This was the most well-outfitted and well arranged home I have stayed in. It was easy for 16 of us to be comfortable and the kitchen was generously furnished with equipment and dinnerware. The house is attractive, well-situated, nicely furnished. The hosts were very responsive. We couldn't have asked for more.

It was a spontaneous decision to head to Granby for the weekend! We found the perfect house to share with friends and family! Perfect location! Quiet. Right on the mountain. Spacious, comfortable, clean, kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy! Nice balcony off the kitchen to have a cup of coffee or glass of wine! The owners/property managers were attentive, communicative and gracious! The stars at night were magnificent! A perfect place for our getaway during the summer. This house would also be perfect during ski season! It was a great weekend! Everyone had the best time! We will be back!

Absolutely beautiful place. Loved the 3 levels.Clean and plenty of supplies. Had a griddle, always great when making pancakes or French toast. Family awesome to work with.

We brought our extended family together in Granby Ranch, after not all being together in at least 15 years! It was one of the most heart warming, healing, bonding things we've been able to do in so long after several years of loss and hardship amongst our family. Thank you!

We had a great time at this amazing home. The location for ski in /ski out was great. The house was plenty big for 3 families to share. It was clean and very well stocked with everything you would need and more. We enjoyed it so much we decided to stay another night. We will be back next time we are in the area. Owners were great to work with and very friendly.

Our family of sixteen, eight adults and eight children, were very comfortable in this house. The owners provided everything you could need for a variety of ages. The beds were comfortable and there were even a couple of extra mattresses which we used for the kids. There were a variety of activities available downstairs. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was by far the most well stocked one that we've encountered. I appreciated that they provided an inventory of kitchen items with their information. The kitchen table was huge and could seat lots of people by pulling up the extra bench. This was truly a ski in and out property. The kids enjoyed being able to take a break and eat lunch at the house. There was a nice big heated ski closet which we appreciated. When we had a couple of questions the owners were easy to contact by phone and they were very helpful and courteous! We hope to be able to stay in this home again!!!

We had a wonderful stay here. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 plus my dad. The place was clean and well-stocked with items like trash bags, toilet paper, and kitchen items. We loved the location for skiing. Some houses looked like you’d have to walk along the street to get home. This one you can walk out the basement door and just walk past one backyard and you’re on the slope. (Just a note—you come out on a blue slope. If you’re new to skiing, you may want to drive to the base to start instead of trying to ski right down the blue slope the house is located next to). We had an amazing time and highly recommend this house and location!

Wow, wow, wow! Been going to granby for several yrs and stayed in several different houses/condos. This property is by far the best we have ever stayed at! We had 10 people and had tons of room! A true ski in/ski out property just steps away from the slope! Property owners great to work with!! We will for sure be back!!

The home had everything the 12 of us needed for a weekend stay. The home was awesome, the location great for a mountain golf outing, and convenience to stores (City Market, etc) was great., and the kitchen was great for making meals for 12. The homeowners were easy to communicate with and immediately responded to any question or comment we had. If the scale was 10, this home would be an eleven.

We have stayed in Granby no less than 7 times and this one was the BEST! We had 13 adults and a 7 month old baby and there was so much room. They had all the baby stuff you would need. They had sound machines in every room - such a nice touch. We LOVED the big kitchen table for all our meals together and games in the evening. The main living area was very open so everyone could be together. It is literally right off the main ski run and so convenient. We were able to come and go and eat all our meals at the house. Beds and bedding were very comfortable throughout the home. The washer and dryer was nice to have and they have everything needed in the kitchen - spices, baggies, trash bags, etc. The owners always responded immediately. The only thing we didn't like was the master bed and bathroom didn't have a door and the shower was completely see through. I would suggest maybe a pocket door or even a curtain between the two rooms. Other than that it was AMAZING and we will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing your piece of heaven with us!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We had an amazing experience both times. Home is wonderful and the location is great. The owners are incredibly easy to work with. We will definitely be back!!

One of the best in Granby!!

