Condo was exactly as shown. Very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. Excellent location across the street from park and Seven seas beach. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and close driving distance to Luquillo kiosks and beach as well as el yunque rainforest. Also bio-bay and tours minutes away. Will definately be back!

This is the third time that we have gone to this location, first time in this apartment. Everything was wonderful and exactly as advertised. Our flight was delayed and the hosts were very accommodating! Thank you for another great stay in PR!

Wonderful location, large condo. Large front balcony was nice for drying clothes, towels, shells. Would have been nice to know we would need to buy TP, paper towels and trash bags.

A nice unit with about everything we needed. Liked the second floor view. Had a few hiccups with the electric gate to the complex. An extra walk through gate key would be handy when our group split up. We bought a package of wash cloths. There was only one in the unit. The beach in the direction (west) of the Reserve is definitely the way to go! Only about 200 yds to the right when you leave the condo. The Seven Seas Beach to the east(left) was not very clean. A few garbage cans would probably help. Definitely rent a kayak and explore. A hike over to Colora Beach was worth it. We basically had it to ourselves for several hours. Cremaldi’s Ice cream Shop a must! We didn’t have a bad meal. You could spend a few days at Old San Juan. Puerto Rico residents are very friendly! El Yunque provides some beautiful fews but surprisingly we saw almost no bird life on a morning hike. The condition of the roads is interesting. As someone else said, “they have asphalt for speed bumps but not for potholes.” Also, police drive with the blue lights flashing at night all the time. Just to let you know they’re out there. I’ll definitely go back.

This was a perfect place for us. Took the trip with our adult children (early twenties) and everyone had their own space. The condo is very large with a second floor balcony. The owner was great texting us during our stay and understanding when we arrived late. There is a restaurant within walking distance and two beaches. The beach directly across the street has shade trees. Both are beautiful. We enjoyed day trips to Old San Juan and Culebra. I highly recommend for families with older kids. We used the electric grill on the balcony to cook several nights. If you get in late, stop in San Juan for groceries as there is not much open in Fajardo after 10. We loved the trip and would definitely come back!

Impressively clean and well-maintained property that is just steps from a very popular beach (and a much better, but not as well-known beach). If you want to hang on the balcony, or head to the rainforest for the day, this property can accommodate your every need. Attentive and welcoming property managers made our stay so easy.

The rental was very cleaned and organized. 30 second walk to the beach. Less than 20 minute drive to the rain forest. Countless restaurants and bars within that same distance. The owner was great. They communicated back with me promptly every time I reached out. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend.

My family and I had a great time. We loved the property. I was able to visit my 2 elderly aunts at Ceiba and Naguabo. I love Fajardo because I was raised in Fajardo Garden. This trip brought back so many good memories. I LOVE Fajardo!!!!!! And this property was so perfect.

We weren't far from great food, Seven Seas across the street, and the accommodations were perfect. Also, we had a great host.

With natural reserves on either side of the property we took walks almost everyday. The pool was an added benefit and quite lovely. We have been to PR many times and have stayed at a variety of places. We absolutely recommend stating at Aúrea’s place. She made the reservation process easy (even with changes on our end) and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We will be back! And, Costa Mía, the restaurant around the corner is a must. The food was amazing!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The balcony overlooks the pool and the near Seven Seas Beach which is only about a three-minute walk away. There is good air conditioning, wifi internet, kitchen amenities, and a bunch of extras (beach towels, toys, and chairs), which made our stay even better. We were comfortable walking around the area, which was not crowded with people, and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Aurea was very responsive to my email and text questions leading up to our trip and upon arrival. Thank you!

This is our third stay with Aurea (four adults and two children). Her property is lovely. The balcony overlooks the pool with the beach and the sea another 100 steps away. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Aurea is a pleasure to deal with -- always available and friendly. We'll be back.

great location, being from this town, I believe this is a great spot very comfortable, roomy condo AC unit in the living room without extra fee nice pool for the kids apart from this, communication with Aurea was excellent before, during and after our stay would come back again to this unit thanks Aurea!

