It was perfect for what we needed. Right on the beach. Kids loved the games available. Everything we needed was right there.

The house remains one of our favorites, with plenty of room for our family of 12 to spread out. It’s a very comfortable old Florida-style cottage which, as native Floridians of four generations, is just up our alley. That said, the cottage in back needs some attention. It’s very damp and musty. We, unfortunately, experienced a sudden temperature drop into the low forties and the two rooms there were bitterly cold. Management sent a space heater and we found another in a closet in the main house. We got thru it, but perhaps the heaters might have been placed there in the ready for a December rental. And to our dismay, the oven in the kitchen didn’t work; the coil was burned out. Unfortunately we didn’t discover this until Christmas Eve and there we were with a 10 lb roast and no oven. A grandson renting a condo down the road came to our rescue. Management again sent a repairman to fix the oven after Christmas. If I could make one more suggestion, it would be to place a grab bar in the showers. Always a good thing, especially for the elderly. All in all, Su Casa, despite a few glitches, was a delightful place for a large family such as ours. Everything you need in the kitchen is there and the place was immaculate. There is so much to see and do in the vicinity it is easy to see why this is such a popular place.

We love Indian Rocks and this place was close to everything. The access/view of the Beach was great and just what we wanted. There are a few things that need attention. The furniture is very old and uncomfortable, we knew that from the pictures but the Beach and outdoors was our goal! Basic Beach supplies need to be replaced: Both Boogie Boards were broke, both sand umbrella's were broke. Plenty of chairs for the beach and deck. The cushions on the recliners are all stained and moldy. The garage with the extra rooms spells of mildew/mold. Some basic amenities like spices would be nice, we did find salt and pepper after buying more. There was no blow dryer in the house and I never carry one any more because all VRBO's we have stayed at supply this. I would recommend this place if you are looking for the outdoors and beach! If you plan on spending alot of time indoors it may not be the right choice.

The only cons were the second space is not like I thought. It is basically 2 rooms next to each other. And there is apparently an insect problem in the home, in the kitchen. We had to use the spray that was under the counter. Once we sprayed they were gone, but it would have been nice to know, and the price should reflect that issue until it is corrected. Communication was great with the property manager, she gave great places for us to go since we did not have a car. We could walk right to a restaurant in front of the property. Also there is a grocery store a few minutes up the road. The beach was never crowded, clean and really nice. I would stay again.

Son moved to Tampa last year so we decided to spend his first Christmas in Florida with him. Great time, The house was roomy and open. The location was in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go! The beach access was perfect for morning snd evening walks. The check in and communication with the Rental property couldn’t have been easier. We didn’t use the separate house with the rooms, as there was plenty of room in the main house.

The beach house was exactly as advertised. Older beach house on an excellent beach. Cozy interior with lots of seating and gathering places. We had 7 adults and used the dining room table and the outdoor tables for dining. Low key and comfortable lodging at a reasonable price! Win/Win! We would stay at this location again.

The house had everything we would need for the beach, including beach canopy, chairs, and even a kiddie pool! The property manager was very responsive as well and responded immediately with any questions or concerns.

Hugh deck facing the beach. Fully furnished kitchen. We ended up eating most of our meals on the deck and watching the sun set over the water. Plenty of parking space for 2 cars. There were a few small maintence issues but nothing that stopped us from enjoying our beach vacation on the white sands of Florida's gulf coast.

Walk down a short sandy path and you're right on the beach. House is a little outdated but very nice all the same. Doesn't tell you but 2 rooms are out in part of the garage. Parking area is not that great , so if you have people driving from other places..... good luck finding parking.

We loved staying at Su Casa. The house is right on the beach with an expansive deck that allowed us to feel private even with the beach right over the dunes. This is an old house, full of charm, with eclectic and funky decor. Everything you need is there, and you immediately feel at home. I would stay there again and am already planning my next visit!

Pictures don’t due this property justice. Had everything you need for enjoyable stay . Access to the beach was amazing and great place for family to stay.

Overall our family had a great time at the Beach House. Walking out the back door and being on the beach was very nice. Was disappointed with a few things. The website advertised that ALL the properties had pools. There was no pool at our property. Also Beach House owners had a sign on A/C unit not to turn below 78 degrees because it may damage the unit. For the price we paid I refused to be miserable when inside because they want to save a few dollars on their electric bill. The property was well maintained and everything worked. Parking is a little tight but not bad for a couple vehicles. I would recommend the property
