The unit is spacious and well designed. The end unit view is special. It adds light and wonderful views. It was great for our family of four. The pool was actually warm and well maintained. Only issue was balcony tiles needed some repair, but view and included beach service were wonderful.

We have stayed at Breakers East many times, and we always find it a relaxing place to settle in and enjoy the beach, the ocean and the overall ambience of Destin.This unit is beautiful, lovely furniture and best of all really good lighting for those who like to read and do crossword puzzles. Comfy beds. Great shower. We have signed up to stay here again next year. I have several suggestions for the new owners. The microwave is rusty inside and should be replaced. The toaster oven did not work so we used the less easy toaster. I would say someone should go through the stuff in the kitchen and discard and replenish. It also needs some dishrags. The broken tiles on the balcony are a real hazard to cause tripping and should be fixed before someone falls. My last suggestion is for the owners to remove their stuff from the master bedroom closet. Although we managed with the hanging rack in the bedroom, we missed the use of the closet.I understand that these are new owners - they have a beautiful place and could make it much more comfortable for the next guests.Breakers East and Your Assistant at the Beach are the BEST!

We stayed there for three nights and this was probably one of the best condos on that building. Stunning ocean view from Master bedroom, living room and patio. This home is equipped with almost all the necessities you need in a home so you will have feeling of living in your home. We are 100% satisfied with our stay.

My wife and I spent our Christmas break here and what a refreshing place to be. We were here the week of Thanksgiving as well. I love Breakers because all of the units are beach front. It’s very conveniently located to everything you need. We absolutely love it. Would love to purchase one in Breakers East.

This property is amazing for those who have young children and those visiting as adults as well because it is close to everything, water access is super easy and it is in a small enough setting to feel very comfortable and almost like everytime there is family. The pictures online were great and accurate but honestly its even better in person. The only thing we ran into was the A/C was struggling to cool but it was extremely hot outside during our trip so we believe thats all it was.

The condo was nice. Description/pictures were accurate. There were a few safety things with small children, broken tiles on balcony & electrical cords easily accessible. Also, only 1 elevator worked which made wait times long and too difficult to take a wagon full of items for kids down 8 flights of stairs.

This condo was absolutely amazing and had the best view. Within 30 mins of being there we saw dolphins from the balcony. The pictures on the site do not do this condo justice. We will definitely return to 801! Also, the owner was easy to reach if we had any questions. Thank you Carolyn!

We loved the condo and the amazing views from the balcony, we even saw a sting ray and several dolphins. Everything was very clean and smelled great. There was new carpet in the bedrooms that was very nice and plush. The master bedroom was very comfortable and had nice bedding. Plenty of hangers in the walk in closet.
Check in was a breeze as we had all the codes ahead of time, beach acces is only a few steps out of the back of the condo and the beach service was wonderful! Make sure and go down the first day to provide your information to the little shack that does the service. They will set it up for you daily, its not as busy as other parts of the beach.
We were about 12 minutes from the Back Porch which had a great happy hour that starts at 3pm. We really appreciated the cooler and beach towels which we requested. These normally do not come with the condo as they seem to go missing per our host.
There are carts at the entrance which are handy for getting your groceries up to the condo. There was a little construction but it was on an elevator and didn't last long.
One thing to note, there is only 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and there are no condiments so we had to purchase salt/pepper and additional TP. Overall its the perfect place to stay and we will be back!

Quick weekend getaway. Arrived early and took advantage of facilities before check-in. Did so again after checkout. Condo was updated and met all our needs. Less crowded beach than the larger condos.

Big condo, great views and location
The condo is large for a two bedroom. It is nicely appointed, which confortable beds and nice furniture. We loved the views and great beach access. The location in Destin is close to everything. We noticed several groups return to this same condo every year, and we will do the same when traveling to Destin.

This is a wonderful condo. It is clean, well maintained and bright being an end unit with additional windows. The kitchen is well stocked. The walk in shower is a blessing for us senior snowbirds. The beds are comfortable and you cannot beat the view. We join everyone who rents through Carolyn in singing her praises. She provides excellent customer service.

Great location. Rent the kayaks and you’ll enjoy kayaking with dolphins. Very private and secure. Easy trash on the floor…super convenient. The condo was super spacious and perfect for a family! Loved it!!

A 5 star booking. This condo was absolutely beautiful and location was magnificent. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen and deck view were a couple of the highlights for us. This condo literally has everything that you would need for a dream vacation. The host Carolyn was beyond attentive and accommodating from the day of booking to our departure. There was an item missing from the listing and the very next day we had it. She should get a review and I definitely give her 5 stars. This condo is listed as one of our favorites and we will be returning.
