Wonderful location and big old crib

So conveniently located for our home base during my bachelor party in New Orleans. The manager of the property gave me their contact info and were very kind and considerate during the whole process. It’s a great space for a large group.

We stayed here with a group of 7 and it was free eat for what we needed. Plenty of room to sleep, it was clean, and the location was great being just a few blocks from Bourbon and the rest of what the French Quarter has to offer.

We recently visited New Orleans Feb 1 - 4 and really enjoyed our stay at the Party Pad! There were 12 of us girls and the amount of bedrooms/beds and bathrooms was perfect. Check-in was easy, host was communicative and even gave us Mardi Gras parade info. We definitely made use of the bar and open living area. This location is truly ideal and very walkable. We only took 2 ubers the entire time we were there! We even walked to neighborhoods outside of the French Quarter so as long as you're up for a 1-2 mile stroll, Bourban St isn't the only attraction in this area. Thanks for an awesome stay, we definitely recommend to other big groups!

Perfect house for a large group of friends due to the number of beds & bathrooms. No frills house only the essentials. Property manager was incredibly communicative & accommodating, he was a pleasure to work with. Great walking distance location to French Quarter.

This was a fantastic place to stay. We were right in the center of the city and with so many rooms we were able to bring our whole crew. The living room was the perfect entertainment room and never a problem with bathrooms or showers for 12 of us.

Everyone enjoyed the location, keyless entry and room size. The only concern we had was the gate, it needed to be automatic. We were a group of 55-65 years young. We would definitely book again.

Had a wonderful time in NOLA. House is conveniently located to Royal St for great shopping.

This was my first time down in New Orleans and it was amazing. This place we stayed was incredible. Perfect location to all thinks fun. The host Mike is very nice. He let us check in early a few hours and also check out a few hours late since our flight was delayed. Very clean and had everything you could ask for. I would stay here next time no doubt. My friends loved this place

Had the best time here staying with all my girlfriends for my 30th birthday! So great having so many bedrooms, multiple showers, and a huge long mirror for all of us to get ready in the living room together! Check-in process was so smooth and the hosts were so nice and helpful. Thank you!

We rented this property for a bachelorette party and had an amazing experience. Our host was very communicative and allowed us an early check in to accommodate our travel plans. Additionally, the house was very clean and had everything we needed. It is a great location for anyone visiting New Orleans that wants to experience the best of the French Quarter. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Not from the area, but after reading many reviews of this house lisiting, I knew it was the ideal pad for my brother's bachelor party of 11 guys. Ideal location for being walking distance to food, bourbon street, and frenchman street. Patrick were fast and great with communication. Must stay!

Mike is an amazing host! I can’t fully express how awesome he was during our stay. He was responsive to my inquiries and answered all my questions before our check in. Then he went above and beyond by not only meeting my Insta Cart delivery driver with my groceries the day of our check in, but he put the cold items in the fridge for me. AND added a few bottles of champagne to help celebrate my birthday! He made himself available to guide one of my lost guests to the house and even made time to come meet me. He was just unbelievable and I would come back just to stay with Mike! The house itself was wonderful. All areas of the house were clean. We had everything we needed and no issues.

Patrick and Mike were both very accommodating and the place was perfect for our larger party. They were great on communication and we couldn’t have selected a better location for our trip. Highly recommended for larger groups!

Fun time

The stay was perfect. Location is right outside the main drag of Bourbon/Royal/Frenchman so easily walkable. Accomodations were good with a full kitchen (could use more cookware), 3.5 baths, clean bedrooms, and a large space perfect for hanging out in between activities.

We were here for a bachelorette party and this was the perfect house for it! The large living room area was amazing and we appreciated all the bathrooms and towels. My only complaint is how bright it is in the rooms in the morning as the blinds don’t really block out the light. Just a minor detail after staying up really late each night. The house itself though is truly perfect for a group trip and I’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Everything with this property was perfect. The host was beyond helpful and understanding of our needs. Extremely gracious having my large group as guests. Helped out wherever they could to make this an amazing experience. Safety was not an issue and noise from bourbon on was no factor From the location to the property to the host everything was perfect. Couldn’t recommend enough if you’re visiting.

Great property for a large looking to party in the French Quarter

Brought a group of guys for a bachelor weekend on Bourbon Street. Would highly recommend as the property was in a great location, Mike was a super accommodating host. Overall great experience.

This was a great place for our group of 12. It was spacious and had a good common area. The bedrooms at the front of the property get a LOT of street traffic but multiple people traveling brought sound machines so it was easily masked but I would recommend bringing some if traffic/sound bugs you (however I would generally recommend that for anyone staying anywhere near the French Quarter too). The sheer amount of bathrooms was great for a group that has a lot of girls as well. Overall it was a great location walking wise to get the French Quarter!
