I really don't want to tell how great it is because I want to keep it to myself! Seriously though, it was so great. Location was perfect and wildlife everywhere. Beautiful view from the pool area where we spent 95% of the time! Can't wait to return.

the property is nice, property manager was diligent. When we arrived, one of the AC’s wasn’t cooling and the pool was green. I messaged the property manager and he took care of everything fast! He was great. Unfortunately there were roaches daily in the house, my son was sleeping and a roach was crawling on him (on the bed). When you pay this much to stay somewhere you expect more than a roach infested house. Overall our trip was good, would I recommend this particular property to family or friends? My answer is NO, I would never rent this property again.

Great location! Enjoyed coffee on the dock. The boys fished off the dock daily. Plenty of room for 2 families. The kids room with the “look out tower” that my boys called it was perfect! We rented a boat and was easily docked next to the house. Any questions I had prior to staying was answered within minutes! Thank you!!

We just got back from a 7 day stay at this wonderful house. Our grown kids and spouses stayed. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room to spread out and have privacy. The location and views were perfect. We ended up only going to the beach once because we had such a good time just hanging out at the house. The pool was great, fishing was awesome right there. There was lots to do and backyard was quiet. Would definitely stay again at this house! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home situated on an amazing lot! Loved watching the boat traffic and hearing the birds and frogs in the mangroves at night. Incredible view from almost every room! The home was large but still had that cozey homey feel. Enjoyed every minute! Jayson was super great with communication also!

Great house, location and Jayson was very helpful with the few questions we had.

We had a great time with our adult children and our grandchildren at this property. Community needs to rebuild so go stay and give back to Ft Myers & Cape Coral!

Great house! Liked it had canal views on side of house and back of property! The owner was very helpful and responded to messages he made you feel at home. Equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. We had 7 people and had plenty of space.

Jason was outstanding always helpful and very responsive to our needs. The house has plenty of room and everything that you need. The view in the back yard are breathtaking during the sunsets. We extremely love the house. Nick H

Home is located in a great neighborhood on a corner lot of the canal. We fished of the dock, and saw burrow owls in the neighborhood! Children loved the pool: deeper end was a BIG plus. The children and an adult kayaked in the canal, and the children loved watching all of the geckos. Pool bathroom was a big plus. Two bedrooms were connected because of loft over them. Owner was accessible and made restaurant recommendations, although, we did not eat out much because the kitchen was so convenient. Views of the sunsets were glorious. I recommend this residence and plan to rent this space again.

This house was beautiful & in a great location, plenty of room for large family, can use a few minor touch ups, outdoor furniture needs a little tlc, but other then that it was a great place. Owner was very responsive.

First let me say we are not complainers. And the owner Jayson was courteous and did give us $1000 refund. However the problems throughout the week did not make for a very relaxing enjoying vacation. We had three children and six adults. Upon arrival Saturday, all but one door leading out of the pool could not be opened. One out of three toilet was not working, the pool was green and filter not working. Jason notified us to say that a handyman And pool guy would be there on Monday. On Sunday the hot water in the master bath shower stopped working. On Monday pool guy showed up dumped a bunch of chemicals and left. Handyman showed up, while he was there a door handle came off in my hand while I was trying to close The only door that opens going out to the pool and dock. Handyman eventually fixed the shower and the door knob. Tuesday and Wednesday the pool got greener we stopped using it and notified Jason. Thursday another pool person showed up dumped a bunch more chemicals in and manage to get the pool filter working. By Friday it was getting clear enough to swim in. Saturday morning is check out by 10 o'clock and a tree crew showed up at 8 AM with chainsaws. We couldn't even enjoy our last couple of hours relaxing by the pool. During the week we had at least five large cockroaches in the house . Five bicycles tires were all flat and did not hold air. The five fishing rods did not have any gear to fish with. I had to go to a bait and tackle shop and outfit the fishing rods so that my grandkids could fish. One day landscaper was there for three hours using his power equipment all around the pool area. Small table outside collapsed when we put drinks on it. It had a broken leg and was propped up. Coping around the pool was cracking and partly caulked. Guinite was stained and dirty in areas. Water fountain and skimmer never worked. Granite counter in kitchen was cracked and uneven. For nearly $5000 I expected more for a vacation rental with my entire family. We were celebrating my wife's retirement and still made the best of it. The owner needs to shut down for at least a month and go thru the entire house and do some much needed repairs. Clearly he just uses bandaids to fix issues because it's a cash cow. Very disappointed. For all the problems a full refund would still not have been enough.

