Our group really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had plenty of space for everyone. We all thought it exceeded our expectations. The location was also perfect; in a quieter neighborhood but walking distance or a short ride from pretty much everything. The check in and out process was simple. John was very accommodating and quick to respond if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The house was beautiful and perfectly fit our party of 10 with bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen island was the perfect gathering place! We appreciated the hospitality of the host, and certainly was in a nice neighborhood close to downtown and the gulch!

8 women, 4days and so much fun! We have scattered around the country and joined together for a great time in Nashville seeing the sights and enjoying this wonderful property. We would definitely recommend we’ll appointed home to everyone!

John was very good at communicating he even let us check in early and check out late to accommodate our flight schedules. The home was perfect for our group of 12 celebrating my birthday. We had several couples and a few singles. The loft areas are not open and have doors to close and a closet as the other bedrooms do, which was nice so everyone had privacy. We walked mostly as it is very close to local restaurants and walkable to Broadway. The neighborhood the home is in is beautiful and the rooftop city views are breathtaking. I will say we believe the owner John does live behind the home since it is 2 homes on the lot but we never even saw anyone and were never disturbed. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you John for your hospitality.

The place was perfect, fit our group no problem. So many bedrooms and restrooms it was great. Great back yard space as well and location very nice and still close down town. Landlord was awesome and flexible, I would highly recommend this place

Our group of 9 people were pleasantly impressed by the well stocked home! The listing was very accurate and we had plenty of space to enjoy ourselves.

Pleasantly surprised when we walked in to this lovely newer home in a neighborhood close to downtown. All the amenities you would need and a coffee bar set up. Only complaint- The bed in the master is noisy.

The house is great for a group sleeping wise! The upstairs family room and downstairs living room are great but need more seating. The kitchen is not very well stocked if you are planning on cooking in. There were no water glasses - lots of wine glasses though, not enough plates and utensils for a large group. There aren't enough chairs in the dining room, The house was pretty clean though the bathrooms could have been cleaned much better. The house manager was very responsive and helpful.

Great house, very spacious lots of room.

House could sleep 14+ - we had 8. Only 6 wine glasses. Broken wine opener. Coffee pot did not work. Bathrooms and Showers had other peoples toiletries in them. Shower curtain in one bath - had brown mold all over it - looked like vomit? Absolutely disgusting! We only contacted the host regarding the coffee pot as we didn't want them to enter the house while we were enjoying the sites in Nashville.

House is massive, 3 stories, we had 8 people, we didn't really use the 3rd floor, it wasn't needed.

This house was in the perfect location. We enjoyed our stay here!

This property had it all! Exactly the layout we were looking for. The kids stayed on the third floor which was like their own separate living area. The kitchen island was huge and the rest of the first floor had an open concept so we could all hang out. The neighborhood was very quiet and quaint. Very close to Broadway and the interstate. This house was fully stocked with all the essentials!! Thanks John!!

The host of this house was so great! Great with communication and with helping us in little ways. Made us feel very “taken care of”! The house was so spacious, bedrooms everywhere! The third level was perfect for our group of 6 tween girls.. they called it “their apartment” and loved having their own space. All us Moms were able to have our own rooms on the first and second levels, so we were all very comfortable! The location made us feel safe. It’s nice and quiet and residential!

We rented this home for a 60th birthday party and it was a perfect fit for our group of 12. The house is beautiful and comfortably fit all of us without a problem. The house is a little far to walk to downtown but Ubers were easily available. Would stay here again without hesitation and the owner was very responsive.

We were traveling for business. Great that everyone have their own privacy having their own bathroom and bedroom. Nice rooftop balcony very close to Gulch and downtown. Would go there again.

We had a fabulous stay at this property. The check in process was very easy and any questions were answered immediately by John. This is our 4th time in Nashville and this was by far the nicest place we’ve stayed at. We had a group of 9 adults and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which is very rare. The place is just as advertised. It was very clean and there were many supplies like toilet paper, trash bags and coffee pods for the Keurig provided. The view from the rooftop is amazing. It is a short walk to the Gulch where there are many little restaurants and coffee places and breweries ( Tailgate Brewery is a must for beer drinkers). It is about a mile walk to Broadway or an easy Uber ride. Do not hesitate to book here if you have a larger group. We would definitely come back here again!

The house was vey nice and clean, and in a great, quiet location, but only a short Uber ride from Broadway or a short walk to the Gulch. Would definitely stay again!

Everyone loved the space/size of the house. It was in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to go everywhere we wanted to go. Communication was very easy and quick.

John's home is very impressive, clean and well kept. Kitchen has all the amenities you can ask for and the bedrooms were nice and comfortable. We like walking so the <30 min walk to broadway was great for us. If you're not a walker then it's a quick and cheap Uber/Lyft. We've stayed at many VRBO's over the past few years and John ranks at the top in terms of responsiveness and communication. Our entire family really enjoyed staying here and would all stay here again.

Our stay in Nashville was awesome! It was such a convenient location to everything we wanted to do -- Broadway, Music Row, restaurants. Recommend it highly! And 10 of us felt very comfy and roomy! Thanks so much!

Beautiful house. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 12 guys. Close enough to the action, but far away that the area was still quiet.

Lots of space to spread out as a group but also a great central location in the kitchen for quality time together. Location was great and quick/cheap Ubers to Broadway. One day we walked and took us about 25 minutes. Very close to the Gulch for shopping and dining. Would stay again. Owner super responsive. I do believe they live in the house behind the VRBO (what a neighbor told us). Just FYI.
