beach, we spent a lot of time around the infinity pool with a swim up bar that was perfect for cooling off from the Caribbean heat and having a few cold drinks. The Pool is surrounded by loungers which were great for tanning and laying out in the sun. The villa came equipped with everything that you could possibly need with a full kitchen, BBQ, and an outdoor dining table that was perfect for group meals. The marina that is close by has many restaurants that are within walking distance and we also took a catamaran tour that was one of the highlights of the trip. The downtown strip was only a short 10-15 min drive from the villa with lots of shopping and restaurants. For a fun night out, we enjoyed Danny Buoy’s and visited the ice cream shop several times. Lastly, the property manager and José were awesome. They were always a phone call away if we had any questions and also help to arrange activities such as our catamaran tour. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and efficient. I would recommend Villa Avalon for any group or family looking to stay at Turks and Caicos. You will definitely not be disappointed!

Avalon was an amazing experience, conveniently located with a breathtaking view and a white powdery beach where we could walk for miles. The property is very well laid out and can accommodate a family/friends of ten. It has a cool swim up bar in the pool, and a excellent kitchen and dinning faculties. I usually try and point out negatives as well as positives in any review, but in this case I have nothing negative to say about this property, even the weather was perfect.

I stayed at Villa Avalon for a week at the end of August with friends. To sum up our experience in one word, I would say "WOW"!. It was a trip of a lifetime. The Villa is beautiful, spacious and well maintained. The staff were extremely attentive and caring. They really went out of their way to make sure our experience was nothing but the best. The location of Villa Avalon is also fabulous as it is close to many great restaurants. Additionally, if you are a diver like me, it is also close to a great dive shop, Provo Turtle Divers, that I was able to walk to each morning. The Villa also has access to a fantastic reef to snorkel. Being a diver myself, I have very high expectations of underwater life. The underwater life and reef were spectacular at this snorkelling spot. I highly recommend Villa Avalon for a vacation!

I spent a total of 8 nights with 7 friends at Villa Avalon. I have nothing but good things to say. The infinity pool is gorgeous and there is plenty of seating area. Snorkelling in the ocean was absolutely breathtaking, something you must see to believe. All rooms, including bedrooms, kitchen and living room are spacious, very well maintained and equipped and beautifully decorated. The service from the cleaning crew, the concierge and the manager were superb. This was an absolute trip of a lifetime and I would recommend Villa Avalon to anyone looking for a luxurious vacation on a breathtakingly beautiful island.

Avalon Villa was an amazing stay, the views from the villa are spectacular. Clean, very well kept living quarters. Beautiful pool & swim up bar! The private beach and incredible snorkelling only seconds away are something that I highly recommend for anyone considering the stay. The team looking after us during our stay made sure we were very well taken care of and comfortable! I would recommend Avalon villa to anyone considering it!

I recently stayed at Villa Avalon with 7 other adults and wow was it ever beautiful. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated with very comfortable beds. It looks exactly like the pictures- breathtaking! The property managers took such great care of my group and attended to our every request. The snorkeling in front of the villa was stunning (sea turtles, colourful fish, beautiful coral, crabs). There are a few really cute restaurants within a 5mins walk with great food. We went on a boat tour from Turtle Cove marina (also a 5mins walk) which was one of the highlights of the trip. A trip to remember for sure. I would recommend it to everyone!
