Our adult family really enjoyed the location. It fit our needs and the roof top deck was a favorite for all.

This place is amazing! The set up was perfect for a large family. The pool table and foosball were great entertainment when we weren’t doing adventures outside. It was nice having sand toys for the beach. It was really clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was awesome, literally a few minute walk to the beach. The views from the top balcony are priceless! We did have an issue trying to get into the house but we got a quick response! We will definitely be staying here next time!

The house looks fairly new, some of the issues was looking at some warping panels on the 360° decks, which on a portion of the deck you can feel the shake from the wind. Another some cracks in ceiling, and some warping in the flooring, especially first floor bedroom. One shower was unavailable (no shower head or knobs - 1st floor)

The home itself was nearly perfect as far as the location, layout, and amenities were concerned. We arrived just before 4 and they were still cleaning the home, which was fine because check-in wasn't until 4. We were told on arrival that there was an "incident" from the last guests with the hot tub and that it had to be completely drained so it would take a while to heat back up. Not knowing what the "incident" was, we immediately thought the worst and no one used the hot tub during our stay. On the first day we noticed that the kitchen disposal would not turn on. I messaged the hosts immediately but never heard back. It got so bad that the kitchen sink wouldn't drain and then the dishwasher clogged and started leaking on the floor too. Again, we messaged them (3 days later) about this and the fact that they only supplied three trash bags and dishpods for a week long stay. These messages also went unanswered. Eventually I contacted Vacasa directly about these issues and the last day of our stay we had someone come out to look at the issue. They unclogged the drain, but did not fix the disposal switch. Instead we were told to plug it in under the sink and then walk over to the laundry room to flip a breaker to get it to work. Not a safe option at all and could be a liability telling tenants to do this. Also, the trash was never taken out from the previous tenants so the two containers outside were overflowing all week and our only option was to continue to stack it on top and around the bins. I would not recommend anyone stay here based on the complete lack of communication. This place has a ton of potential if the owners would respond to and take care of their customer's needs, but unfortunately that's not the case here.

When we arrived at the home, the entry code provided did not work so we had to stay outside while on the phone with an agent giving us different codes to try to enter home. We finally got in. The first night we discovered the hot water in the upstairs bathroom shower did not work. Called Vacasa on 2nd day to report, said maintenance person would call within about hour, callback if they did not. 2 hours passed, no call so I called back, agent said maintenance was not answering so she left a vm. No one EVER called back and maintenance never arrived. Called Vacasa upon return home to share my dissatisfaction, still no one has responded to me. This was very poor customer service. But the house was nice, clean, comfortable beds.

Overall we had great stay. Beds super comfortable and plenty of room for everyone

Beautiful home

Everything about this house was perfect. Lots and lots of both blankets and towels. The view from the top desk was stunning! Lots of plates, glasses and silverware. Lots of selections on the television including Amazon Prime, Netflix and Hulu. Pool table kept our crew very occupied. We had so much fun on the main level of the house we forgot to play with the foosball table downstairs. TV in every room, so others could enjoy some quite time alone. Hot tub was nice and relaxing. The beach was only a block away and also included an entrance you could drive down directly on the beach for that beautiful sunset. I would highly recommend this place. It was a blast! Thank you.

Great view. Spacious house. Plenty of amenities and great location. Stores and restaurants close by.

Everything was very easy except communication after our stay in regards to a lost item

Seven of us siblings stayed in this house. It was our 34th sibling retreat. We loved the decks! There were so many bed options and such a long dining table! We played games every day. The house is centrally located in town which was nice. Since we are all in our late fifties up to 70 years old the stairs were a challenge but worth it!!

Wonderful time for all. Kids enjoyed walks to beach,playing pool and hot tubbing.

Lots of potential to be a great stay…but the house simply isn’t ready for “prime time”. The code didn’t work - when the maintenance tech came out the next afternoon the modem was unplugged and apparently the batteries were dead. The place was not clean. The outside trash can was completely full. Patched hole in the living room - hadn’t been painted. The local Vacasa rep doesn’t answer the phone when you call the number listed. I could go on, but I think you get the picture (or I can send you some pictures if you doubt what I am saying.)

Lots of room and great views from upper deck. About a block and a half from the beach. Hot tub water didn’t look clean, kind of greenish yellow color. I called twice but no one ever came to deal with it. The boys loved the downstairs space. They called it their man cave. Slept in one room and had another room for gaming and tv.

Well appointed beach home in Lincoln City. There were only six of us staying in the home but there was plenty of room for more to sleep and recreate. Nice large table for family gatherings and well stocked kitchen. Easy access public beach made it easy for our group to come and go. Stairs could be a challenge for those with mobility issues, but allowed for a beautiful ocean view. Would definitely stay again.

I called the number in the email and the representative from Vacasa was not helpful. She told me to call another number. Who told me to call someone else which gave me to VM. After over 3 hours of trying to get answers we went out to dinner. The next day Gene called and came by. He is exactly who I would expect from a company like Vacasa, in my opinion the gold standard in vacation rentals. Gene took care of it. Got the approval right from the owners and replaced it. We loved the jacuzzi and the secluded spot it is in. We had a good time. Plenty of room. It could have been cleaner. Coffee grounds and coffee left in coffee pot. Vacasa reimbursed us for the dinner we missed not having the BBQ. That’s why if I see a place I want to rent Vacasa is involved I can trust a higher level of professionalism.