The property outside was gorgeous and my husband and boys had so much fun fishing! The neighbors were very nice and offered great fishing advice. The house was very spacious and well stocked with toiletries and extra items like beach towels, fishing equipment, kayaks and bicycles. We would highly recommend this place. We will be back!

We had a marvelous time at the Pelican property on Cape Coral. Home was as advertised and perfect for a nice birthday getaway with friends. Plenty of room for 4 couples to play games and spend time together. We enjoyed the pool area and views over the canal were splendid. Would definitely stay again!

The house, property and location were lovely. The canals offer a lot of opportunity for water entertainment from kayaking and paddle boarding to fishing and enjoying the boats coming up and down the waterway. Well-equipped and accommodating this rental is perfect for a family with all ages. The pool is so enjoyable. The kitchen is great for cooking large meals and the dining room accommodates a large group to enjoy dinners together. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful with any questions you may have had. Highly recommend and cannot wait to return. Thank you for sharing this home!

We couldn't ask for a better holiday home. It's just like the photos and Jayson was a perfect host. We miss it already. Hopefully we'll have the chance to return soon!

Very well laid out home, great view with for sun sets, boat watching. Great privacy, quite neighbor hood and not far from MANY things to keep you busy.

Excellent stay - we were happy to celebrate my moms 60th and my sisters 30th during our stay. House was very accommodating for our family. Loved riding the bikes to get out a bit and of course lounge by the pool. Great stay.

This house is perfect for three families with several kids, we stayed here for a baseball tournament, everything was perfect from the sunset to the amenities . Would definitely recommend staying here . Jason is a great communicator and kept us informed about everything .

Great property! Lovely location for privacy but close also close everything. Very spacious, well appointed and the owner was great! He responded to any questions or issues we had within minutes. We rented a boat during our stay and the convenience of the private dock was a huge plus. Definitely would love to visit this home again! Thanks for an amazing family week.

We live in Miami and needed a disconnect/reset from the busy everyday stress. The Pelican was an amazing property for our family. We brought our boat which was a plus and extremely easy to get out to the ocean. The views, doc fishing with my young boys and dipping in the pool after a hot day out on the boat was amazing. Jayson was a pleasure to work with and he is very responsive to all of our needs. Cant wait to visit again.

We enjoyed our vacation! It was very relaxing. It’s a nice location at the end of the street.

The house was very nice. We had a couple dishes that we had to wash before using. We were also disappointed with the bike situation. There were only 2 bikes that you were able to ride. Also, we thought there would be beach chairs, but there were none. If we would have known, we would have brought a couple. The sunsets and sunrises were beautiful. Overall we had plenty of room for our family of 6. We caught fish off the pier and saw a big turtle

House was beautiful! Everything you need was there. View was awesome. Takes about 30 minutes to get out of canals by boat. Kids loved the pool. Renters should know that the upstairs kids room and queen room share a Jack and Jill bath but also have a loft that overlooks both rooms. So it is fine if all kids are staying in those two rooms. But for us, it was supposed to be 3 cousins (from two families)sharing the kids room and my husband and I in the queen. That did not work as it means they hear everything we say & we hear everything they say. No privacy. And three teen boys are very loud. Just thought it is good to know in advance. If I had known, I would have planned the bedrooms differently for a group of 10. Jayson was very responsive to any questions we had. Stunning home.
