Great location, great property - we parked our car in the parking lot and didn’t use it for the 2 days we were there / so convenient to absolutely everything / the bedroom and bathroom were out of a resort - if you’re coming to Sonoma you must stay here !

Great location and amenities. Full kitchen and spacious apartment. Nicely furnished and we used the gas fireplace. Has A/C for the warmer months. Easy checkin and communication with the host.

Had a wonderful time here in Sonoma. Perfect location to walk to the Square, and a spacious penthouse. Loved the comfy bed, bathroom was nice and clean, and the patio was a great touch! Parking onsite was perfect, too. Like another reviewer, we also received check-in instructions to another unit and were quite confused. Quickly called the host and was able to move into the correct one asap. A little clunky with check in but otherwise had a great stay!

This property is even prettier than in the pictures (which is saying something!). It was spotless and very well-appointed. It was a great location - so much is within walking distance, including Sonoma Square. Thank you for ana amazing visit!

What a steal of a weekend in Sonoma! My beautiful partner-in-crime and I stumbled upon this absolute gem of a property nestled in the heart of wine country, and boy, were we smitten! Picture-perfect and cozy, this standalone apartment home was like something out of a dream. The fixtures and furnishings? Simply divine – we felt like royalty lounging around in there! Location, location, location – couldn't have asked for better! With Sonoma Square just a leisurely stroll away, we found ourselves indulging in wine tastings, culinary adventures, and oh-so-much more. And can we talk about convenience? Whole Foods practically at our doorstep – talk about living the high life! For us lovebirds, this place was an absolute haven. Comfort, charm, and convenience all rolled into one delightful package. You bet your bottom dollar we'll be booking this spot again – it's got our hearts in a frenzy! Kudos to the host for being an absolute superstar in the communication department – we felt like VIPs every step of the way. Consider us singing praises from the hilltops – this place comes highly, highly recommended!

Lovely California style cozy apartment. Great location, we loved walking to the Square, restaurants, theater, gym, hiking trails and wineries! We had a wonderful stay.

This is our second stay at this property. We find it centrally located - we walked to church across the street, walked to grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, and the plaza. We like having the additional cozy living room space, the kitchen, and convenience of the washer/dryer.

We enjoyed our stay and the location is so convenient. King bed is super comfy. The one bedroom floor plan is laid out very well. It’s a stair walk up to the condo/apt and the view of the mountain is pretty. We would stay here again. Host is helpful and responsive.

We’ve stayed in the townhouses many times when in Sonoma . Clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to the Plaza. Pat and her laughter, Kate are wonderful hosts. No need to stay anywhere else!

Loved the house - it was amazing for our two night stay. It is 0.3 miles (8 mins at slow pace) to SONOMA square with an amazing amount of things to do including shop and eat. Book with confidence!

Beautiful property that was super close walking distance to the square (restaurants & shops) but also to Whole Foods if you want to stay in. Bed was amazingly comfortable with tons of extra pillows. We look forward to returning here!

We were a group of four going to the Valley of the Moon festival and the location to walk to Sonoma Plaza was perfect and very convenient. The pull out couch was the comfiest pull out we’ve ever slept on too! Highly recommend for a group of four

We loved everything about the property. Very close to downtown Sonoma, very convenient to vineyards. The house was very clean.

Once we got into the unit we liked it, but it was not the one we had contracted for. We were assigned a specific unit in our contract, but when we received our check-in instructions the day or two before it had changed without notice. We were a little perturbed because we had specifically chosen a particular unit, but the one we ended up in was just as good so we were fine.

Cozy and comfortable! Perfect for a work trip I took with my family.

We initially rented just the upper portion of this unit but when our group suddenly increased, we added on with the lower unit which gave us another bed, bath and kitchen area. All communication with Pamela was excellent; she responds immediately and we got our changes made with no issue. The units are simply lovely! Well decorated, comfy, very clean, everything you could want for a comfy stay! The beds are super comfy to sleep in!!!! The location is perfect! On a busy street but so quiet inside. The location is perfect for walking to town to enjoy Tuesday nights Farmers Market, restaurants, shopping, exploring. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your units! We had the best time in Sonoma!!!!

Had a quick few days in Sonoma and this location was convenient and close to the square and groceries. Property was as expected, bed was comfortable (didn’t use pull out sofa), kitchen had what we needed. A huge plus was the parking area in then back of the unit - lots of spaces. The only thing that I could comment on was the street noise. You are on the main road and you do hear the traffic from the living room area. I would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous penthouse stay! The bedroom is good-sized, the deck is amazing, the fireplace cozy, the kitchen well-eqipped, and the location is convenient! The unit is well-equipped with supplies and the parking was helpful. We walked everywhere - it was lovely. Truly a hidden gem in Sonoma.

A couple negatives - a crane came at 6:00 am to do repairs. There was also a terrible smell inside, like backed up sewage. Location was good, within walking distance of Sonoma center. Bed was comfortable.

We had such a great stay and it’s hard to beat the location. Will definitely stay again!

The property is clean, updated, and quiet. We could walk to the town square within a few minutes where there are tons of shops, restaurants and a bike rental shop close by. We parked on Friday and didn’t drive for the rest of the weekend. The host is a fantastic communicator and incredibly helpful. We will definitely stay again!
