We had the pleasure of staying in breckenridge at Cobb vista for the first time over the holidays and WOW! Did this far exceed our expectations. Starting off with easy and quick communication from Amy answering any questions prior to arrival and always making feel relaxed and excited for our trip. We had some family hiccups (due to COVID) and wound up with a total of 4 different families with us through out our stay, varying in ages as young as 5 years old to teens, up to adults and some there for just a few nights. Everyone had EVERYTHING they could have possibly needed and more. We have been to Colorado numerous times on vacation with our family but this is the first time we invited more family and rented such a large property. On site you have a property manager to assist you with anything that comes up during your stay and she is super helpful if looking for some recommendations on places to go in Breck as well, even where to park ! The house is HUGE. 3 levels and plenty of room to spread out so everyone feels like they have their own space. The kids loved it!!! We cooked in every single night except our last and totally utilized the kitchen for our New Year’s Eve dinner. The dining room table stays on theme with this house it is also massive! Highly recommend stocking up on groceries and staying in at night to cook and use the hot tub and enjoy the house. Location was awesome just a quick drive to the gondola or into town. This house also has unexpected perks like an extra dishwasher, yes that’s right- not one, but two! An extra dryer for those damp ski clothes. Extra bedding, 2 extra kitchenettes downstairs and upstairs in the master … oh did I mention heated floors on the main level ??? Everything here was well thought out and you feel well taken care of during your stay. Can’t say enough good things!!! Thank you amy and Andrea !!!

My family came to Breckenridge for a family reunion at the end of July. This house was prefect for us as we had family travelling in from all over the US. The size of the main living area and kitchen was more than adequate for all our family to spend time together for meals, games, and visiting. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, appliances, cutlery and made it very easy to prepare meals. The number and size of rooms was wonderful and allowed everyone in our family to have a bed to sleep in. Overall, this was a fantastic house and was exactly as advertised. The owner was very quick in responding to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again if we head back to Breckenridge.

We had the best stay at Cobb Vista! We decided to postpone our large wedding and “elope” here with our immediate families. We comfortably fit 14 people for the week and our ceremony was beautiful on the master deck (one of three decks on the house). There is so much space! The kitchen was perfectly equipped with pretty much anything we needed for many large family meals. We are very grateful we decided to stay at Cobb Vista for this special week with our families!

The view is even better. Very large house and the most well equipped home we have ever rented, especially if you are a cook.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Cobb Vista. The home is spacious and very well-maintained. And the views are spectacular! Amy, the owner, is delightful. She responded promptly to all my questions and provided lots of detailed information about the house and the area. Andrea, the property manager, was very helpful as well. We took our whole family, 10 adults and 5 children, and had a fantastic stay making such special memories. Our only recommendation is to put tile in the main floor king bathroom. Carpet in a bathroom is hard to sanitize.

We had 12 in our group and did not feel cramped. The main gathering room is large and the dinning table sat all of us at one time. We did not get the extra apartment, so I can't speak to that room, but the rest of the place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. Overall, I was very satisfied with the house. If you are looking for a place for a large group, this is worth a look.

What a great house, we had someone in every bed and still had room to spare. The house is just above town in a super location. We definitely really this house.

This property location is ideal for someone who wants the privacy and beauty being in the mountains and the convenience of being just 10-15 minutes from Main Street. Gorgeous home with amazing views.

Overall, the home was a nice, clean, well-kept rental property, with all the amenities you would want in a vacation ski home. The heated driveway is an exceptional feature! Communication with the owner and property manager was convenient, easy, and unimposing. Andrea was a friendly and helpful! The master bathroom jacuzzi tub didn't work, but not enough of an issue to make it a 4 star experience. It's also possible I missed this somewhere in the messages back and forth. Overall, a good value for the price. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, and comfy furniture! If the opportunity arises, we will stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our family had a great time at Cobb Vista. We never felt cramped and the views were breathtaking! The kitchen was well stocked and so easy to find everything. The beds were so comfortable! The property manager was super helpful and informative. We would definitely recommend the property to other people and use this property again if we are to return to Breckenridge!

This was the perfect location for a family reunion with kids and adults of all ages! The house was laid out so that each family could have their private space while also allowing us to gather in the main room to re-connect. From a family that lives all over the US with varying needs and expectations this house really had it all. Thanks for making our time together so special

We have been having family gatherings for 18 years and this year the comments as to our stay at Peak U was that the house was just about the best we have ever had. We had room for 15 mature adults and the kitchen-dining area was outstanding for our group. Cleanest place we have encountered in 18 years.

Our large group had an awesome time relaxing at our base camp for our spring break ski trip. Very close and easy access to Breck - plenty of room and areas to hang out in. Nicely equipped and finished out too.

We are a group of a matured (65+) men skiers from East Coast who like to trek out to West to ski each season. This year (2017-2018 season) the snow condition wasn't so good. It was like skiing the East Coast ski resorts (hard pack to icy snow condition). However, this spectacular house made up the difference. We have been doing this for over 10 years (Big Sky, Aspen, Vail, Steamboat Spring, etc.) and we have to say that this house was most well stocked (cooking utensils, pillows, blankets, TV's, sound system, etc.) unit we've ever been to. We will definitely comeback!

