It was all you could want from prime location overlooking the beach to secure parking. Catherine (the host) thinks of everything, her place is clean, modernized, quiet and has all the amenities. We will be back.

This property has an excellent location, is very clean and very well-equipped. You are a short walk from the beach and have every possible amenity available within the unit. It is located within an HOA with some community rules, but none of them were unreasonable. The neighbors were perfectly friendly. We stayed with our six-year old daughter and had no issues. Thank you, Catherine for the hospitality. We would certainly stay again.

We were very fortunate to have Catherine as our host. She took care of our every step and was very easy to reach at all times. Her home is beautiful and within steps to the beach. Highly recommend staying at her home, you won't regret it.

We would only recommend this unit to couples without children. The property manager was very friendly and promptly communicated with us. The unit was extremely well stocked and beautifully decorated. But the neighbors in the condo complex were extremely hostile. We felt we were constantly watched and spent our stay with the blinds closed. Residents reported any perceived infractions of the condo rules with emails of complaint to the HOA (complaints can be followed up with fines). One complaint was that we'd left a bike in the common area when the bike was actually leaning against the patio doors on the inside of our unit. The pool was not well maintained and only usable for two days of our stay. We weren't able to relax and wouldn't stay here again. Overall, a great place for a couple without kids of any age.

Catherine is the best hostess ever! She left little surprises to make us feel welcome and she has the whole condo set up so that you feel perfectly at home and comfortable and you have everything that you need at your fingertips. I don't know how a woman could have so much foresight to know exactly what you would need but she's done it! She has every room set up with nice TVs and Roku remotes and whatever you need to access your Netflix account or whatever you use. She also has Bluetooth speakers in every room so you can listen to music wherever you are. She has extra charging cords in case you forgot yours. The beds are super comfy and there's carpet upstairs and soft rugs around. It seems like many of the remodeled condos are so sterile and uncomfortable but this condo is gorgeous and beautifully decorated and absolutely set up to make a person completely comfortable and at ease. She has all of the supplies you need (other than food) for the first couple days of your trip so you don't have to rush to the grocery store. The condo complex at Seascape is beautifully manicured and the grounds are so pretty and there's beach access close as well as you can walk quickly out to watch the sunset every night. There's a pool and a Jacuzzi and a park within walking distance. She also has everything you need to have a fun day on the beach and plenty of extra blankets and towels and things like that. There is easy access to the parking or the street. The parking garage is under the condo complex and she has two parking spaces available as well as a cart to help carry your things up. Like I said she's thought of everything. I highly highly recommend staying here! You will love it! We will be back for sure.

It was absolutely the best of everything...comfort,location and all the comforts of home to go with it and more.A great time was spent there .Close enough to Disney,amazing restaurants,San Diego and steps from the beach.
