Newly renovated quiet condo looking into and above the pools which were all working this time. We loved it and appreciated all the extras we found in the kitchen many cooking utensils pots and pans which made our cooking so easy .

We had a wonderful time on our friends ski trip! There is a ski rental shop IN the property which is incredibly convenient and a valet at the end of the day. The property is a super short walk to the run and then you simply ski down to the gondola. Amazing location and the gondola is the heart of many different opportunities to explore the mountain. Whistler has incredible food too and we loved our dinners out!

A nice apartment in the Blackcomb area ski in ski out (snow permitting). The apartment is comfortable but it is a little dated and small …more suitable for four adults (I would not recommend 6 people). The spa/pool area and ski concierge works well but the building is also a bit tired. There is no boot room or dry room.

The Aspens is a quick walk down to Blackcomb gondola. The snow coverage is very poor so even though listed ski in and ski out you can't right now. Ski rental shop in condo is awesome and the service in the shop is great.
The condo was clean. The decor is sterile so not real cozy feeling but we bought a few Christmas decorations to boost it up.
The best part if you like to cook it has everything you need to make a great dinner. They also had olive oil and limited spices and ziplock bags which is so helpful so you don't have to buy everything.
Shirley the concierge and property manager gave helpful recommendations before we arrived. Responded quickly to my questions.
I think great for families. Would strongly recommend.

The condo was very nice and clean. Kitchen could use better stocking of items. If your looking for an average stay its worth it, but not a lot of wow factor. Primary bed is very comfortable. Parking is very expensive.

This property is an easy walk to the Upper Village and out of the bustle of the Whistler crowds. Has everything you need in a home away from home. Kitchen was very well equipped and the guest manual was very clear and helpful. Congierge service, however, was not as promised: got no answer to my first of two texts, and was left hanging in reponse to my request for an 11 am checkout. Perhaps they were busy, but it would have been helpful to get an answer. Otherwise, everything was just fine.

We enjoyed our stay at this Aspens unit. It was clean and modern, with the added bonus of AC in the bedroom. The Aspens complex is a great location, walking distance to the village and close to biking trails. Nice pool and amenities.

My 3 adult kids and I not only loved our first trip to awesome Whistler but felt we lucked out in getting this “everything we needed” “ski in, ski out” condo at the Aspens. People who we met said they come back to the Aspens because of the reasonable price point and best of all the location, the warm pool and 3 hot whirlpools, a service that holds your skis for free at the lodge and basement parking! Seriously, this Condo was roomy enough for 4 adults with comfortable beds, a grill for outdoor cooking and a full kitchen. My tiny issue was just in the master bath had a slow running sink and a shower curtain that wasn’t clean but if I was that serious regarding it I could have contacted Kelly or Shirley, who were super attentive. Must have been having too much fun with my kids! Will definitely come again!

Couldn't be happier. Very clean, modern and well stocked. Location was great and services like ski valet super easy. Having a equipment rental location on the property was also a big winner. Blackcomb Village is somewhat quiet in a good way. Easy, flat walk to main Whistler Village (10min?). Would stay again.

My husband and I have stayed at the Aspens before. This condo was better than our last by far. Very convenient location near the Blackcomb Gondola, good amenities, great hot tub located directly off the Merlin run. Will stay again!

This 2 bedrm 2 bath condo had many great features both in the unit and in the complex. Faves about the Aspens: awesome hot tubs with views of the slope, ski in/ski out, ski valet, walk down the slope to the upper Blackcomb village, storage locker for our last day after check out so we could stay longer, and a short (10 minute) walk to the main village and so many great restaurants and shops. Here is what I liked about the unit: two bathrooms to make life easier, two Moki pots to make great coffee in addition to the drip maker, lots of window light, 4th floor on the end so no noise at all from neighbors, comfortable beds, lots of sofa space, Netflix and Disney TV already signed in, extremely well equipped kitchen, very genuine and kind owner, who spent a lot of time on the phone with me when there were a few issues with check in. Although it would not deter me from booking this property again, there were a few things that took us off guard, and felt like a hassle. The unit comes with a concierge service, but we found the person difficult to communicate with, and had several misunderstandings because she was inconsistent in what method of talking, text vs. email, and then messages were overlooked (to clarify, this is not the owner, Kelly). Also, there were very simple things she responded to right away, but she ignored me there were issues, and she never apologized. Thankfully, the owner was responsive. Another issue (not the owner's fault), was that the rental shop in the Aspens did not provide the service we were told by the concierge they would provide: renting only boots. As a result, we spent twice as much money as we expected to, and it affected our plans. This felt frustrating. Regarding the unit, it wasn't as clean as we expected. I talked to the owner about this, and everything we had a concern about made sense--it is hard to get consistent housekeeping right now, as there is a shortage of staff. The cleaners were probably rushed before we checked in as someone else had checked out that morning. The unit was really dusty, under the surface. The bedding for the master bed wasn't a good fit (pillowcases too short) so we felt a little like we were sleeping on a dirty pillow. The bathroom had a very strong odor when we arrived, but we figured out with the owner that the cleaners had bleached the tile. All these things made for a rocky arrival day. Even so, within 24 hours, we were extremely happy and so grateful for this delightful visit.

