This was the perfect cottage for our family of eight! Close to everything but quiet to have peaceful rest! Don’t hesitate! Book this place. You will love it!

This was a cozy home in the perfect location. We had 6 adults and two teenagers traveling together for our family vacation. Although the beds in the 3rd bedroom were more for young children not older we made it work. The home had everything we needed to make all our meals at home including a small grill. We thought the beds were comfortable and had no trouble sleeping. communication with Cyndi was very easy and she responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend the home to other families looking for a nice quiet get away to 30a.

Cyndi’s place was exactly what we needed to escape the winter. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The best part was that it was a very short walk to the beach and dining. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful visit, the house was great, and enough room for our almost adult family. Everything we needed was included and communicating with the owner went great!

So much to say… this house, a very short walk or bike ride into Seaside, has everything. It’s the perfect setup for one or even two families in a classic, modest sized cottage under the trees (which is sadly harder to find on 30-A with so many 3-4 story mansions going up). The decor is beachy, funky and warm. You just walk in and love every detail. Our only regret is not being able to use the beautiful pool out back. The front and back porches were wonderful places to relax. Can’t wait to come back. Especially because Cyndi, the host, was so incredibly kind to us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Walked in and didn’t want to leave. This cottage was so inviting——from the front porch with rockers & a swing all the way through to the back porch and a comfy swing to relax with my book! The house is beautifully decorated and felt so comfy for all of us! Plenty of space in living room to sit and visit or watch tv. Wonderful dining & kitchen area for playing games,, cooking or take-out food! We were too busy with wedding events we never got to the beach but what we saw was gorgeous. The Seaside Chapel was beautiful for our Gr’dtrs Fairytale Wedding!! All I can say is “Y’all Come”: you won’t be disappointed and you’ll find excuses to go back!!

We make this trip every year to start our Christmas shopping and always stay at Escape Plan! We absolutely love this house, it is so warm & inviting! We always wish we could stay longer! There is no bad time of the year to stay here, can’t wait to go back!

The home was so cozy & charming! Absolutely LOVED the back porch swing. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great during our stay so we spent a lot of time in that swing. Lol. Enjoyed the quiet location. The house was stocked with all the things including towels, seasonings, laundry detergent, etc. It felt like I walked into my own home. The walk to the beach was longer than we thought. The walk is easy as others stated, but it’s a haul with all your beach items. Thank you so much Cyndi, for sharing your home with us!!

This house was perfect! Everything you need to feel at home and relax! Comfy beds, awesome kitchen for big or small meals, pool was perfect! We all had a great time? Cyndi was a great host! Super easy to work with. We would love to stay again! Just loved it!

I can't say enough good things about this property and the AWESOME owner!!! Cyndi is the absolute BEST!!! her communication, thoughtfulness, and attention to details is unsurpassed. This was our second visit to this beautiful house, and it was even more enjoyable than the first time. Cyndi provides everything you need, including beach towels for the gorgeous pool. The location is Perfect! We rented bikes and rode into Seaside within 5 minutes. The beach is also a quick ride or walk from the house, along with multiple options for dining. We will definitely be back. This was the perfect way to celebrate my 60th birthday. Thank You Cyndi!!

I don’t even know where to begin.. this house is absolutely amazing and was the perfect stay for my family. This was the first beach house I have rented that felt like we were guests and not just renters. Cyndi is unbelievably thoughtful in her home. From salt/pepper shakers, laundry detergent, bug spray by the front door, an umbrella in case it rained and great books on the shelves. The house was impeccably clean and so very comfortable. The pool is spotless and was perfect for my little girl to practice her swimming. My son especially loved the fluffy pillows in the kids room. He wants one for his room! Cyndi’s communication was top notch through our whole trip. The location is so close to everything but tucked away for privacy. My family absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. Thank you Cyndi for a wonderful time!

Highly recommend this house. Easy walk to Seaside and beach, but very private. Due to rough waves and tide, we didn’t have much time in the water at the beach. The backyard pool was a major plus.

This was the perfect location for our yearly girls trip! We had five stay, and there was plenty of room for us! The house was very clean and decorated so cute. It is just as pictured but even better! It has everything you need, the pool is a plus and very clean and spacious for a small group. We walked to the beach but I would recommend a wagon for taking all the beach gear! Also take your own beach chairs. We all loved this rental and will definitely consider it for future trips with the girls or our own families! We loved it! You won’t be disappointed!

Our stay was relaxing and perfect for everyone in the family. The kids loved the pool and the beach was walkable. The house is gorgeous and the kitchen was stocked well, as we made our own meals most of the time. The owner was easily accessible with any questions. Would highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at this home. Cindi is a wonderful host and we even got to meet her this time and take a peek at her new property next door. Of course it is lovely. This home has everything you need fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, clean, beach towels. The pool was enjoyed by all of us. Great location! We will be back again!

We loved this house and location! The pool and screened in porch are beautiful. The house is spacious and well appointed. The vaulted ceilings are gorgeous, and everything is homey and clean. We appreciated all the beach towels and all our communications with Cyndi. The house is a short walk to the beach and downtown Seaside. It is tucked into a very private spot with lots of tree cover and beautiful natural surroundings. We would love to come back!

This home was located on a very quiet street in a charming neighborhood in Old Seagrove. We were participating in the Seaside School fundraising races and wanted a place that enabled us to walk to and enjoy Seaside without any parking hassles as well as to the beach. This home was in the perfect location. The layout was fabulous. We wanted extra room for laying out all of our race gear and for stretching. The floor plan was fabulous with a great master and master bath overlooking the pool and two other bedrooms on the other side of the home sharing a well equipped bath. The kitchen was furnished with great appliances and we loved having the option of both indoor and al fresco dining. The family sitting area was large enough to accommodate a crowd, and the front and back screened in porches were wonderful. Truly a gem. Hopefully we will be fortunate enough to book again.

My spouse and I rented this house for nine days. We met the owner who is very helpful and quick to respond. The house is in a wonderful quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and stores. it is also conveniently located to all of the communities and state parks along 30-just a short drive The house has a great pool, which, of course, we knew we weren’t going to be able to use in January but would be lovely during the right season. The house is also very close to grocery stores and other shopping on Highway 98. Love this house and location and would definitely recommend!

This is a great rental because of the location to activities. beach and stores! . The wonderful decor from the bedrooms to the fully stocked kitchen and the screened in porch where we would have breakfast makes this one of the best rentals we have found in a long time! Our children loved everything from the pool to the easy walk into Seaside! I just don’t think there is any box this rental leaves unchecked! You won’t be disappointed staying in this lovely home on a quiet street! We had easy access to contact with the owner. Our college and high school age children didn’t want to leave this house! You are in for a treat!!

We were in town for a wedding at the Seaside Chapel and couldn’t have asked for a better location. The house was decorated so cute and had everything we needed. We loved it!