This place was fantastic. The location of the house and resort are great. Depending on which window you look out of there is a view of either the mountains in the distance or people skiing down the various runs. We were there with 12 family members of all ages. The layout of the home is as such that everyone had their own space and you never felt crowded. The downstairs area was great for the younger set playing pool or watching TV, while upstairs the adults had plenty of space to either watch TV by the gas fireplace or socializing at the large table or kitchen island. We spent time skiing between Winter Park and at Granby which made for great variety and convenience. The pictures do not do this place justice. The owners are also great to deal with. Don't miss out on this gem.

the property was great. Spacious, well appointed and the rec. center was adequate. The workout facility was old but functional and the kids loved the heated pool. the staff was very friendly. The drive in from the highway was longer than we anticipated and made any trips outside the area difficult.

The house was exactly as described- it is a beautiful house in an amazing location and the owners have created a wonderful space for families of all ages to gather. It is well stocked with ample space for everyone and they have made every effort to provide anything a family would need for down time when you are not outdoors - puzzles, movies, game table… The kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms were very comfortable, easy to communicate with owner and straightforward directions when leaving.. Granby was fantastic in the summer, I can imagine the winter version is spectacular as well.

The overall experience was amazing. my whole family and I finally got together after covid. We where able to relax and enjoy family activities, without any worries. The house had a beautiful view to get up every morning and places to go.

We had an amazing staycation! There we 5 adults and 6 kids ranging in age from 7-13. There was plenty of room to sleep and hang out so we never felt that we were "on top" of each other. The Fiss family was amazing to work with and very responsive to any questions. We are hoping to book another stay in the winter time!

This is a great property and is as advertised. Nothing was lacking for our gourmet meal preparations. We were a group of 7 adults and 2 small children. Would highly recommend it.

We only stayed one night but could have stayed way longer! The views were beautiful, the house was perfectly laid out and well-equipped. Our only small hiccup was that the entry keypad didn’t work when we arrived. However, our host replied immediately and gave us instructions on how to use an alternative entry method (the keypad had run out of battery). Our kids loved the downstairs area and we enjoyed the living room with the big windows! Thanks for a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had 2 families and 4 kids ranging in 8-15. The kiddos enjoyed the games and pool table downstairs and the adults enjoyed the upstairs kitchen / living area. It was nice for the kids to have their own space. We could not have asked for a better skiing location. It was such a convenient home to the slopes. We literally skied from the back door to the slopes and back. It was great for a quick bathroom break or lunch. We will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had 6 adults and 6 kids but you would have never known it. Kids had the downstairs, parents upstairs. It was great. We cooked in almost every night. The place had all the essentials. The location is literally 25' from the slopes, strap on the skis and your off. Two car garage, plus driveway parking worked well for us. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were plenty, and everything was spotless clean. The owners were communicative and easy to get ahold of, the whole thing was easy and smooth. Couldn't recommend it enough, well be back for sure. Thanks for the great stay!

House was clean and was in a great location of ski in/ ski out. Owners were attentive to our needs and reached out to make sure everything was good with the house. Can't wait to go back and stay again.

The property was great! The floor plan suited our family perfectly, with separate spaces for the adults and teens to escape to. Nicely furnished with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen! Having a garage to park in was an unexpected bonus! Location was great-still an easy drive to Winter Park and right on the slopes of Granby Ranch if you are looking for a smaller ski resort. Owner is quick to respond and very helpful!

We travel alot and this was the best stocked house we have stayed in. Home is immaculate and is perfect for large families. Kitchen has anything you could possibly need to prepare meals for any size family. The ski in ski out is amazing. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay over Labor Day weekend at this beautiful property. It was very clean, had all amenities, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for our group of 10. It is very close to Lake Granby and Grand Lake where we rented a boat and had a fun time on the water. The owners, Jaci and Mike, were extremely responsive to all our questions leading up to our stay and were very accommodating. I highly recommend this property. We will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here. It is a very family friendly place, the big kids really enjoyed the family room and pool table and the little kids had toys,cribs, and high chairs. The kitchen and laundry room were very well stocked. The only thing we did not have was soap and shampoo as a starter kit in the bathrooms and came in late at night and needed showers. The office desk upstairs was a great addition where my husband could get work done away from the noise. Overall we had an amazing stay and cant wait to come back!

This home is beautiful located in a great area. Me and my family had a wonderful time. I would definitely rent this home again.
