We were very happy with the space, the location, and particularly the ease of parking (not easy in Siesta Key)! There was plenty of room for us to spread out, an extra large washer and dryer, and lots of beach chairs and towels. We would rent this property again.

The unit was well equipped but not enough to give it a top rating. The owners were very nice and accommodating. It was furnished generally tastefully, but on the darker and heavy side for a beach rental. The couches were comfortable and seemed newer, but the king bed mattress was saggy and needed replacing. Kitchen had most equipment but could use more light and a larger coffee maker given the size of the unit. Location was fine but a hike to the beach.

Fantastic unit. Lou and Vicky outline everything that you will need for a successful trip, from what to do when first arriving at the property, to the check out process. Three minute car ride to the main Siesta Beach parking lot, could not be any easier. We will definitely be back!

Condo was is a great location on Siesta Key. Trolley stop was very conveniently located near the condo. Great time on the beach. Lots of beach items in the closet.

This condo/townhouse was a great size for us. The bedrooms are big! It was only a mile from the main siesta key beach parking area. The kids used the pool a couple of times. Great value for the price!

The property was decent....a lot of steps and not much of a view but plenty of room. We were hoping to be closer to the water but could only see a small slice of it from one of the decks. The location is in the middle of both public beach access points so we did the loop twice. It was probably 20-25 minutes each way so an hour plus round trip. The facility seemed like it was run by a 3rd party and not the owners (probably was) as it lacked the well maintained feeling but was sufficent. We were missing a garbage can for the kitchen and got a quick response from the mgr who ordered one via Amazon - and it arrived the day we were leaving. There were a lot of steps....getting to the front door and within the unit. Nothing wrong with that but if you are hauling in luggage or something you should be aware. Parking was handy, overall a decent place....just a place we would not go back to.

F22 was a great place to stay , very clean and well stocked with everything needed to do our own cooking when we felt like it . Beach access is not far and everything is provided that is needed for the beach which is great when your flying like we did !

Had a great 2 weeks here at siesta key! Lou was great with communication and worked with us in a wonderful way when our future plans to Caymen Islands were canceled. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation

I have no negative comments at all regarding the property or the owners. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic townhome in great location. Our family had a blast. The unit has pretty much everything you need for your stay. It’s clean and inviting. You do have to drive to the beach up the road though since there is no access across the street from the unit. That Wasn’t a problem for us. The public beach was about a mile or 2 up the road, parking is free, there is a playground and picnic tables, and a lifeguard on duty. The beaches are absolutely beautiful, pristine water and soft powdery white sand. We had a great time.

Very good experience and having a washer and dryer is awesome! Get to go home and not have lots of laundry to do! Lots of space and setup of condo is great especially since we had our 3 children with us.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Siesta Key. Lou was very good to work with and was always easy to contact if we had any questions. The property was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed was at the property and the beach is just a short walk or drive away. I would highly recommend this rental

My family and I loved Siesta Key. The house was super clean, very roomy and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was like I was at home. It was a very short drive to the nicest public beach I have ever been to. The house also had a beach closet with everything you could need for a day at the beach. Chairs, coolers, umbrellas , toys and most importantly a beach wagon. We just left the stuff in the car for the week, super convenient when you are flying and can't bring the beach stuff with you. When I return to Siesta Key we will definitely return to this house. The owners also included a lot of information on the area, were also very nice to speak with on the phone and could not have been more helpful. Thanks for a great week! Bob, Frederick MD

We loved the beautiful decor, comfortable bed, variety of kitchen amenities, a newer washer and dryer, and everything we needed to take to the beach. We were literally a one minute drive to the beach. The best lace is also immaculate. We will definitely be back. Our host was very responsive as well!

Our stay was cut short due to a death in the family but it couldn’t have been any better. It took my children’s minds off of home and we all enjoyed the pool, pool table, condo, and the beach. The beach is beautiful!

Great location, and very clean apartment. Plenty of towels and beach equipment as well. Vicky and Lou were very friendly, and even gave us advice on how to access one of the beaches closest to the apartment!

We communicated with Lou easily. He was always quick to respond to our questions. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed. The grounds were quiet and well maintained. The harbor view was perfect for an evening BBQ and the pool area was clean and hardly busy! The beach is a hop, skip and a jump away and downtown shops and restaurants were a delight!

Our party of four enjoyed our stay. There was good communication for easy check-in. The property was very clean with lots of space. We enjoyed the restaurants in the area instead of cooking but the kitchen had all of the essentials. It was just a short drive to the beautiful beach. We really enjoyed our stay at this property!

Townhouse was clean, roomy, great access to the beach and town. Lou was a great host and responded quickly to our questions. Highly recommend staying here and we plan to book again for next year. Many thanks from our family.

Spacious, comfortable.

This being our first visit to Siesta Key, we were not disappointed. A small, friendly community, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The condo itself was very spacious, clean and well-equipped, and the owners were beyond fantastic in terms of communication. The condo complex and pool area were also immaculate, and full of friendly families which our two girls enjoyed immensely. We even grilled out by the dock one night, and enjoyed our dinner out over the water, which felt like we were dining at a high-end restaurant! We even had a friendly heron join us on the dock ;-) Transportation around Siesta Key is free through the trolley service (runs approx every 30 mins at frequent trolley stops), as well, there is Siesta Key Free Ride, whom you can call to pick you up right in front of the condo. They work for tips, so be sure to bring some cash with you. If you have a car and want a change of scenery, drive approximately 40 mins north to Coquina Beach, which is smaller - albeit just as gorgeous - as Siesta Key beach. It also has change rooms and bathrooms as well as a cute, beach front bar/cafe. All in all, we had a fantastic week at Lou & Vicky’s condo, and we would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks so much for making our stay so effortless, Lou!

Easy access from interstate and to public beaches. Condo had everything we could need, so we probably didn’t need to pack so much. Multiple balconies and covered parking. We were able to have a relaxing family vacation.
