Key Lime cottage is perfect! It's SPOTLESSLY clean, has superior appointments (nice dishes and cookware, loads of goods books, puzzles, and beach toys), and something that we chuckled about when we first got there because there were so many but quickly realized were genius accessories --- hooks and baskets. There were only three of us, but we used all the hooks! There's plenty of opportunities to hang towels, swimsuits, hats, etc. The baskets came in super handy for organization of small unpacked items so they didn't get lost or left behind. When I say the owners paid attention to details, they even have cork boards in a closet specifically labeled to use as puzzle boards (so you can work a puzzle on the table but easily move it when needed). The furnishings are in great shape and the beds are quite comfortable.
Let's talk about the porch. It's amazing! It truly is an extra room. It rained one evening and the porch stayed dry. It was peaceful relaxing on the cushioned loveseat, reading a book, while the rain pattered down.
The pool is about 30 quick steps from the back door to the pool entry gate. It was nice being in the "wooded" part of the complex and not right on top of the pool.
We had a conversation with one of the other home owners in the Cottages of Camp Creek and she HIGHLY recommended Key Lime and The Good Life because the owners take such good care of their properties. This owner does not personally know the Key Lime owners, she'a just observativ

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family. Easy access into the unit (all one floor, super easy for unloading/loading), the pool (just a few steps away) and the beach (<5 min walk, 30 stairs). The cottage was spacious and very clean. Paula was quick to respond to any initial questions and the property manager was very quick to address an issue with the oven and provided a solution. Definitely pay attention to the items they suggest you to bring as we needed them. Great, relaxing experience for our family - we will definitely consider this property when we return to the area!

We had a great week at key lime cottage! We loved the pool, hanging out on the back porch, and easy beach access that wasn’t over crowded like so many others are nowadays. What a great spot!

We had a wonderful stay at Key Lime cottages at camp creek. The owner has thought of everything to make you feel at home. Spacious cottage, comfortable king bed, well stocked kitchen with anything to make your meals.
An easy 5 min walk to a great beach that never got too crowded. Highly recommend Dillon's beach service. So nice to have that already set up. We got front row each day, so booking ahead of time really helps.
Bike rental recommended to get into alys and Rosemary. We biked to seaside. Quite a distance but fun. Just not in the rain and dark on the way back.
Our last day swimming at the beach, there were 3 shark attacks not far at all. Just remember you are in their waters!
We really enjoyed this cottage; felt like old Florida. I think it is perfect for families with small children. Quite a few around us, but my older adult kids and I enjoyed the pool to ourselves during nap time and around 9 pm each night.

Very responsive and helpful owner. Private beach is close (public beach is not too far either). Short bike ride to Alys and Rosemary beach shops area. Cottage is clean and I would say maybe even larger than appears on website. Back covered deck was lovely for breakfast as well as meals. Pool is very close although not heated for spring break. There is a small hot tub. Loved it - would definitely stay again!

Key Lime Cottage had everything that my family of four needed to have an amazing Fall Break Getaway! The cottage was well appointed, very clean, and the location was perfect. The beach was gorgeous and not overly crowded. The property’s pool and hot tub a few steps away from the cottage were a huge hit with our kids. My husband and I enjoyed the setting of the cottage’s back deck among the landscaping. The owner made sure that we felt welcome, and we are already planning our next trip back! This place is a gem!

A group of friends and I stayed at the cottage and it was fantastic!! The location was perfect. Very close to the beach but also to a lot of restaurants. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to a friend!

Our stay at Key Lime was awesome. We were there for fall break week and everything was great.
Paula communicated with us as needed and was very helpful in recommendations on things to potentially do in the area. She is an amazing host (best one we've had in our vacation experiences). She's a very kind and personable individual.
There walk to the beach is easy and the pool is just steps away out of the backdoor. There are some beach chairs, toys and a cooler for your use.
The grocery store is just a few minutes away. Restaurants and shops are just a a short drive as well (Rosemary, Seacrest, Seagrove, and Grayton beaches all in this small stretch).
The listing is accurate and trustworthy.
We fully intend to return as this is a great family area and was quiet during our time in mid October.

Paula is a great host and has a great home. The walk to beach is very short and the beach is not crowded at all. The home was very clean and had enough room for all of us. I would stay here again for sure.

Loved key Lime. It was still affordable when the other cottages have tripled in price. Close to pool and beach. Really enjoyed it and will come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Key Lime. There was enough room for the 4 of us, the kitchen/living room area was well equipped and nicely updated. The beach was close but there’s a hefty set of stairs to get down to the beach. It’s exhausting if you have a lot of gear (which we did). That was just about the only negative. The master bed was very squeaky too. The pool is right outside the back door. It’s a great cottage overall.

