Warning: The property management team threatened me when I mentioned leaving a negative review related to the cleanliness of this listing. Here’s what they will say: they offered to clean the property. However that was after we already had to stay in it overnight and leave during our paid rental to allow access. It was not an acceptable solution. In fact we were told we shouldn't expect “clean” as it was a very busy summer…(during a pandemic). I feel bad for the owner. Took many photos. Cleaning fee was a total waste. Vrbo said there was nothing they could do and we had to deal directly with the rental company. No surprises as to how that resulted. Fair to say, I do not recommend and hope the actual property owners notice this review. It’s a nice property but it was gross. (Read: blood on the main bedroom door, kitchen appliances, counter, cabinets, floor and window disgusting, bedding stained, sand to fill a dust pan on wood floor, dresser cabinet drawers with greasy hand prints, etc.)

Was pleasantly surprised to see such a well kept beach house with everything we needed to feel right at home immediately. Definitely one of the best stays on one of our travel stays we’ve had so far. Talking to children about spending another stay there this year

This house was perfect for our family. Ping pong in the garage with doors open was a great activity in spite of Covid. Having bunk beds in 1 bedroom rather than all queen beds would be a plus for families with kids.

Property was great! Wish the beach was a little closer, but i'm splitting hairs! Even with a 4 year old we managed just fine. I feel like the listing should have included some of the "extras" that came with the house. There were several bikes, a cooler, and a cart to pull some things to the beach. Would have been nice to know those items were there prior to arriving. I would definitely stay here again.......in a heartbeat!

Had a fantastic stay. Pots and pans, and kitchen could do with update. Decor and furnishings were very good.

The house is great! Very well equipped. The tandem bike and ping pong table were big hits with my family. Short walk to the beach and the hill at the end of the street was great for my 11 year old to skateboard! Made for a great Thanksgiving holiday getaway.

The process was very simple and easy to rent the Beachhouse. We had a great group of seven family members. It was very comfortable, it was fun and relaxing. We really enjoyed the beach. The entire community is beautiful and fantastic beach homes... We will forever remember this vacation.

House was perfect for us, three couples plus an infant. Short walk to the beach, kitchen was well equipped and furniture was beautiful and comfortable.

300 Oyster Lane is a great house and perfect location to the beach. There are two extremely close beach access points next to the house making the 4 min walk to the beach enjoyable. The main road on the north section is less busy so it’s safer for families who have kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed all the rooms and everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The sunroom was a great place to relax, read, or work. We loved all the bedrooms, and bathrooms were updated and large. The owners provided so many essentials necessary to enjoy a week at the beach. We loved having a fully stocked kitchen. We had brought extra containers and pans, but did not need them. This house felt like home. The refrigerator is new and large offering filtered water and ice. We loved everything about this house. Enjoy!!!

Everything was really good. Very clean , close to the beach, close to supermarket. Only suggestion; keep some kind of dish cleaning soap, other soap and shampo. Ppl sometimes only visit for couple of days and thy hv to buy these things

We loved the home. 1 block from the beach. Very clean! Loved the open floor plan. Great outdoor living. Bikes, ping pong table, corn hole...very clean! Market right down the street, great neighborhood. Only feedback: please provide the basics: kitchen soap, trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge.. no beach towels and limited bath towels. Other than that....I would come back!