My family of 4 (2 teens: 14 & 16) had an amazing stay at Kelly's condo, which is a top floor corner unit facing the slopes. The condo is well-appointed and comfy. Our trip happened to coincide with the Arctic snap when it was -5F (-20C), and it was absolutely frigid outside. As a result, we couldn't ski for more than 2-3 hours at a time before our fingers and toes started getting painful, which meant we had to stay in the condo for more time than usual. There was plenty of space so that the four of us were never in each other's way. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean, and appliances all worked well. There is a stairwell right next to the apartment, which leads right to the gym/hot tub entrance on the ground floor and exits to the outside. That was our preferred route to avoid elevator traffic. My wife and I are too old and tired to schlep skis on our trips now, so it was ideal to have an Epic ski rental shop right in the Aspens complex. It is a 5-10 min short walk down the slope to the Upper Village where there is a small market to fulfill any immediate needs, and several good restaurants. Takes another 10-15 min to walk to Whistler Village via the covered bridge path. Very doable even in the Arctic freeze. It is literally ski-in/ski-out from the Aspens gate. Grab skis from the ski check and walk about 20 yards to the gate. Then ski a short segment down to Blackcomb Gondola. On the way home, ski right up to the easy-to-find Aspens gate. Kelly was very responsive via email and was an awesome host. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Cozy, updated unit. Very clean and perfect for a weekend getaway with our kids. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and it was so nice to have the barbecue on the deck for dinners. Would be great for a longer stay as well. Excellent communication with owners and property concierge. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for the family. Fully stocked. We had a view of the poll from the top floor, we could make sure our teens were behaving :) Beautiful view. You would know that the average temperature in summer in Whistler is 27C, so it would be worth the owner putting in A/C in both bedrooms (even just a small unit) because her have to BLAST it from the master and use fans to blow it across the condo to the bedroom on the opposite side. Although we were there during a heatwave of 35C for several days in a row, the suggestion is warranted. Otherwise the place is perfect. Tastefully decorated. We loved the balcony and the lounge chair. We loved how the tall aspens swayed in from of us while sitting on the balcony. We did not use the BBQ because the heat outside, but it looked like it was in great condition. All in all 5 stars if you are not there in the sweltering heat.

This property was excellent - clean, modern, comfortable & had everything we needed! We loved our stay. It is on the top floor with a beautiful view of Blackcomb Mountain. It is located perfectly for skiing and is a short walk to the main village and restaurants! We enjoyed the pool and it was great to have a choice of 3 hot tubs. We definitely will book this place again & highly recommend it!

We spend a week there and had a great time. The location is just one property over form the upper village, so a very short walk down the hill. Main village is just a few minutes further along a lighted trail. True ski in / ski out. Plenty of space in the hot tubs and pool. Unit as well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Will definitely be back!

Great place for a young family. You are super close to the blackcomb side. Well stocked and clean.
Loved being on the end and the top so it felt very private. Air conditioning is good but it is at bed level in master bedroom so cold sensitivities may not like this (but there is another room) and we kept our door open for it to flow through the apartment. It was super clean and pictures were as advertised. Both host and concierge were timely in response. It was well stocked with most anything you need. Be aware of some noise because it overlooks pool and hot tub, but noise stopped at 10pm promptly and it was a manageable noise for most people. Overall I would highly recommend this place. Great stay and value.

Great location but had to leave early ..
We had a great time at this property and rec'd awesome support from both the owner and the concierge service. Everything was as described, clean, modern and very close to the hill.
The property was easy to get to and provided everything that we were looking for. 5min walk (down hill) to the upper Whistler village and then a 15min scenic walk to the main village made all services easily accessible (shops, grocery stores, and restaurants).
The condo had good 'flow' and was clean and modern. The main room was good for unwinding 'post ski' and provided good sun exposure. The kitchen is small .. but extremely functional and the BBQ worked like a charm. The only issue we had was that we did find the Master Bedroom a bit loud - a) you could hear the chatter from the various outdoor pools (good news is that the pools shutdown at 10pm promptly) b) the heater/cooler in the room was pretty loud (we just ended up turning it off).
Sadly we had to end our trip earlier than planned due to the Whistler shutdown (c/o Covid-19).
We would absolutely rent here again.

We enjoyed our stay here! The kitchen is small but well-equipped and clean. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. The owner, Kelly, even had an extra air mattress already prepared for when we arrived. Shirley Hills was also a wonderful concierge at Peak2Creek and everything was handled very efficiently.

Great Accommodations
The condo was as advertised: Five Star. Very nice. We wanted for nothing. Access to the mountain and the upper village was ideal.
I was happy, and more importantly, so were the wife and kiddo. Felt like home away from home, which can't be said for most short term rentals, IMO.
A few side notes: The king bed was very comfortable. This is the only one I slept on, so the only one upon which I can opine.
At night, the bedrooms weren't night black, due to the lighting in the courtyard. Kind of seemed like pre-dawn all night. It didn't really bother us, but if you're sensitive to this sort of thing, you may want to take this into consideration.

Great ski access, beautifully remodeled condo
We had a wonderful time at Aspen’s 407! Great location...we can’t wait to return and stay at this place! The condo had everything from lots of dishes to a full kitchen of supplies. Plus, as a bonus, nice wine glasses! Being so close to the pool was a little loud, but after 10 pm (when the pool/hot tub closes) it was nice and quiet. Comfy beds surprisingly too. U never know what u will get with a rental. It’s nice that the kitchen table fits 6 people too. Great condo! We can’t wait to come back!
