We stay here a few times a year and there is a reason we keep coming back—-the house is just like home! So cozy and comfortable for our family!

My Family and I loved staying here for the week of Labor Day. Short walk to the beach and very spacious home with great comforts. We will deff be back again in the future and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay at Sunset!

Pelican Hub is a wonderful place to stay! It has that "right at home" feeling. This was the second time we have stayed there and we always feel right home. The amenities are as presented, although maybe having a few more common kitchen items would be helpful. However, the home is well maintained and improvements have been made to keep the house up to date. We would highly recommend Pelican Hub to anyone and the owners are fantastic at staying in communication and available if needed.

We enjoyed our stay! The beach is a block from the boardwalk to the beach, so it was an easy stroll. There was a cart to carry items and one of the boardwalks has a a ramp which makes it easy to get to the beach with the cart. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. There are multiple porches plus the screened porch on ground level (with a bonus fridge for beverages etc). All of the kitchen items we needed, pots/pans/utensils, were available. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride in town and on the beach. I would recommend this beach home to friends!

The house was conveniently located with easy access to the beach. It was well appointed with plenty of room for the entire family. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing 4 days! The weather in November was absolutely perfect! Bikes and walks, beach and games. The screened-in porch downstairs is our favorite space!

Owners were very nice and had everything we needed available for a wonderful stay at Sunset Beach NC. Would definitely recommend this place who are looking for a place with close beach access and a comfortable stay. Our family enjoyed all the extra amenities such as bikes and a fishing beach cart that really made our walks to the beach even better than expected.

Great house! We are an extended family of 6 adults and 1 child and this was a great space from us! They have everything you need there! The bikes were a huge bonus for this area! Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic time at Sunset Beach. The house and location were perfect. Lots of extras were available-towels, wagon, boogie boards, and even sunscreen. Enjoyed grilling and working/sitting on deck.

Beautiful beach house with grill, bikes, wave boards and chairs. Multiple porches, cute beach decorations and comfortable beds. Walked 1 block to the beach access boardwalk. Wonderful week! Highly recommended.

Love the location close to 40th St. The large yard and decks facing the marsh sunsets gives a great feel to the property. The house has a nice beachy feel. Loved having linens, bikes, beach items, a gas grill and the screen porch with hammock. All added to the wonderful stay. This was our 2nd stay and we are already booked for next year too.

We enjoyed this house, a great value for the middle of July. We appreciated all the extra towels, comfortable beds, board games, and especially the beach wagon!

What a great week with the family in the perfect house! Great communication with the owner when there was a problem with the internet. They got the repairman out super quick and all was well. Such a well stocked place with everything needed and just a short walk to one of the best beaches ever.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was lovely and just as described. It was nice being near the 40th street beach entrance since it’s brand new and no stairs. We had everything we needed and more. Chairs and a beach wagon were awesome additions. Definitely would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house. The home was clean and spacious and fit our family-of-7’s needs. We had plenty of beds for all of us and the home had a very comfortable, beachy feel. The home was completely stocked with all the linens, pillows, towels, beach towels, beach toys, kitchen dishes, etc that we could possibly need. We will be back!

This property is everything and more. There was nothing left to be desired, every little detail is covered by the homeowner. Communication was excellent and we felt at home the moment we walked through the door. I must admit the beds were super comfortable (we all know that’s important). It was so nice having all linens provided. The beds were made, and towels were on the bedside tables. There were coolers, beach toys, shampoo, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The outdoor shower was our favorite, with the screened in porch and Adirondack chairs being a tie for second. The owners were so gracious and hospitable. Loved this less-crowded location on the westernmost part of the island. Would definitely recommend!

The home is beautiful, convenient to beach, shopping and restaurants. The kids loved their trip!

When we viewed this property we thought this will work out for a family Easter weekend celebration. This was so much more then it's profile! All the little details and comforts that the owners so thoughtfully included. 3 bikes to ride on the beautiful Sunset beach. A short walk to the new boardwalk down to the beach. They had Spike Ball & Corn Hole game or Bags as we call it. A basket full of beach towels await you by the front door. A small cooler to take along to the beach. it was the added touches that make this home so welcoming. We loved it!

What a relaxing long weekend we had yet again at this house! A great place to stay, as we do several times a year.

I truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere at the property. Everything you could think you'd want. They already have there. Which is greatly appreciated. The home is easily equipped with everything you'd want for your stay there.
