This is by far the best VRBO that we have stayed in. The house is incredible, clean, perfect location and breathtaking views. Laura is fantastic and responsive. We will definitely be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic and the house is overall beautiful. There were a few issues I would like to share with the owners though. This is a luxury rental and details matter. Many of the glasses in the cabinets were very dirty. Champagne mostly. We had to wash them all for our stay. Also, the beach towels had been hanging there for a very long time as they were hard and framed with the hook when you took them off. Those should be washed between every rental. Many of the bathroom towels were also on hooks. Due to the beach towels, I was not confident they had been cleaned. The fireplace also didn’t work during our stay, but they came to fix it fairly quickly. A few of the wall lamps also didn’t work. Assuming the bulbs haven’t been replaced. You may also want to get some better knifes. We had filets and struggled with the knives provided. Lastly, the couch cushion outside needs to be replaced or refilled. Again, the house is lovely and Julie was awesome. You just have to tighten up the cleaning and maintenance process a bit. Thanks again for the wonderful week! We will most likely be back!

We booked the upper and downstairs units for our family vacation. It was a beautiful property that met all of our needs on our favorite Balboa Island. Wonderful property, wonderful trip.

Communication before arrival communication was fantastic, and hard to believe it was possible, but the unit is even more beautiful than the pictures show, with a location that you can’t beat! The unit was absolutely immaculate and stocked perfectly. Also, top it all off, the property manager was amazing! We hope to come back again and again and again! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

This Home is just amazing in the Most desirable spot on Balboa Island! A lot of sun light, sunsets, Boats to watch, and the home ist so wonderful furnitched and decorated, that you just do not want to leave at all!! Thanks for Sharing this Beauty with us - we will Come back - for sure!!

We have made this an annual trip we love it so much. The house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect. A short walk to the ferry, restaurants and shopping. Can’t wait for next year.

The bay front home is beautiful! We absolutely loved sitting on our deck and watching the boats, water and people. The beds are very comfortable. The interior of the house is decorated beautifully. We had everything we needed for our stay It was fun walking around Balboa Island. Lots of cute shop’s and restaurants Julie was wonderful to work with. We will definitely go back!!

Everything was in perfect order when we arrived. We loved the location, beautiful views with boats and people cruising by during the day, plus lovely sunsets and then wonderfully quiet at night. This unit is beautifully updated and maintained. Plenty of everything. ( towels, dishes etc) We kayaked on Lido. Rode bikes around the Back Bay bike trail. House manager Julie was responsive and so friendly. We love this place.

My family of 5 plus 3 nieces stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from UC Irvine. This property made this important milestone in my daughter’s life so special by having a spectacular house with awesome views of balboa bay whether inside or outside. House was immaculate, nicely decorated and spacious. Thanks!

We gathered as an extended family, this property suited us very well. The home is well equipped with everything you might require on a holiday! The location is convenient and views are spectacular. Julie the manager, was lovely to deal with. She took the time to run us through the property on check-in. I highly recommend it.

This is our second time staying here and it's just amazing. Perfect for 3 adult couples (3 King Beds, with their own bathrooms). Perfect location right on the water, 5 minute walk to the ferry, 10 minute walk to the main downtown area. We just picked up food from a local restaurant and ate it out on our large patio or in the dining room each evening. Can't beat the views!
Well appointed with comfortable furniture, cozy fireplace, kitchen came well equipped, and off street parking.

Beautifully decorated. All the bedrooms with comfortable king beds & their own bathrooms. The water view from the deck was spectacular. The seating on the deck allows for plenty of comfortable places to sit & enjoy the So. Cal lifestyle. Can’t wait to go back. Loved all of it!!

This property was beautiful. From the moment we walked in, we knew we had made the right choice. Julie was so accommodating when checking us in, even called us to say we could come early. The views were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property is in a perfect location on Bay Front, it is beautifully decorated with pretty much everything you could need, and it is immaculately clean. Perfect long weekend!

Beautiful property inside and out in a wonderful location! Would have appreciated our stay a little more if:
1) The home was ready for us to occupy at the 4 PM check in time
2) The tenants on the first floor were not noisy at all hours of the day & night
3) The home was equipped with a few things that we have come to expect from other "high-end" VRBO rentals such as kleenex/tissues, 2 ply toilet paper, travel size shampoo & conditioner in the showers, AND A FUNCTIONAL ICE MAKER IN THE BUILT IN REFRIGERATOR.

Property is perfectly located on South Bayfront, beautifully appointed, a view from the deck of the bay and Peninsula across the water. Mesmerizing morning through night. Well managed and perfect for 6-8 people.

Staying at this property is the best of the best on Balboa Island. The accommodations are comfortable and perfect for watching the boats go bye. You can walk around the island, eat at local restaurants or have a meal in the easy to use kitchen. Both the furniture and beds are more than comfortable.