Really enjoyed our first visit to 30A! This property was perfect for our family, great location, easy walk to beach (which was amazing), nice community pool, and very well appointed (beach chairs/equipment were nice enough and saved us from having to pack). First time in a long time that we never had to adjust the temperature in a rental property to make it cooler, A/C was great and we were comfortable the whole week (despite triple digit outside temps). Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Key Lim Cottage April 10-16. We felt at home the minute we walked through the door! The two full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms were more than enough space for my family of four. We enjoyed the beach everyday. We used Paula's beach chairs that she had in the cottage and hauled all of our other beach gear in a beach caddy, which I highly recommend if you have lots of stuff! (Head's up - there are steps to get down to the beach using the private access, so you probably won't be able to haul a wagon down the steps but some people kept the wagon at the top of the steps.) With mostly private residences on this deeded beach (aka no high rises!) it felt secluded, relaxing, and serene. No crowded beaches here! The pool was rather cold during our stay, so my kids did not want to swim - not sure if it is unheated or typically just that cold. But with the beach being as beautiful as it was, it was no loss for us!
We loved the surrounding area. It is a mix of established and redeveloping beach communities. The area between the cottage and Alys Beach is (re)developing so there is a lot of construction traffic during the day, and the pedestrian path is a little dicey, but we still walked it several times throughout our stay. Definitely check out Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach! Our favorite spots were The Old Florida Fish House, The Donut Hole, and The Hub.

We absolutely loved our stay at Key Lime. There were shops and restaurants within walking and biking distance. The beach was a short walk and was not crowded even though it was spring break. The location was perfect. The cottage is close enough to everything but not in the middle of everything for crazy traffic. It was very peaceful at night and made for many relaxing evenings. Paula has everything you need in the house. There is even a pasta maker. It was clean and well taken care of. We will definitely be back to Key lime Cottage!

Loved this cottage. It was away from the pool and very quiet! What I wanted. So glad that there was a Grill to prepare a Family Size meal. It was very clean. Limited supplies to start with but gave me time to not rush out and shop! Bed in Master very comfy to crash after a busy day. I’d stay again, think you’d be happy choosing this Cottage.

Our visit was nearly two years in the making with COVID cancellations, and it did not disappoint! Cottage had everything we needed to relax and feel right at home. The number of hooks for hanging towels, beach bags, etc. was so appreciated. The sugar sand brushes right off so we never felt like the house got sandy! Only drawback (and totally out of Paula’s control) is the amount of construction in the area. Currently (March 2022), the bike/pedestrian path to Alys and Rosemary beaches is a treacherous path through a construction site. Oh well, we still enjoyed sunsets every night on the nearby beach! And, we got our fill of nature at a couple of nearby state parks.

Paula is a great host/owner. Attentive and easy to reach. She emailed us personally before our trip began and the day before it ended. Simple reminders. Restaurant ideas. The house was in a good location. Private deeded beach access is a 2 minute walk away. I wouldn't recommend this spot for the elderly as the deeded beach access has a lot of stairs but for those that can easily handle the walk and stairs. It was great for us as a young family with a 5 year old. The pool was steps away, the house had a ton of games/puzzles and books that our son loved. The pool was nice in that each end a shallow end on either end of the pool. He called the walk to the pool or house from the beach 'walking through the jungle' because of all the trees. The size of the house was perfect for the 5 of us. It had copious amounts of plastic plates/cups for kids which was nice and everything you needed to cook. Wasn't as clean as we would have liked but the rental property and the owner were quick to respond. Both were very friendly and understanding.

First of all, this house is absolutely perfect. In a cute neighborhood, steps away from the pool, very short walk to the beach (a few minutes, tops) and very quiet. The floor plan is fantastic - there’s even a large closet in the queen guest room if you want to put a pack and play in there!
In terms of walkability, we walked to Alys beach often and it was an easy .5 mile trek. We went to The Hub often for dinner, which is a great spot with (or without!) kids with multiple restaurants and bars and some run around space.
We had everything we needed and Paula was hands down the best host we’ve ever stayed with. Thank you so much for our fantastic say, we hope to be back next year!

The Key Lime Cottage was just the right place for our little family's vacation. We have two boys, 8 and 6. We enjoyed the pool a couple of nights, the lights in the pool were a fun thing that the boys loved. The walk to the beach is easy and we loved that it wasn't crowded. We appreciated the updates in the cottage. We enjoyed going on a run every morning with the boys riding bikes alongside us, it was safe and there is plenty of space on the pathways along 30A. We especially loved the Alys Beach and Rosemary areas… just loved the beautiful architecture and atmosphere.

Our family loves to stay here. Everything is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool is very close by. And the beach is a short walk away. I love the updates done to the property since we last stayed. So thankful for the opportunity to stay in this lovely community!

Everything about this cottage was perfect. Paula thought of everything - even the things we didn’t think of. From beach toys (and extra beach bags), to coolers and pool floats.. . . Every single kitchen appliance you’d need, comfy beds and a zillion blankets (felt good after our sunburns kept us chilly indoors). The community was so quiet - so close to the pool but still felt secluded in the trees. The back porch was one of our favorite things! The beach was super super close!

We loved this cottage. It was well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, games, beach gear, etc... We loved the open layout and all the seating. Great privacy, tons of hooks to hang things, easy walk to the pool. Would 100% stay here again!

We had the best stay at Key Lime Cottage!! The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The house was exactly as described with everything we needed. And we loved the proximity to the pool. The entire neighborhood was quiet and a perfect setting for our first time on 30A. Paula was an excellent host. Communication before our vacation and throughout the week was great. She went above and beyond the entire time. We would absolutely stay here again.
