Loved the location of the condo - close to beaches, shopping, restaurants & great views. Unit had everything we needed - beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, coolers, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, shampoo & conditioner and stocked with all paper goods needed i.e. paper towels, toilet paper, etc. We pretty much just needed to bring ourselves.
Owner and property manager were quick to respond. Neighborhood was well kept and quiet. Great location to get outside for walks/runs! Would not hesitate to recommend renting this unit out. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely loved the condo: it’s very well equipped. It has everything you might need in the kitchen and on the beach. The beach is 3-4 minutes by car. Wailea shops - 2 minutes away, you also take a nice walk to the shops. Host was very responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to be back next summer. Mahalo!

We had a great stay at Ekolu 1206. We highly recommend it. The view is amazing and we could watch whales from the lanai. The unit was clean and had beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and toys. The host is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

For the past 8 years me and my wife have traveled to Wailea to celebrate my birthday. This was the third time in this particular condo and this is by far our favorite! Great trip and accommodations!

This was everything we wanted - a well furnished, high quality condo just a short walk from the beautiful resorts and shops of Wailea. Very comfortable rooms, great AC, peaceful location, and a great view over the golf course from the balconies.

We will be back! This amazing property was exactly as described. It was clean and had comfortable beds! There were amazing views and we stepped out onto the golf course every night for a spectacular sunset. There are many restaurants nearby. The condo was well stocked which saved lots of money on things like salt, sugar, detergent etc. Thanks again for sharing your lovely home with us.

This is a great condo. We didn't take advantage of a lot that it had to offer, as we were exploring all day every day. But, it's very well thought-out and stocked with everything you might need. A lot of little extras that really made a difference. Most notably, the availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, and a drink cooler was so appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a terrific 12 night stay at this condo. It's got every amenity you can think of, from beach gear chairs coolers to a really well-appointed kitchen. Everything is extremely well taken care of, clean, and the unit is nicely updated. Even a short-term gym membership was included for a local fitness facility (our Son was so happy about this!). The location is awesome - so peaceful on the lanai overlooking the golf course. We could see whales in the distance! Communications were great. We did have one relatively minor issue and it was promptly responded to and resolved - even over Christmas! VERY happy overall and we would definitely stay here again!

This was a great property. We stayed there with our teenage children. Plenty of room for a family of 4!
Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need including spices, etc. easy walking distance to the Wailea Shops.
Excellent views of the ocean!
Chairs and umbrellas and boogie boards were a nice bonus.

Well laid out condo, great views, comfy bed, love the 3 zone AC, and stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen. The owners have thought of everything, or at least it felt that way. Would 100% stay here again. Thanks for taking the extra care and providing an awesome space.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. I would highly recommend to future guests. We loved the area, short walk to store and coffee shops, short drive to beaches, and in a nice and calm neighborhood. The house was very clean, great AC and they provided plenty of towels, sheets, and beach equipment (beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, ice chests, etc.) We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. The listing represented the unit very well. We had everything we needed and more (kitchen well stocked with every utensil and appliance needed, lots of bath towels and face cloths, lots of beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella). The property is very quiet. I loved watching the beautiful sunsets over the ocean from the main Lanai. My daughter loved the pool! We would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay again!

Perfect spot in Wailea!
We had a great time at Emily's property in Wailea. It was clean, comfortable and very well stocked (kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, guide books). Condo complex was well kept up and quiet. Super easy access and seamless communication.
The views are spectacular as is the sunset over neighboring Lanai.
Don't hesitate to book this property!

What a beautiful unit and wonderful place to stay. While all the units at Wailea Ekolu are great, this is by far the best. The host had taken care to ensure we were as comfortable as possible during our stay. The AC, entertainment system and kitchen are all updated. The unit was clean when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook during our stay. We were also provided beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. Our host provided us with everything we needed for our trip. What a beautiful unit and wonderful place to stay. While all the units at Wailea Ekolu are great, this is by far the best. This was a great location and size for our family of 4 adults. Beds were comfortable and the condo had all the amenities we needed. Easy communication and we’re very accommodating. We would come back!

Nice condo
This is a nicely appointed condo with excellent views of ocean and golf course. It’s a great location - a 10 min downhill walk to shops, grocery, beaches. The host is very pleasant and responsive. I recommend the property. Two *very minor* feedback points: (1) For a newly renovated condo, I thought the living room carpet looked a little dingy but the condo was otherwise very clean. (2) The kitchen refrigerator barely fits in its space and so the refrigerator doors don’t open all the way as they are blocked by counter top on either side. Not a huge deal, you can still access what you need in the frig, it’s just cramped.

Perfect for 4 adults
The perfect Wailea stay! The property was clean, easy to access, and had amazing views! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the condo is spacious for 4 adults. The condo is perfectly located close to several beaches (thanks Hawaii for so much public beach parking!) and shops. Everything in Wailea is just a 5-10 minute drive. We would love to stay here again!