My family spent 11 nights here in January 2018. This was also our 2nd time in this rental. We were concerned about conditions in Puerto Rico following Maria, so I contacted Aurea and was informed that we may experience issues with power and water. Fortunately, we did not! The property was clean and comfortable. Seven Sea's Beach (right across the road) was in good shape, in fact was the best large beach we went to. In fact, there was a rather large flock of Puerto Rican parrots right on the beach. They must have blown out of El Yunqe and landed there! Very cool! The pool was updated since our last stay. Grounds were well kept and beautiful. The restaurants "Costa Mia" and "House of Pastiellos" were both up and going with great beach food. The bio bay just down the road was fantastic. Old San Juan is still full of history and has a fantastic vibe. For people who are maybe on the fence about taking a vacation here because of the hurricane, I can tell you that Puerto Rico is still sunny and warm, with great people. Yes, it has been knocked down, but it is standing back up. You may encounter a couple of inconveniences, but still well worth the trip! We will be back again, to this same rental, because it is a fantastic place to stay in a wonderful land!! Thank you Aurea! Puerto Rico Se Levanta!!!

Aurea's condo is very clean with great access to the beach. We loved our four days here. We loved the local food options. I would recommend against the BioBay tour, it is NOT as advertised on the websites but this had nothing to do with Aurea's hospitality and availability. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was nice, and well equipped, owner exceedingly helpful. There is no place for recycling which should be an important concern of everyone, that is why it only gets 4 stars, but how does one assign a star value to such a huge issue.

Our stay at Aurea's Condo was fantastic! We were a family of eight (8) with two (2) kids and everybody had a great time. The Condo was well equipped with everything that you need including beach gear for adults and kids. Great location if you are planning on enjoying Seven Seas Beach. The beach is just across the street but secure enough to enjoy your privacy inside the Condo's ground. The property pool is small but clean and with plenty of space and beach chairs to enjoy the sun. Walking distance to Las Croabas Restaurants where you can enjoy great sea food at reasonable prices. We will definitely return and highly recommend Palma Vista!

We spent a full week at this property, and it was excellent. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The only problem was that we should have brought all 6 of our kids because it was WAY BIGGER than I thought it would be! The beach was great. On weekdays we had it to ourselves for the most part. When the weekend came, the locals showed up and it was busy, but very fun. Everyone was very polite, and my teenagers had a blast there. We took the short hike to the hidden beaches, and they were incredible! The location of the property was great if you rent a car. It only took 5 minutes to get to the supermarket or shopping areas, 15-20 minutes to El Yunque, and maybe 5 minutes to the ferry to the islands. We will be returning to this rental again if it is available for our vacation next year. And we will be bringing more people with us!

We arrived in a spotless apartment . Very well done Aurea. Helpful with everything even a visit to the grocery store to do some shopping for us . The area us wonderful and close to the beach , just cross the street and you are there. You will need a car to go shopping for your stay as there are no local shops around, just a few cafes and restaurants who close a bit to early in evenings, 8 pm. The resort Palna Vista is very well kept in shape with a nice pool area . The only spot to put our finger on is the balcony, more comfy sitting group please and faster internet connection as we are used to be up to date with all the news from our home country Norway, by Internet TV. We will recommend the apartment to all our friends. By for now Aurea, hope to be back by you some day. Best regards Alf and Kari Kolloen

My husband, daughter, daughter's boyfriend and I spent the week at Aurea's condo. We flew into San Juan and rented a car for the week. The directions provided by Aurea were good; however, our cell phone GPS worked perfectly on the island and helped with turns. Vista Palma is a small gated community very close to the Seven Seas Beach. The property has a small pool and a tiny wading pool for children along with a many lounge chairs and regular chairs with some tables too. There is a little playground, two outside showers and bathrooms for guest use. The grounds are immaculate. The condo is very nice too. It was nice to have a full kitchen to make breakfasts, lunches and one supper while there for the week. It was nice to have air conditioning and ceiling fans to circulate the air. There is a nice size TV and DVD player - WIFI is available too. We had a great time on the island. We toured Old San Juan one day, kayaked on the Nature Reserve Bioluminescent Bay at night through the mangroves, ziplined in El Yunque with JungleQui Ecoadventure, hiked in the El Yunque National Park, explored Playa Colora and Playa Escondido which were short hikes from Seven Seas Beach (these beaches were spectacular) and relaxed by the pool and 7 Seas Beach. We sampled a lot of local food at Calizo, La Estacion, Metropol and some roadside stands, too. Costa Mia to the right of the condo made delicious pina coladas. We had some things happen while at the condo (out of everyone's control) and Aurea texted with us and contacted the condo management to get some answers for us. Everything was resolved in a timely manner. She was very helpful. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aurea's condo and in the Fajardo area. Most of all we'll miss the amazing weather - 82 during the day and 74 during the evening - delightful! Thanks, Aurea, for providing us a lovely, safe and fun home base.

