Our family booked a last minute vacation & Wendy was super responsive and helpful. The house was clean and lovely. It included beach chairs, umbrellas and beach tags, which we greatly appreciated. Fantastic location. Easy walk to shops, take out and beach. We did opt to use the beaches in the higher teen streets as they were a bit less crowded, but loved being able to walk to many coffee/ice cream/ food options. Great furnished covered front porch. There was also a gas grill shared with the house next door. Minor inconveniences: upstairs neighbors were noisy and a few of the cooking pans have seen better non-stick days :). Had a fantastic week and would definitely stay here again.

Rented both top and bottom units for my wedding weekend. House was perfect for accommodating friends and family. Owner does live next store and cares greatly for her property which made it difficult to relax.

I really can’t say enough about how great our vacation was in Ocean City., and it all starts with the home that me and my family shared for the week. There were 14 of us that shared the first floor of the home on Wesley, and there was so much room. The fact that we could spread out and not be on top of each other was a huge plus. The home was exactly as described and as pictured in the listing. It was perfect for us. And the oohs and aahs I heard from the family told me they’ll enjoy staying there. It was well equipped with everything needed - some nights we ordered out, some we dined out - but what we enjoyed was cooking breakfast as a family, and having plenty of room to sit and eat. The location was also perfect, just a short couple blocks to anything you want or need - restaurants, groceries, gym, boardwalk, rides, water park. And a very short drive (5 minutes) to the bay for fishing and jet skiing. And the nice thing is the street is quiet at night. A lot of times when renting, you don’t get to talk to, let alone meet, the actual homeowner. Well, we got to meet Wendy, and spent some time chatting. Wendy was the perfect host- from the moment we arrived to the time we left. She was responsive, and cared enough to ask if there was anything else we needed that wasn’t currently available. You won’t be disappointed by renting this location, and from Wendy. Vacation is meant to take all stress away and recover from life’s constant go. Renting here and from Wendy will help you accomplish that task. Hopefully that helps any future renters make their decision. And I’m looking forward to renting here again.

This is the 2nd time we have rented this house for our extended family of 12 (8 adults, 4 kids). The house was great with plenty of room. We love the location being 2 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to Asbury with lots of restaurants close by. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere. It is so nice that the house comes with beach chairs, toys, a cart as well. The listing says it comes with 3 parking spots - one in the garage and 2 behind. The upstairs rental gets the same. While it is possible to fit 4 cars in the driveway, none of the car doors would be able to be opened. It is super tight. So, we just used one spot in the garage, one behind and found street parking for the others. We parked far away at first but in the evenings it is pretty easy to find a spot right in front of the house and keep it for the rest of the week. Overall, a fun family stay.

Wendy has provided everynthing you could possibly need or want for full enjoyment of Ocean City. The house is well taken care of, comfortable furniture and plenty of room to spread out. Everyone totally enjoyed it. Beautiful place and good location. Would love to return again next year.

We had a great stay! The pictures accurately represent this property. The place was spotless and full of amenities which is super helpful when packing for your family for the week. Location is also great, just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and local shopping!

We had an amazing week. The property is only a few blocks from the beach and right in the middle of downtown. Lots of places to eat and tons of shops within a few minutes of the house. The house it self was great. It was clean and very spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. We loved the downstairs bathroom, great to shower the kids off without dragging sand through the house! We can't wait to go back next year!

I find it challenging to book a house that I haven't seen in person because let's face it, pictures can be deceiving. However, the Queen of Wesley was just like the pictures online. It's a beautiful house that is well maintained and beautifully decorated. We had four generations vacationing together for a week and there was plenty of room for all of us, with enough space for all of us to be together as well as enough space for us to spread out and everyone do their own thing. The front porch is great for just relaxing, enjoying the breeze and people watching. The location is perfect! You can easily walk to the beach and the boardwalk or go the other direction and walk to the shops on Asbury, restaurants, etc. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and very accessible to address any concerns we might have had during our stay. I highly recommend this property. In fact, we're already trying to figure out what week we can stay at the Queen of Wesley next year!!!

From start to finish every aspect of this rental was honest and timely and truthful. A pleasure to deal with owner and to stay in such a clean, bright home. Amenities are perfect.

My family was looking for a rental in OC with enough room to comfortably fit our extended family and was close to the boardwalk and beach. This house checked all of the boxes. Great location, very clean and well laid out floor plan that comfortably fit us even on the rainy days when we spent a lot of time indoors. We recently stayed in this property for a week long multi-generational family vacation. The unit was exactly what we needed! We slept 12 people comfortably with room to spare - everyone had their own space, and there is plenty of common space to spend time together in the evenings, with outdoor seating as well. It was an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk, but was also quiet in the evenings. Local shopping was an easy walk too. The owner is great - incredibly receptive leading up to our stay, as well as during the week we were there. We would definitely rent from her again!

What a great place to gather with friends and family. We had plenty of space for sleeping. The location is perfect so you never have to get in your car. We were down for block party weekend and it could not have been more convenient. Loved the large kitchen table which was awesome for playing games. The large porch was our favorite spot to relax in the early fall sun. Highly recommend this home for a nice vacation. The owner was very nice and always responsive to any questions.

What a beautifully, well equipped home with lots of room. We didn't need to bring anything but our food. This home is very conveniently located that you need not worry about driving anywhere. Loved sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee and breakfast and then relaxing after the beach with a glass of wine or beer. The owner is GREAT! She had to make a minor repair and was there within the hour, Great correspondence and accommodating at all times! I would highly recommend this home for your next vacation. Our family had a very relaxing, memorable vacation. 😃

The house was spacious and well equipped. We had 7 adults and 7 kids and still had plenty of room. 4 bathrooms is a big plus when a load of people are coming in from the beach. Very convenient to the boards and activities. Loads of beach chairs, toys, carts and umbrellas in the garage which made life easier vs using our own! It didn't have a gas grill which we were bummed about given how much we grill but we made do. The owner was very responsive at all times! I would highly recommend the house. Great experience all around!

This was our first year at this property. The owner was so responsive and the house was spotless with lots of room for our 14 family members! The beach chairs were a total plus. We would definitely recommend this property.

Our family spent a wonderful week in this home. With 6 children (ages 1 to 12), as well as 5 adults, we needed lots of room. This was perfect! The children used the downstairs game room for playing and watching tv. The 4 bathrooms were a definite plus. We were within easy walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, downtown area, and grocery store. Also close to both Dunkin and Starbucks. We especially enjoyed having beach chairs and carrier for them - saved a lot of room in the cars! The owners were definitely on top of things, even replacing the vacuum when it wasn't working right (definitely needed with 6 kids!) Not sure of our plans for next summer, but if we return to OC, this will be our #1 choice.

Our family spent a glorious week at this beautiful property at the end of summer and we truly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautifully furnished, clean and well stocked with all of our needs. Having beach items like chairs, caddy and umbrellas already at the house was such a plus! The kitchen was fully stocked and the house was in great shape and easy to keep clean during our stay. The owner did a great job of keeping us informed on check -in and check-out needs and even called us when we got in to make sure everything was ok. You cannot beat the location of the property either. Ideal for the whole family for just about any fall adventure, we hiked the beach, walked the boardwalk, wandered into town and just lounged around on the front porch which was well used by everyone! The owners were very friendly and great to work with and it was difficult to leave at the end of stay. We got plenty of bang-for-the-buck and our deposit was returned within a week of returning home. We would definitely recommend this beautiful rental to anyone looking for the perfect getaway in Ocean City! Thanks for sharing your beautiful beach house with our family....
