We were extreamly fortunate of having the whole facility to ourselves I think we had apartment 6 great patio area. Great views lovelly pool great restaurant next door.

The only negative the area San Josr was having a fly and mosquito invasion in general a real pain in the restarants etc

Location beautiful. Parking in garage was easy. Everything new and apartment well designed. Maria was extremely helpful. Nice to have a restaurant below the unit to have a nightcap. Lighting was great and plenty of electrical outlets. Would definitely stay there again.

Top quality apartment, great value and delightful staff. Perfect access for walks to Genoveses and Monsul beaches. Pleasant stroll into town.

Comfortable stay in a newly renovated unit. Clean and quiet. Private indoors parking. Close to the beach and nature walk.

The views across the bay. Having a very nice restaurant and bar so close by was handy as it’s a 20 minute walk down into San Jose. Easy walk down to playa de los Genoveses - but you need to bring your own beach equipment as nothing provided in the apartment.

people coming and going from the restaurant/bar below look directly onto the terrace of the apartment so not very private.

Spacious, modern apartment. Clean throughout. Comfortable bed, onsite pool, amazing restaurant on site. Most all- the spectacular view from the balcony is beyond words. We enjoyed watching many sunrises, sunsets, and watchings the stars at night with beer and wine from the balcony.

It would have been nice to have a kettle, but it wasn't the end of the world- we made do with boiling water in a pan to make a cup of tea! There is a a coffee maker which we didnt use. San Jose is full of lovely cafes, so we mostly had our coffees in town.

Although quite small, the apartment was very comfortable and had a fantastic view of San Jose and mountains on the other side of the village. There were all the facilities you could wish for and a really well equipped kitchen. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

The apartments are in a residential area away from the centre of the town so, unless you want to eat in the restaurant which is integral to the property, you have a 20-30 minute walk to shops and restaurants. A car is essential but really worth having anyway for exploring the Cabo de Gata natural park.

The spectacular location, the good taste in decoration, the facilities (the pool looked amazing, though we didn't really take advantage 6 because of the strong winds).

There was a lot of space, but it was rather expensive for a flat with only one bedroom. The sofa bed in the living is very good though, so no problems sleeping well. Just a question of privacy, so if you're not a couple or very good friends, maybe it's not the best choice. Also, perhaps it would be thoughtful to leave a little olive oil and vinegar in the kitchen, in case anyone wishes to whip up a quick salad...

Commanding fantastic position overlooking San Jose, this is a little part of heaven. So relaxing watching sunsets and sunrises. Good walk into main drag of town with fabulous restaurant below apartment- Mirador

The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. There is a lovely view from it. Parking was easy in front of the apartment. A pleasant pool area. Carmen the host was extremely helpful.

We had a problem with the tv but they tried their best to mend it and there had been a lot of wind and it was a holiday weekend but it wasn’t a problem for us. You need to be fit to walk to the centre and back (15/20 mins each way) but if you do it’s a pleasant walk - otherwise use the car.

Todo bueno! Everything was great. Location, views, comfortable bed, clean! Buena ubicación, cama muy cómoda y todo limpio. Carmen siempre estuvo muy atenta! Carmen was always there for whatever you needed.
