The condo is clean, comfortable and in a great location. It was a great space for our family of five (adult/teen kids). The condo is truly a five minute walk up to the Snowflake lift so morning ski starts were easy. If you use the 4 O’Clock run you can literally ski down to across the street and only a few steps back. The private entrance and garage made storing gear super easy and comfortable to don and kick off your gear in relative warmth. It’s so close and convenient we ate lunch in the condo and were still in and out in faster than if we’d stood in line for food on the slopes. We used the provided crock pot and the grill which lit using the igniter (I see that as an attention to detail thing) for most of our meals. It was no more than a 10 minute walk to the heart of main street if you want to dine or shop. No need to drive and fight parking. Beds are comfortable enough (our boys are 6’5” and up so they have size issues) and there’s plenty of them if you’re willing to share rooms. The family room is cozy with a wood fireplace that heat up nicely once you get the fire going. Unrelated to the condo, pick up some wood early. The owners were easy to work with, responsive to questions and the one minor issue we had with a running toilet (offered to get maintenance the same day). Their only ask is to take ski gear off in the garage and not wear shoes inside to keep carpets and floors clean (completely reasonable ask).

This was among the best rentals we have ever stayed in. Location is walking distance to downtown and convenient to skiing, and well-stocked, clean and so cozy with the fireplace. My whole family just loved it!! Michelle was also so helpful with recommendations for our teens! Would definitely rent again!

Easy to find. Glad there was a garage. Easy to walk into town to grab a bite. Great central location to head to hikes, trail rides and more. We appreciated all the board games for us to play.

This condo had everything we needed for our stay in Breckenridge. Great location, comfortable beds, very clean, lots of room. Communication with owner was easy with prompt response to our questions. We highly recommend it!

Location is PHENOMENAL. Definitely a great reason to stay here if you are looking to hit the mountains. The snowflake chairlift was a 3 minute walk & never had a line! The house is beautiful— spacious but cozy. Hot tub is a close walk too & a wonderful way to relax after a busy day shredding the mountain! Everything about this place is great. The location to the ski slopes are very close. Access to town and ski rentals was easy. Great place to stay.

We loved staying here! The property wAs perfect for us! So close to Snowflake lift and ski home on the 4 O'Clock Run!!! The transportation for Breckenridge was so efficient !! Got to go to several slopes . Eating out and shopping was a must and we cooked a Christmas Meal on Christmas Day! This was just what we needed ! Thank you to Michelle for your prompt responses to all of my questions!! I would highly recommend staying here if you are wanting to see Breck!!! Awesome Location!!!

The property suites our needs and the skiing was fabulous The teams in the group loved it because they could walk to town and get Starbucks.

Exemplary! Tim & Michelle really care about this property and share it all with guests! The attention to detail and all the "extras" left in it for guests to use are rarely found in a rental. We needed nothing! The location is top notch! Walk or shuttle everywhere! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, all of our adventures and exploring the local area and beyond! We enjoyed this Condo very much! Location was perfect. Condo was roomy and beds were very comfortable. Only thing we’d recommend in the unit is an umbrella.

Truly enjoyed everything about this property! Close enough to town to walk to shopping, eating, hiking the sawmill loop and carter park; plenty of space in the condo for everyone to spread out when it was time to come "home" and relax. Great communication with owners. Well stocked kitchen, laundry, bathrooms (including Aveeno hand lotion, absolutely necessary with the dry air), extra pillows/blankets. The proximity to downtown and gondola is WAY convenient (even walkable for a 4yr old). Neighborhood is quiet. We appreciated the many extras that made the place convenient - extra toilet paper, laundry supplies including a few Tide pods and dryer sheets, dishwasher tablets, kitchen extras (I.e. dish soap, ziploc bags, Reynolds’s wrap, glad wrap, cooking spray, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and other spices). Owners were very communicative and quick to respond. We found Breckenridge to be a great spot for kids of varying ages (4, 8, 11, and 20) and this place accommodated our family of six well.

We stayed at the property for a weekend for a family trip. The townhouse is gorgeous, very clean, and super conveniently located. We were walking distance to everything and didn’t need the car at all. Highly recommend.

The property was well furnished, well stocked and very comfortable. Easy walk to a Peak 8 chairlift and quick walk into town. The owner communicated well and provided lots of great information on restaurants, transportation, activities, etc. We would certainly stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped home. Excellent location for ski in/out. Nice location also for an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The three levels made it feel like we had extra space to spread out for a group of seven adults. I liked the bedrooms being on the upper level. This made it nice for those sleeping in to be separated from the early risers. The host was very easy to communicate with and instructions were clear for check in and out and for the use of the home. The beds and furniture were comfortable. I would not hesitate to return to this property.

We had a great stay here. The condo is very nice and in a great location. It's an easy walk to town and an easy walk to the lifts. The kitchen was well stocked and the family room was very comfortable with a big couch, wood burning fireplace and a nice big screen TV. Will definitely be back!

This townhome had all we needed for a great ski trip to Breckenridge. Perfect location with short walk to ski lift that takes you to Peak 8 as well as a short walk to town. Super easy to ski home for lunch and at the end of the day. The home was the perfect size for our family of five. Kitchen was well stocked and had lots of extra that we haven’t found in other rentals. Heated garage with a boot warmer was awesome to come home to and garage even fit our Tahoe. Home was clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay again!

Had a wonderful family time skiing with my college-aged kids. Had all the amenities. Highly recommend it!

Great condo in ideal location. Walking distance to nearly everything. Clean and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the owner is excellent. Check in and checkout was a breeze. Would highly recommend this condo. We will definitely be back in the winter.

We enjoyed our stay. The townhome was walking distance to Main Street and the gondola and a short drive to a large grocery store. The layout was great for our family. Everything was cleaned and stocked.

We had a really nice stay at this condo. It’s close to everything and has everything you need for a great Breckenridge visit. The beds are comfortable and it has a nice big living room with a great tv. We felt right at home!
