Location is amazing! Just a few steps away from the beach and the pool. The whole house was very clean! We had a small leak during our stay and maintenance was sent over in less than 10 min. Highly recommend!

We did not use the community pool because there were no umbrellas but the proximity is great. Loved the pets acceptable feature of the house and the enclosed yard was so helpful. The kitchen was very well appointed and we had everything we needed to cook full meals. It was very easy to make big meals! The ice machine needs service. Ice melts quickly and sits in a pool of water which seems a bit unsanitary- it also runs very loudly. It’s nice to have and we used it but it seems to be in end of life stages. Living area was very comfortable as were the beds. Everyone slept well! The bathrooms could use some TLC - shower curtains are undesirable. The space is so small so shelves would be helpful near the sink to allow placement of toiletries. Really anything to allow the bathroom space to be better used - it is not very manageable in the present state. 30A Luxury vacations was fantastic to deal with and took care of maintenance issues immediately. We will definitely look at this property again.

The house was so close to the beach. Great location. We loved the big, wonderful kitchen to cook in at night. We also love to grill out and the very nice grill was such a plus for our family.

We LOVED our visit here. Such an incredible house with beautiful furnishings and art- can’t believe such a home was dog friendly!! Everyone loved the house and stay and we will definitely be back… not a single negative thing to say! My husband and I ended up in the upstairs room (so we wouldn’t have to hoist crib up 2 flights of stairs) and it was very comfortable. We did prefer to use the shower downstairs but easy adjustment. Thank you so much for such a great week!

The property was amazing! We had a group of 10 including our adult children. There is plenty of spaces for everyone to have privacy if they so desire. The layout of interior perfect for convenient getaways to the beautiful beach which is literally minutes from your door. We could gather all our beach essentials in this great hallway and upon return conveniently wash the sand off right just outside off the porch ! The kitchen is a chefs dream and the large dining area perfect for large groups! So cozy and comfortable! Location could not be better! Villa Rose is a wonderful home and fulfilled all our Expectations!

One Rosemary pool is steps away and the town square is a short walk. The home was spotless and well maintained. The garden area is very beautiful as well. Huge kitchen with professional grade appliances (the large ice maker was emptied/not functional). The only thing I can think of that could be improved is some of the furniture could use updating (sofas, etc) and the mattress in the middle master was really uneven). Great covered porch spaces and plenty of room throughout. Again, everything was super clean and the stay was perfect-so grateful to also bring our fur baby. Great property management company experience as well. Checked in multiple times and clear instructions. Highly Recommend!

The best thing about this house is that it is about a 2-3 minute walk out the back door to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and have booked the same week for next year. The only small negative is that this home does not come with a beach set-up. I was surprises because other homes that I have rented come with one umbrella and two chairs set up for the length of your stay. Fortunately, we brought our own. Beach setups are $70/day.

Really convenient to beach, shopping, eating etc. Layout of house is bedrooms 1st & 3rd floors, living/kitchen on 2nd. Need to repair or replace BBQ pit, did not work. Also hot water in middle downstairs bedroom bath intermittent. Various plug ins did not work.

The location is perfect and close to everything!!! The decor is slightly dated but everything was nice and in great condition. I do recommend reserving beach umbrellas and chairs. The house is beautiful and in a perfect location! We loved the kitchen, which is very well stocked with appliances and cooking gear. The floor next to the dining room table was very sticky when we got there and I had to get down and clean it. Maybe some honey spilled or something? But it wasn't cleaned and it was a large enough spill that my husband accidentally tracked it all over the kitchen before I saw it. Also there was hair in the shower that wasn't mine. But all of the sheets and towels were clean and there were plenty of extra pillows and bedding. The checkin and checkout times are a little wacky. Checkin at 5pm and checkout at 9am. But I understand it's harder to get things extra clean these days. That being said, this is our third stay in the area this year and the only place with those checkin/checkout times. But I would definitely stay there again. How many places are literally maybe 20 steps to the beach? It's also very close to the pool and to the main square. The bedrooms are small but it worked out just fine for us. I also loved that it is dog friendly! We brought one dog and she was very happy with her accommodations and with the fenced yard :) All in all, a lovely stay that we thoroughly enjoyed!

The house suited our needs perfectly. We were a party of 6 adults plus our dog. The kitchen was dreamy. Couldn't be any nicer. The living space was arranged very well for gathering, watching movies, and playing games. The large dining table was perfect for meals cooked in the dreamy chef's kitchen. The home is a very short and enjoyable walk to the beach. We walked, took a bike ride, and enjoyed shopping in Rosemary and beyond. Thank you for a great vacation experience!
