The condo was beautiful. The neighborhood is clean and new. It is located across the street from a grocery store and outlets and is only minutes from multiple beaches. The property manager had excellent communication with us and we had a wonderful time here. Will definitely come here again and highly recommend this property!

We’ve been renting Ryan’s property for several years and always look forward to our planning our return. This rental has everything you could possibly need and or that were very grateful…minimizing the need to pack the “extras”.

Comfortable, well-appointed, beautiful, and immaculately clean home. The only very slight drawback is that it’s not closer to the beach—but the upside of that is that there isn’t sand in everything! Owner was friendly, organized, communicative, and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this gem in Rehoboth Beach! Ryan is a very attentive host who has seen to every detail to make sure his guests have a comfortable stay. The townhouse is very spacious and clean!! We truly appreciated the city parking pass and separate bathrooms with each bedroom. We loved the bikes and used them to explore the Junction and Breakwater trail. The pool is very nice too! We can't wait for our next visit!

5 star is not enough to give for this place. Great location, newly renovated. Everything was provided by way of chairs towels etc. Excellent communication on the part of the realtor.

The home was lovely, very well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen equipment etc. it was close to stores and shopping. Would have loved to be a bit closer to beach, but neighborhood pool was great

Beautiful condo in great location
Ryan’s Condo is immaculate and he provides most everything you need. We appreciated the fact that we did not have to pack sheets and towels. He even provides shampoos, conditioners and hairdryers.
The path behind the condo complex provides easy accessibility to downtown Rehoboth Beach and the stores. We enjoyed both biking and walking to that area (four bikes are provided). You can walk to an artist market, brewery and down to the farmers market.
An array of outlet stores or nearby if you enjoy shopping. Bethany Beach and Dewey Beach are within close proximity. Assateague Island was an easy day trip (a little over an hour) and well worth the drive.
Ryan is extremely responsive and he provides clear instructions and information I highly recommend staying at Ryan’s condo.
There is only one television, so plan accordingly. Since my kids are teenagers, we took laptops with us which allowed them to watch TV in their room.

It is perfectly located off of Route 1 close to all the outlets, restaurants and beaches. Had everything we wanted, a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable bed with linens, nice towels, Smart TV, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Ryan, the owner was great to work with and communicate with. He always responded quickly to any questions that we had. We have used VRBO many times and are so glad we found Ryan and his beautiful home in Rehoboth Crossing. We will tell our family and friends about his lovely home. It was a perfect home, perfect location, and a perfect get-a-way. We will definitely be back to stay in this great home again. This was our 1st time in the area. I was moderately disappointed with Rehobeth because it was a little like the Jersey Shore. We were pleasantly surprised by Lewes which had a lot of charm and was not as commercial .

This is a great place, bright, immaculate and beautifully decorated! Very close to the beach, great restaurants and all of the amenities you need! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening after the kids went to bed, the kids enjoyed the pool. The community was calm and quiet. We did wish there was a TV in at least one of the bedrooms. We would definitely visit again, we were sad to have to leave!

This is a great place, bright, immaculate and beautifully decorated! Very close to the beach, great restaurants and all of the amenities you need! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening after the kids went to bed, the kids enjoyed the pool. The community was calm and quiet. We did wish there was a TV in at least one of the bedrooms. We would definitely visit again, we were sad to have to leave!
