My wife and I have never been to Arizona and wanted to escape the rainy season in Florida for a couple of weeks. This was the perfect choice, newly remodeled, very clean and everything you could possibly need. Mike was the best host we’ve ever encountered on VRBO. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a perfect two week vacation at this Mccormick Ranch Townhome. The property was in an amazing location close to many restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, the pool was in walking distance, the kitchen was stocked with everything that you could want to prepare meals. Michael was the perfect host and such a nice person and although we did not have any questions he checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. The check in and check out was seamless. I would definitely recommend this property and we can't wait to return. Thanks, Mike.

Everything was great from beginning to end. Home was very clean and exactly like pictures. It was in a great location. Mike was great and extremely accommodating. The welcome basket was a nice touch and appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

I spent the full month of March at the home and it was excellent - everything was 'as expected' or better. The location, area and neighborhood are all very good. My interactions with Michael, the owner, were limited but always timely and helpful. I would highly recommend this home!

We had a terrific time! The property is exactly as advertised and super clean. We had a great time playing shuffleboard and just relaxing in the great room. The garage also was super appreciated because it was raining when we were in town (when does it ever rain in Phoenix!). The host was great and easy to communicate with, though we had no issues during our stay.

Happy, Happy, Happy … these were our first and last impressions of this fabulous home. Our three week stay was amazing … this home is immaculate, well equipped, comfortable, beautiful, convenient. Michael made our check-in and departure very easy, and he responded very quickly to any questions we had. The neighbourhood felt safe and friendly, and we loved our pool time every morning. The kitchen and dining area were very spacious and we loved cooking meals there. Two King size beds were very comfy. The entire home was Perfectly Perfect for two couples. The welcome wine/snack basket was first-rate and most appreciated. The best of hotels has never provided bath towels so lush!!! All appliances were top-notch, including the outdoor grill. Michael’s home is definitely the best VRBO we have enjoyed, by far!!! Please, can we come back???

Perfection on all counts. Everything, and I mean everything, was amazing. The decorating is gorgeous and the exceptional chef’s kitchen has all one would want in their own home. The furniture, including couch and beds, were incredibly comfortable. The linens, both sheets and towels, were soft and NOT the typical cheap linens that are in many rentals. The appliances were top of the line and the attached garage was great. The recessed lighting was beautiful and private back yard was perfect. We loved the neighborhood which was convenient and close to everything. We would stay again in a heartbeat. The bonus was having an awesome host. One night the TV would not turn on. I called Mike and even though it was a couple nights before Christmas and he was probably busy, he came over right away, and did a reboot. Mike was accessible, friendly, and clearly wants his guests to feel at home. We sure did. After a long absence of traveling, due to the pandemic, we definitely picked the right place to spend Christmas. We look forward to staying again. Thank you Mike. Truly home away from home.

Michael was a wonderful host and delivered exactly what was advertised. The owner was exceptional to work with and always got back to us immediately. The town house was perfect for our entire family and in a great location. The pools were nice along with the walking trails.

Everything was 5 star from the location, situated in a beautiful community to the home itself. The home has been completely updated with a beautiful wide open space for entertaining. Thank you for an outstanding stay and we look forward to a return in the future.

Stayed for 2 weeks. We have stayed here before and the property is everything you could want or expect! Great location, spacious, and all the amenities. Michael is so attentive and great to work with. Highly recommend!

We had been furloughed for a surgery that had been scheduled at the Mayo Clinic. We immediately were attracted to this property because of the mostly one level. and walk in shower as my husband had a full knee replacement. It is close to all amenities and was about a 10-15 minute drive to the Mayo Clinic. Michael met us at the property and went over everything in detail. The house was very well stocked and Michael met and exceeded what we were expecting. We absolutely recommend this home and another that Michael has. Our stay was very pleasant.

This is a great property. Michael is very attentive and has obviously spent a lot of time understanding what makes a stay enjoyable and convenient. The images in the property profile show an immaculate home, and they represent it well. Clean and well stocked. We will be back to this or one of Michael’s other properties.

Great unit, great location.

We totally enjoyed our stay. Mike greeted us when we arrived. The layout is lovely, big open area and nice private bedrooms. Great outdoor living space with a nice grill. The location was perfect!! The indoor shuffleboard was loads of fun. We appreciated the snacks and wine when we arrived, and the very well appointed kitchen. Beds were comfy, towels were plush, first class amenities. We will look forward to our next stay.

Loved the place. In a lovely neighbour- Hood & great location for going to Places such as shpg., getting on 101 etc. People should not hesitate to stay at the Santa Fe area. Also fabulous walking trail

Great property - easy care, luxurious bathrooms, terrific bed, lovely patios/outdoor spaces. The site is ideal - an easy drive to almost anywhere in the Valley of the Sun, and a short walk to pool, walking trails, coffee shops, grocery stores, boutique gyms, and restaurants. The owner was great to work with, good communications from start to finish.