The good...this house has a great location with easy walkability to the beach and some amazing tide pools. Upon arrival, we found some nice touches such as guest shampoo in each bathroom and hand sanitizer in each bathroom and common area, and a bucket of sand toys for the kids to use at the beach. The foosball table and billiards table were also nice to have during the stay. The Bad...we were notified about 2 hours before arrival that the party before us had broken the oven door and we would not have an oven to use during our stay; the management company did end up finding a small counter top oven but it was a poor replacement for our needs. We had intended to grill several nights, (and with the oven being out of use this was our only real option for 9 people) and found the grill was in a beyond filthy state and had not been cleaned. Also upon arrival, linens were still in the dryer (towels needed for the bathrooms, pillow cases, etc). Nothing like showing up for vacation and doing some laundry! The Ugly... The white bath towels are no longer white, many are stained or ragged. Several of the kitchen towels are filled with holes. Many of the kitchen dishes have large chips in them and all of the pans are past their lifespans (significant scratching to the nonstick surfaces, etc). The wooden handrail leading to the top deck (crows nest) is rotten in two places and completely detached. There are, what appear to be battery powered lights that lead up the stairs to the crows nest; however, only one of them works (there are many). The right side of the home has also suffered a fire (looks like a grill fire?) and the siding and deck is badly charred in a large area. While none of these “bad” or “ugly” things alone would have been a big deal, together they made our stay feel very less-than. To put it into one word, the overall feel of the home is TIRED. We had a great time exploring the beach and surrounding areas but would not recommend this home until it has a significant amount of attention paid to it.

This house was very nice!! The pool table & fooseball table were a big hit also... especially since it rained a couple of the days during our stay!!! Kitchen was well stocked with lots of pots, pans, plates, bowls, cooking utensils and silverware!! Only downsides I'd say were little... like a tile was loose at the entrance doorway, PS2 & PS3 were a little confusing to get going because of so many wires attached to the tv (so the kids didn't even bother playing) and the driveway was a bit steep... but these were all things that didn't make much difference at all for us! We LOVED the view from the upper deck and the hot tub was fantastic!! It was also only a block away from drive-in or walk access to the beach and it was located at a part of the beach that has lots of tide pools!!! This was the kids' favorite part!!! All-in-all it was PERFECT for us!!! We'll definitely be staying again!!

The Bird’s Nest view was great although I did think it was in the main level. No great sunsets out weekend. There are hotels that obstruct the views. It was nice Hwy 101 and the beach access were close. The hot tub was great, bigger than I expected. The grill could use a cleaning and there was no propane but a runner delivered 2 tanks in a timely manner so a BBQ dinner didn’t have to be reorganized. Kitchen is a small gallery but the living space is big. Oven could use a cleaning. There were spices, dish soap and some toiletries although description isn’t clear. We had a hood time!

Had a great time and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will be back.

Nice house, clean, well furnished, very comfortable. Turned out to be much more house than we needed, but we enjoyed our time. But.... There is a massive ant problem upstairs. Hopefully they can get that under control. Other than that, nice place!

The house was clean and comfortable. Enough sleeping room for all. Rooftop desk is amazing and the hot tub was very private. Even though the weather did not cooperate for beach walks the beach access was easier and closer than any other home we’ve stayed in.

We had problem with grill and then the sinks was plugged on both floors which is really inconvenient. The house had some weird smell and it was hard to get warmth in house

4 of us knocked around this big beautiful house, it was absolutely amazing! Great view, easy walk to the beach and local restaurants, will definitely stay again.

This house is in a fabulous spot in Lincoln City - 1 block to beach access & 2 blocks from shops. The main floor with the pool table, conversation/TV area, and big dining room table worked great for our party of 10. Great space for people to do separate activities & still feel connected to each other. The top deck has a view over all surrounding houses & is a real gem. The kitchen is very well equipped. We hope to go back next year.

This house ended up being great for our entire family! There was enough space and activities to be able to spread out when we needed to, but the dining and kitchen was big enough that we could all gather to eat and play games together. The location was amazing. A very short walk down to a great beach with a lot of tide pools for the kids. It also has vehicle access if you’d like to pack some stuff for an evening fire on the beach like we did. Overall a great house in a great location for a great experience!

All Decked out turned out to be the perfect place. It has the space for everything you want to do. We really enjoyed the large dining area.

The house is in a great location close to beach with beautiful views! The beds weren’t very comfortable and the sheets were very rough. The kitchen was well stocked we did a crab boil on the BBQ and the kitchen had plenty of crab crackers. Lots of outside seating wish there was an outside table though. We did find a lot of spiders but we did just come out of quarantine so the house probably sat vacant for a while. The only other problem we had was both of the garbage cans were almost full when we got there, so there was no where to put our garbage.

We loved the heated bathroom floors and potential great amenities. The view from the top deck was nice, not much of a view otherwise. The game systems downstairs were ok, the cable didn't work downstairs, but streaming services did if you were signed into the right platform like the Playstation Network. The master bedroom with the 'view' did not have a remote for the cable so had to push the button to access channels, was ok, but not my idea of a master with a view for a relaxed vacation. Overall was a nice house with decent location, for the price everything should have worked seamlessly.

We loved how the house had huge windows to have a view of everything around us and the space to have a big group and able to seat everyone at the table for any meal , also the pool table , foosball table were great to entertain, upper deck 360 degrees view rocks , great house and good location , easy access to the beach ,

Plenty of room for 7 adults, without feeling like we were all in each others space. Could easily have brought our kids along (but glad we didnt). The house is clean and well kept, and so much to do. Loved the hot tub and pool table. Short walk to the beach, beautiful views. Games and movies in case rain strikes, lots of nice touches like makeup removal wipes in the restrooms and tissues in the rooms. Would definitely return.