It was a very easy 40 minute ride from San Juan airport to reach the townhome. We stopped at the local store to purchase what we needed for our stay and the key less door locks made entry easy. It is a quiet gated community. Morning coffee overlooking seven seas beach is great. The unit is within 10 minutes of everything you want to do in the North east of PR. Catamaran, bio bay kayak, golf, hiking, local restaurants, etc.... It was a great trip and a great place to stay. I would highly recommend this unit. If I had to make any comment it would be that there was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and no paper towels. We needed to go out and buy more. This will surely not keep us from staying here again next year!

It was a very nice, clean, beautiful condo with A/C in every room. It has Wi-Fi, LED TV, cooking pans, utensils, microwave oven, etc…. Owner was super nice. We arrived on a rainy day. The owner met us at the airport to give us keys and directions to the condo, and she also loaned us an umbrella. The Villa is in a quite area and you will need a car to get to the condo. The beautiful Seven Sea beach is across the street and there are swimming pools in the condo complex. We snorkeled on the right side of the Seven Sea beach and saw many fish. Besides the Seven Sea beach, the Luquillo beach and the El Yunque Forest is nearby. There are some many things to do in PR. We went to Batey Zip line, and Paradise Scuba Dive center for their snorkel and bio bay tour. We also took the ferry ride to Flamenco beach in Culebra – what a perfect beach. Overall, it was a fun vacation.

We were a group of 15 looking for 2 condos. We were lucky enough to find this one along with the condo right next door. We were not disappointed about our choice at all. If you are looking to get away from a busy resort, this is a perfect set up. We felt safe, it was quiet, and it was clean. There was a very small pool that was a perfect spot to start or end your day at but not a place we would have spent all day. Aurea was very easy to work with. She was quick to respond to all our email questions, met us at the airport with the keys, and upon our return home, we had our security deposit returned within a week. The condo had enough space for us to move about in without getting in each others way. Upon our arrival, we found items in the kitchen that had probably been left from previous renters. The things that were left were considered a bonus to us. It was stuff like cooking oil, seasonings, condiments, etc. At first the idea of using someone else's stuff seemed a little odd, but we quickly got over that and looked at it as a plus! There was also a binder in the condo that had a variety of information regarding things to see and do in the area. We found that very helpful in planning our days as well. From this location you have access to miles and miles of beaches. It is directly across the road from Seven Seas Beach which appeared to be a popular place for Fajardo residence. It was a little bit littered with garbage but if you took 10 minutes and continued to walk down the beach to your left, you soon discovered Hidden Beach. This beach was almost secluded and very, very clean. A great place to play in the big waves.

What a fantastic spot!! The condo is well equipped with everything that you will need for your vacation--all you have to do it pick up some groceries. There are a couple of grocery stores close by (15 min) and some local restaurants just minutes from the condo that are fantastic. Our family visited the nature conservatory as well as the Seven Seas Beach several times (enjoyed our time to the right of the beach that backs up to the conservatory). Our family also took day trip to Old San Juan, Culebra, and El Yunque! A fantastic spot, but a rental car is a must!! Highly recommend this condo for families with children!! The owners are fantastic and always available to help!!

We had 6 adults, 2 teenagers and a 1 year old at Aurea's apartment. There was plenty of room for everyone. She provided a crib and highchair for the baby which was great. We spent most of our time sitting on the beach which was very nice. The pool was small but very nice for the kids and usually it was empty. There are 2 resteraunts right on the beach which were very good. If you want to do the BioBay tours(which are really good) it is a couple minute drive away. We did a snorkeling tour to the island of Culebra which was very nice. The marina is only about a 10 minute drive away. We had never been to Puerto Rico before so we weren't sure what to expect, but we loved it. Within 5 minute drive was McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, WalMart and a couple nice grocery stores. We also loved no need for passports and going through customs. Aurea provides everything you will need for your vacation. Lots of kitchen supplies for cooking, a nice electric grill, a bunch of beach chairs and toys. We definitely want to return soon

Aurea's apartment at Palma Vista is very comfortable and perfectly located to explore Puerto Rico. Perfect location for a day trip to Old San Juan, snorkeling trip aboard a catamaran to the small island Cayo Icacos, kayaking to the bioluminescient bay Laguna Grande, a 1/2 day trip to the rain forest and La Mina Falls, short drive to Marina Puerto Chico (try the small restaurant - great food, drinks and service). You have the option of visiting multiple points of interest or lounging around the perfectly maintained pool area at Palma Vista.Seven Seas beach is fine for swimming but the better snorkeling area is walking distance towards the nature preserve and down the steps. Aurea met us to check in and called to check on us midweek. She refunded our security deposit promptly after our departure. We highly recommend this location. Kevin & Emily Harrodsburg, KY
