Me and my family had amazing time it was such a beautiful place

Everything was amazing. The pictures did not give the back deck and scenery justice! The kids had a blast playing in the creek in the back. Location is perfect. Short drive to every activity we had planned. Would love to book this cabin again!

First time in this area. Very impressed with the location and cabin. Amenities were exactly as described and it was an amazing weekend for our family of 5.

We had an amazing time, and everything we needed or could have asked for was readily available. Cant wait to come back again!

We were blown away the second we walked in the door. So luxurious and it had literally everything you need. The games are endless and we kept discovering new things every day. It even has its own frisbee golf course!! We will definitely be back!! The beds are so comfortable and the back deck is so relaxing!

Loved the location real convenient to everything and loved the stream out back and not being directly off the main road! The others cabins close were not a problem and hardly noticed anybody at them. One of the king beds was very firm, like sleeping on a hard floor but some need that :). Plenty of towels! I would suggest bringing a can opener, ziplock baggies or containers for your food leftovers, foil. We will definitely be returning again to this cabin. We had no issues with anything. Great place! Just know the short roads to the cabin are a little ruff but didn’t ruin our stay. The kids loves the slide off the balcony, playground, hot tub, games on balcony and in loft!

The cabin was amazing, it was huge and super kid friendly. I wasn’t in love with the location just because I wanted to be more in the woods not being able to see all the neighbors, but that wouldn’t stop me from going again. I highly suggest the owners take new photos because the photos right now you can’t see everything involved with the cabin, but maybe that’s a surprise. It was great overall

From the Christmas decorations to the smallest details. We had a range of family members from 9 months to 60 and everyone one was happy. Warm, comfortable and cozy even during one of the worst cold 🥶 spells.

upon arrival the guest before us had caused a few problems, the house keeper was wonderful and explained everything , the fire place had a small hiccup we called and with 10 min it was taken care of , the outdoor space was perfect. wish I could take this cabin to the Rockies ! It was top of the line. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We had a nice getaway with the entire family from 5year old to adult children and mother in law! Quiet in the woods, kids loved the little stream, as did the dogs! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, and allllll the games inside and out! Plenty of beds for our large group of 8! Everyone was very comfortable and it was nice having the bedroom downstairs for us since it was my bday and we were the ones hosting so we had a bit of privacy lol!

The only bad thing about this cabin is it there are not three full bathrooms so we did have to share a bathroom Upstairs with the two masters and the loft beds. We will definitely be renting again!

The cabin was beautiful and the deck space was phenomenal! In addition to the property being gorgeous and clean, there were so many amenities. We had several children in our group and there was so much to keep them occupied. Between the game area upstairs and the wide variety of outdoor games and activities, everyone was well entertained. Would recommend this property to anyone. By far the best cabin we’ve stayed in!

We loved the space and the location of the cabin. Easy access to dining and the state park! The cabin was well stocked with all the things that we needed plus pretty clean. We loved all the outdoor games the cabin provided. We had a blast, and would definitely stay here again!

This home was so beautiful. We had enough beds with room to spare. There was a minor issue in the house but it was rectified very promptly and was handled very well. The staff was very polite and apologetic for the issue. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay and relax. We went for a mom and daughters Girl Trip and had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this property. It's close to shopping and the lake and lots of eateries (although we did use the kitchen and cook there also).

We really enjoyed our time at this cabin. Perfect for our family of 10. The outdoor space is awesome with lots of entertainment for every age!

The only issues we had. My family members that were staying upstairs kept complaining about the AC thermostat upstairs. It kept changing going back up to 75. They were waking up in the middle of the night sweating and changing it back to 72 then again during the day/ morning hours it was back to 75. So they felt , my family members that it needed to NOT be programed to change when you have guests actually occupying the cabin. Now as for my husband & I downstairs on the main floor was perfect. We were not sweating at all. We were actually kind of cold with air at 71/72 temp. Our all overall experience with the cabin, it was beautiful. Everything was beautiful outside & inside. Everything you needed was provided. I would definitely stay with them again if they’d have us. I would only recommend , just please when you have guest occupied in your cabin. The thermostat should not change constantly every time we turn it back down to 72. It should only be programmed when there are no guest in the cabin. It really was an issue for my family members. They were not happy about it.

We had the absolute best time. Great house with all the amenities you could ever need. Will definitely book again in the future.

The cabin did not disappoint. (Upstairs bedrooms were a little on the hot side. Outside decks were spacious and nice but didn't seem like they had been blown off or cleaned in a while. No shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. Those were the only things that we felt could have been better.) But, certainly didn't spoil our fun. We loved the different areas inside and outside the cabin and all the games. Enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Overall experience was great and we would recommend!

We had a great time in Broken Bow and staying at Time Well Spent. It was the perfect location, close to everything we wanted to do. And the set up was great for two families with young kids. They loved the bunk beds and backyard and the adults loved the covered porch with fans! Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again!

The property was lovely and very well appointed. Our kids could not get enough of the game room! I didn't think we would use the hot tub much since it was summer, but boy was I wrong. It was the perfect way to wake up, relax after a hike or wind down before bed. We had a last minute schedule shift and Brenda was extremely accommodating and helped us find a cabin that was available for our new dates. Highly recommended for larger family gatherings or multiple families!

There were cleaning issues -- there was a lot of dishes, pots and pans that were dirty and put back into the cupboards. Our bedding for the master bedroom was stained and appeared to have not been cleaned prior to our stay. I think the biggest pet peeve was that someone arrived 15 minutes to our departure wanting to start cleaning the hot tub and whatever else they were responsible for. Normally, wouldn't be a big deal but with checkout time at 11:00 AM sharp, it would have been nice to not feel rushed to leave out at that moment; in addition, it would have been courteous for that person to have been wearing a mask when approaching the door. The pandemic is still very real and my son is in the high risk category.

We found a set of eyelashes in the master bathroom downstairs and tons of little kid handprints on the windows in the main living room and we did not bring any little kids on our trip so we know this was not from one of our family members.Also, some of the towels smelled moldy when I would dry off my face like they were left in the washer too long.Again, I hate to complain about such a great place that we will come back to. I just felt as a fellow business owner you might want to know

The 2 kids enjoyed the bunk bed experience, the outdoor play equipment and games. Better maintained yard areas with NO poison ivy this time. Would recommend a different oven that does not vent through the cooktop into the room, just for the owners' sake, as the AC ran continuously to compensate for the high heat the oven emitted throughout the preheating and cooking phases. It preheats very slowly because of this escape of heat. Great new bedding and comfortable beds. Outdoor fan remote was missing and living room Roku remote did not work, but we used the one from the master bedroom, then returned it before departure. The updated firepit guard is attractive and much more safe! Special lighting nice. Excellent response by management when a plumber was needed. The price may go out of our budget, but the family dearly loves gathering inside and out back. ALL of us agree it is Time Well Spent.
