Clean house, pretty view, perfect to stay with friends or family

Great rental house! Our entire family enjoyed the house, especially the fire-pit and hot tub. The carpet could use a steam clean, but this place is very nice for a cabin in the woods and pet friendly.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The house is very roomy and fit our family nicely. The kitchen is fully stocked. Location was very good, pretty much within 10 minute drive of everything.

Spacious house, but needed some repairs and updates. Overpriced, but did get to see a bear and a doe with 2 fawns walk across the yard. Lake view was minimal due to tree coverage.

The house was perfect for our quick getaway! The boys claimed the downstairs as theirs... was the perfect Man cave . Everything we needed was right there. The only complaint was the Tv’s did not work something with the signal but honestly only a problem late at night when settling down for bed . Overall great experience and talking about our next trip already !

This property was perfect for what we had hoped to accomplish- a gathering of close friends to relax and play table top games. It was the perfect amount of rooms for the group, and the large dining room table was perfect for our set up. When we weren't gaming there, we were hanging out in the upstairs living room or in the hot tub. I personally enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub in the downstairs double bed room. When we did have issues with the house (fridge died and plowing because it snowed), Taylor-made Rentals arrived in a very reasonable time, and was very pro-active to help with any of our needs. Just a warning, YOU WILL NEED a 4x4 vehicle to access this home during winter in case of snow fall. Even with one, after a couple of inches, I had to wait for a plow to scrape the drive way in order to return to the house. Overall, the experience was very pleasurable. It has a very unique and beautiful view of the lake, and the double drive ways at the home made load in and load out very easy for the group.

We really enjoyed our stay, lots of room, very clean, had everything we needed plus more. Would recommend, and definitely stay there again.

House was great. Very comfy for accommodating so many. Only downfalls (Grill did not work well and oven door was bent). Fire place is out in the front yard and plenty of seating. House is well maintained and plenty of parking (Front and back). We had a great time and house has a great view, quiet, and secluded.

Very nice property in a great location. The house accommodated our group very well, and we would definitely book this again. There are a few minor details that could be improved upon, but nothing major.

Large well cared for home with a great view no way to turn fireplace on and the pictures seemed more open concept than it was. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and very clean.

Great place, nice location. A little bit on a smaller side in the bedroom department. Otherwise is excellent !!!

Reviewer Comments: My family and I had the BEST time in the Just About Paradise vaca home! We enjoyed the space so very much. The porch swing, grill, fire pit, hot tub and the kitchen were the sites of some great memories! I would most definitely rent this home again! The home is very spacious and was clean except for the dead bugs in the master bedroom on the first level. The garbage disposal wasn't working, so the sink on the left was backed up. The lights in the kitchen and dining area went out a couple of times, but came back on with a flip of the circuit switch. Also, it was freezing on the first level of the home. Turning up the thermostat just made the 2nd level hot! Overall, there weren't any issues with the house that prevented us from enjoying our vaca! FYI - I strongly recommend 4 wheel drive if you are using the house in the colder months! The driveway is a beast! It was raining pretty bad the first night we were there, and my husband's truck struggled a bit to make it up the driveway (it's on a hill).

The one drawback is the fact you can see the water but have no access to it within the community.

We found the home to be clean, spacious enough for our group and meeting all our needs. We would definitely rent it again. Note: the hot tub needs drained and refilled. It was a little scummy.

I must have called 20 times before/during my stay for simple questions and they helped with every single one! This property had a wonderful view of the lake (however there was no lake access). Overall this property had great views and a lot of space so I'm happy; was a little dirty in terms on a view spider webs here and there with dead bugs caught in them. The hot tub was dirty prior to us using it (we sat down and felt dirt/grit on the seats) and the bees are RELENTLESS, we ended up having to place several bait cups filled with sweet drinks for them to leave us alone. Also, the first night someone bumped their head on the rocks by the firepit and we could not find a first aid kit ANYWHERE on the property so were forced to clean his wound with whatever we had laying around.

Roomy enough that we could spread out and not be on top of each other. The 5 bedroom home was simply beautiful and had all the comforts of home. Every room had a tv except one☹, but the living room and family rooms both had tvs as well.Even that small drawback didn't take away from the great amenities this property offers. The outdoor spa tub was an added amenity that was just right for the cool nights. The only drawback was not having a pool right at the property though we were were given access to the pool at Garrett College. (Next time a house with a pool is a must). Foosball table for the kids was a plus. Was able to bbq on a grill and cook with a fully loaded kitchen as well. Plenty of activities in and around the vicinity that we loved experiencing. Overall we enjoyed this relaxing vacation and will be returning in the winter for winter sports. So many things to do in a small area and very family friendly. Beautiful property and well maintained.
