Great house with proper bedding for the 16 of us. The two rooms on the top level with 8 total bunk beds are perfect for kids. Extremely well equipped. Almost all small appliances are included. We’d give it a top rating in all areas.

This is a wonderful property for a big group (we had 16). We would definitely come back. (The only minor negative is the music from the bar down the street on the beach. Most of us didn't mind but a couple of those who go to bed early did express annoyance.)

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your rental. All family enjoyed a most beautiful home which had an amazing layout allowing our 3 grandchildren under the age of 2 to enjoy safe surroundings. Home included all amenities for family dinners and late night talks on the porch.We enjoyed the beach and downtown area at some of the most amazing restaurants just steps away from the beach. We only wish the yard was more attended too. The grass did not allow our little ones to run freely as there were too many weeds allowing for splinters on bottom of our feet. The pool could have been a little cleaner.

The house is great. Spacious with plenty of bed rooms for everyone. Plenty of great features like the deck and pool for guests to enjoy. Perfect location as well. Will definitely be back

We brought 4 families together with 7 kids and this was the perfect place for our reunion. All the bedrooms were a good size and the main area accommodated all 14 of us without any difficulty! The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessities and the kids even managed to enjoy the pool despite the fact that it was unheated and very cold! Thank you for a great and memorable experience!

Location was great, the house itself needs a bit of a refresh (paint, etc). The double doors in the upstairs bedroom facing the beaches need to be repaired/replaced. Couldn't keep one set closed during heavy winds on Thursday. The recycle wasn't picked up on Wednesday and the trash wasn't picked up on Thursday so whoever stays there next is going to have to deal with that issue

It was clean, close to the beach and property manager was responsive in correcting the one issue that we had. Would recommend.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Carolina Boulevard. The house was large and easily able to accommodate our group of adults. With 14 beds, everyone had ample space for sleeping comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary dishware and cookware to make large meals at home for 10+ adults. The pool was especially lovely. The beach was a close walk, although we were almost exactly equidistant from the access paths (which are on odd numbered streets). There are a few areas not entirely clean (kitchen wall behind the recycling bin, a bit of a musty smell on the top floor) and the house could stand upgrades in a few areas. The bar a few blocks over (the Windjammer) also gave extremely loud concerts several times a day over the holiday weekend which could be heard both inside and out of the house. Overall great experience minus a few small things.

Perfect location.Elevator was not working during entire week,would have been nice for grandparents and recent hip replacement son in law. Plenty of room for our large family.Kids and grandkids enjoyed the pool table and swimming pool.

This house fit our family perfectly and may have spoiled us for any future visits. The bedrooms are nice, each with their own bathroom. The children have their own floor with double-sized bunkbeds, tvs, sofas, and a foosball table. The main floor is open and spacious, including comfy sofas, giant kitchen, pool table, and large family dinner table. The main deck is screened in and the pool is perfect. The location is an easy walk to the beach or the main shopping/eating area. My only constructive criticism is that the house needs some TLC. Both ice-makers didn't work, there were slow bathroom drains, water damaged ceilings, rips in the screen porch, missing towel bars and toilet paper holders, and finger-printed walls. Nothing that really kept us from enjoying ourselves, but things that should be properly tended to. We would certainly consider staying here again!

There also is a need for more towel racks in bathrooms or bedrooms. Overall a great house .., just needs a little TLC to get to the highest standard.

The house was in the perfect location right near the beach and restaurants. If looking to be close to Charleston- isle of Palms is a definite $30 uber. There were a few maintaince issues: a step on the porch was missing, door knobs were broken, pool seats were broken- things that should have been fixed before we got there and not while 15 girls were changing to go out to dinner! But overall it was such a beautiful house with outdoor and indoor space tons of beds and porches. I would definitely rent here again my only wish was that they were more flexible with check in and check out since there were so many of us.

Great Home!

PROS: Nice large kitchen with tons of silverware, plates, cups, mugs, pans, appliances, etc. Gathering and dining spaces were a terrific size. Beds in great condition and comfortable, all linens and towels were super fresh and clean. Super location, so convenient, easy walking to everything important. The pool is well maintained, but not heated. CONS: MINOR MAINTENANCE - Home needs a little maintenance, but was not bad overall. The ice dispenser was broken, screens on porch ripped and loose, door to the main porch will not latch/lock shut, the gas fireplace in the living room is not working because there was no outdoor gas tank. We also had a fire alarm keep beeping because the batteries had not been replaced recently, and there is no plunger onsite. The rusty basement door entering the home really stood out. We never complained at the time because we arrived on a long Christmas weekend and the answering service said they only contact the property manager in emergencies. We did not consider any of these items as an emergency. CLEANLINESS: Our chief complaint, however, was the lack of cleanliness of the property. We found a used Band-Aid on a bathroom floor, the master shower had hair in it along with mold on the tile grout and door, the Jacuzzi tub was dirty with soap scum etc., dirt and toys under couches, dirty pool table, mildew on some bathroom walls, and the grout on the bathroom floors are nearly black. Most shocking to us was the ocean facing windows were all so dirty it was like a heavy haze blocking the view. Unfortunately, the owner provides no access to cleaning supplies. Given the very generous dollar cleaning fee we paid, we expected much better and you should too. We took pictures. AGREEMENT: The rental agency charged my card thousands more up front than VRBO checkout specified. When I contacted them was politely told to take it or leave it. The listing has recently been changed since my complaint. We choose to keep the rental, but I wanted to let others know of our experience. OVERALL: This was a great property in an awesome location. It is in good condition but needs some minor maintenance and significantly better cleaning. The management company could be more organized like providing the wifi password upon arrival and listing any equipment that is out of order (ice maker and fireplace).

Our family booked this home for our Early Thanksgiving gathering. There was plenty of room for everyone. The foosball table was a big hit with the kids. The pool table was fun for the adults. It was very close to the beach and the weather was fabulous for November. Loved the screened in back porch. The kitchen was great for meals. We had our family meal at Acme Low Country which was within walking distance. The home needs some repairs and it could have used a better cleaning, but over all a good stay at an amazingly good price. Carolina One people were very helpful. Thinking of making this a family tradition.

We had a wonderful time in IOP. The house couldn't have been better. Check-in was a breeze, everything was in great shape, and it was an excellent layout for a big group. Location was half a block from the beach and the center of IOP.

This is an excellent property for larger families. Kitchen is super well stocked with tons of silverware, plates, cups and any cooking utensil you can think of. The common area around the kitchen, family room, eating area is perfect for family gatherings. The elevator makes getting to all floors with your luggage not so difficult. The house is well cared for and clean. This location is very close to the beach-short walk away from several access points. The volleyball net and fenced in pool is private and a perfect size. The property boasts a large back porch which is screened in and has a nice gas grill. The bedrooms are nice size and have TV's in each room. The 3rd floor is perfect with 2 rooms with bunk beds and 2 pull out couches...great area for multiple kids to sleep and hang out. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations...this property is perfect!
