The location of the condo was perfect for our family! It also had enough space to spread out if needed, and enough space for all to gather. The condo is in need of a few repairs, but overall we loved it.

Great location, great condo. Very well equipped kitchen. Are only complaint was that the hot tub needed to be cleaned. Water was dirty and beer cans left in hot tub. After contacting ski country, they had someone out in a few hours to clean the hot tub. We would certainly book this unit again.

Our group of three families (11 people - 6 adults, 5 teen/young adults) stayed in Pine Creek J for a week. First the good: the property management company (Sky County Rentals) was very easy to deal with. They accomodated an early check-in by allowing us to store luggage and groceries in the garage until the unit was ready for occupancy. The check-in process was very easy and the information provided by the property manager was useful (directions on walking to the slopes, codes for community pool/spas, on call shuttle number, etc.) The unit had plenty of room for our three families to spreadout and was comfortable. It was a short, very doable, walk to the slopes from the condo. Now for the the not as good/could be improved: The unit has some age on it, which we expected and knew when we rented it. The beds and pillows were lumpy, the appliances were usable but broken (fridge drawers, dryer lint trap missing, the baseboard heat vents were falling off). The windows had signs that said do not open except in case of emergency. The hot tub ran out of chemicals mid-week and turned green/brown and smelled bad. We left a message for the tub to be serviced but it did not occur during our stay so we untalized the community hot tubs which were very nice. The biggest issue we had was the ceiling in the basement began leaking from snow melt off the car in the garage above. The rental company came and cleaned up the fallen drywall and ducktaped the ceiling until a more substantial repair could be made and it was obvious from the patch in the ceiling that this was not the first time this occured. Some easy improvements that could be made: provide a broom, invest in some new/more dishware, organize the kitchen drawers and throw away broken items, make a permanent fix for the garage leaking issue. In summary, the unit was pretty much as expected, dated but convenient to the slopes and reasonably priced which is why we chose it. The leaking ceiling and hot tub issues were unfortunate and definitely resulted in my lower rating of the unit.

Began stay with text message around 3pm saying we could check in - thanks for easy check in and communicating when unit was ready; Walked everywhere - to/from slopes, around town, to grocery, etc; 4 levels in townhouse which provided privacy but you need to be ok with stairs; called mgmt when toaster didn’t work and it was replaced that day - thanks for quick response; had a wonderful week using hot tub, grill, well equipped kitchen

This place is great! About a 7 -10 min walk to the Quicksilver Lift. Very Spacious. And slept 9 comfortably. Private hot tub was really convenient but the cover attachment was broken so you needed 2 strong people to take it on and off. Overall it was a good experience.

We had plenty of space and the layout, which consists of 4 floors, actually worked out well for us as it provided some separation. The location is absolutely perfect from our perspective. The unit backs up to the blue river and trails, which provided great background noise while hanging out on the deck and endless entertainment for the kids. Town was conveniently just about a half mile walk once we found the shortcut. The community pool and hot tub situation is easy and convenient. My only feedback is on the unit itself. It needs a deep clean and it needs a legit walk through to identify broken handles, bad faucets, and just simple things like the dryer exhaust hose wasn’t hooked up, broken vacuum and no broom, that would help to make it feel like it wasn’t kinda weathered.

This was a much needed family get away after more than a year of Covid.. We have 4 kids ranging from 20 to 15, and this home, and the surrounding area, we’re exactly what we needed. Beautiful and well appointed, with enough space for everyone to be together and also to have some alone time and private space. We loved it and would definitely return!

Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The condo was perfect. We rented this one and Condo L for our extended family. There was privacy and plenty of beds, and a big enough living room/kitchen/dining room for us all to hang out, play games, watch football, and eat.

The layout of the house is great for having privacy with a large group. Beautiful location next to a river and so nice to be so close to town that you can walk everywhere.

We had 6 adults and 6 kids on our trip. The condo fit us really well. The shuttle service was very responsive and polite!

Better than the pictures, closer than the description, bigger than expected. When we go back, we will try and get that unit. The whole family was stoked. Great week.

This was a great home so conveniently located to the town of Breckenridge. We walked from the house into town sometimes several times a day! The house itself was just perfect. There were only 6 of us and we could have had plenty more. The view of the creek and the woods behind the house was great as well and we often walked the trails that were close by. The house really had everything you could want during your stay. Summer is a great time to be there too! We will be back again!

Great spot for anything you might want to do in Breckenridge, walking distance to shops, restaurants, ski hill, fishing, bike trails etc.

The accommodations were great for our group of seven and I'm sure we could have easily put in a few more. The walk to the Quicksilver Lift or the south end of Main Street was under 10 minutes. The shuttle service was excellent for those days when the legs were tired from skiing and the walk back uphill from an evening in town was more than you wanted.

Great Condo! We had a very comfortable stay. Good private and common space. Hot Tub really works!

Thoroughly enjoyed this property and can't wait to book another trip to stay again. We had 3 families with kids. The lower level living room was perfect for our teens. The location was great. Plenty of room for us to be together, but also enough room to go to our own areas so we never felt like we were on top of each other. Only had a few things to mention if we are being picky - the 2nd floor queen bed mattress is due for a replacement - there is a noticeable sag in the center and that couple felt like they kept rolling to the middle. The lower living room pull out sofa also had an odd hump (as to be expected from a pull out - but this seemed bent, maybe). And last, but not least - for a 4br, 4.5 bath, really need to allow more than 2 vehicles on property. It seemed that other condos had parking for more than 2 vehicles - a third parking spot would be desirable. Again - just some thoughts for the owners. None of this would prevent us from booking this property again.
