I got coffee in the morning, Property is beautiful, but missing some common thing in the room

Common thing you can found in hotel or guesthouse that is missing, But if you are looking for small apartment, monthly basis rent, you will found all of those items that you need

I liked everything about Birdwood, it is close to the malls and it is also close to Loftus Stadium. It is situated in a very clean and quiet area. The staff was just absolutely amazing.

Nothing, I would be lying if I can say that there was something that I didn't like. Everything was just beyond my expectation and it was my first time booking in Pretoria.

The host and staff were very friendly.A good location because it is walking distance from Loftus as we went to Pretoria to watch a test match. We will never book anywhere else. I can highly recommend this accommodation

Bed was comfortable

Smelt of smoke, bedside lights didn't work, no shower gel or shampoo, no water to drink, sheets and blankets didn't fit the bed, TV didn't work.

The hostess and staff were friendly and welcoming. Location of Birdwood was convenient and close to various shopping centres and entertainment facilities. Rooms were spacious. Overall environment was peaceful and safe.

One of the rooms we stayed in didn't have a fully functional geyser and we had to shower in lukewarm to cold water. The windows didn't close properly which meant the room was really cold at night. The window pane in the bathroom was broken allowing the cold in. The heater/aircon was also broken.