Perfect house for location. Really feel like your in mountains. Great views from porch. Little hassle having to drive to and from lift but as only 1mile away not to much hassle. Very well stocked and owner/manager very attentive. Slept 16 comfortably I would stay here again.

I have to say we absolutely LOVED this house!! It was more beautiful than the photos let on!! I would definitely stay here again!! There were 14 of us (all adults) that stayed in the house for 4 nights and it was the perfect amount of space. The Master Suite is ridiculous, and the bed is the most comfortable bed me and my fiance have ever slept on. The kitchen/dining/living room area has an open floor plan, so whether we were cooking, playing Card Against Humanity, or just watching TV, it was awesome having everyone all together. Having the HUGE wrap-around porch right next to the living area was perfect. I can honestly say every amenity in the house was exactly what we were looking for or better! The Owner, Amy, and the Property Manager were super accommodating in every way! We've already talked about going back again next Summer, or maybe even sooner!

Our two families have been enjoying Christmas vacations together in Colorado since the mid-1980’s. We’ve always stayed in the Vail/Beaver Creek area until this year when we decided to try Breckenridge. Cobb Vista seemed like it would work perfectly for our large group of 13 adults, 2 five year olds and 2 babies. All went well at Cobb Vista with only a few inconveniences ranging from minor problems with toilets not flushing properly and running out of propane in the middle of cooking (with no spare tank) to a more serious problem with the heating system. Overall, however, the home was nice, it accommodated us quite well and when we left, we were confident that other than the need for a normal cleaning, it was in the same condition as when we’d arrived. A week after returning home the owners emailed us regarding several undocumented charges for “extra” cleaning, carpet cleaning, a bed frame repair and an extra fee for their maintenance person’s “assessment and travel time” that resulted in the loss of most of our security deposit. What was stunning about this was the severity of damages allegedly perpetrated by our group who, in over 30 years of staying in VRBO properties in CO (and elsewhere) has never had anything like this happen. So if you’re considering this property be aware that these owners are somewhat unscrupulous. They advertise what appears to be a competitive price to attract renters and supplement it on the back end by retaining a substantial portion of the security deposit based on trumped up claims to help fund ongoing maintenance issues with their aging rental home. At the end of your stay be sure to do a final inspection with the caretaker and obtain written documentation of any issues before you leave. We didn’t do this and paid the price as a result.

This is the best ski accommodation we have booked in the US. The party of 12 thoroughly enjoyed staying at Cobb vista, excellent location, fantastic amenities and spectacular views. The journey to Peak 7/8 takes 5 minutes, and the town is a further 5 minutes down the road. The welcome from the owners agent in Breckenridge was splendid, she went out of her way to be of assistance, even getting extra gas for the barbecue and any issue we had was resolved with the minimum of fuss. We would highly recommend this property and I am sure that we will make a return visit in the near future.

We found Cobb Vista to be a perfect fit for our two adult families including two infants. The Smith home was well equipped, very neat, and felt like home. The caretaker was only a few doors away and was very helpful. The bedrooms located on multiple levels worked out very well for the babies and their parents. It provided the needed privacy for quiet times and allowed the rest of the group to still enjoy themselves. The location was great for dropping skiers off at Peak 7 & 8, however it was a good 10-15 ride into town. We did not have snow while we stayed, but I could see that it may be a challenging drive as part of the road to Cobb Vista was unpaved. Overall I would highly recommend Cobb Vista.

The home we stayed in was very nice and comfortable. It had everything our group was looking for. We would definitely stay there again.

We were a group of 4 families with kids ranging from 6 months to 8 years old skiing for the second time in Breckenridge. The house met all our needs and expectations. The kids had the space to play together, but also the ability to retire to their sections when quiet time was needed. The kitchen coped perfectly and the hot tub was a great way to star gaze in the evenings. Ski school was a short drive, which was perfect. Town was a bit further than we realized, but this was not an issue. The owner even found pack and plays and a high chair for our stay. I would recommend Cobb Vista to large groups looking for a place of their own to relax in after a long day skiing.

My five friends from Minnesota came for a long week end and we stayed at Cobb Vista. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space yet comfortable when we got together to chat as we did most of the time. The home is comfortable, spacious, and the kitchen is very nicely equipped. The bedrooms were very nice. We highly recommend staying with this family. They are very nice as is the resident manager for them.

Great location near downtown with great views. House was clean and well maintained. There were 2 kitchens in the house and both were very well stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. We loved the master suite on the top level. Home owners were easy to reach and easy to talk to. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This place is an absolute gem. Everything about the house was incredible _ the rooms, the secluded location, the view, the big, open kitchen and, lastly, the view. Mentioned that twice only because they are simply that spectacular. We had a gathering of 13 people from all over the country and everyone raved about the place, especially the proximity to everything. Best of all, we weren't tripping all over each other, but had room to spread out. There are hiking/trail running/mountain biking paths just minutes from the front door that are breathtakingly beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a better place to gather!

This place is beautiful inside and out. Wood everywhere, mood lighting, three levels of patio. The hot tub was a nice touch. The nearest trail was snowed over still but just walking around near the house was nice.
