My family and I had an amazing time! We had never been in this area for any length of time and were blown away by the beach and surrounding area (restaurants, shops, bike paths, nature trails, pools, etc). Our host was very helpful with any inquiries that we had.

This house was perfect for our week-long family gathering (15 people)! It was an amazing location in Watercolor, the house was beautifully designed, spacious, well-appointed and luxurious. We highly recommend this home and hope to visit again.

One of our best family vacations! Short trip, wish we could of stayed longer. Gorgeous area. Very relaxing and enjoyed all the trails.

The home is spacious, immaculate and well equipped and designed. Our large family, which includes a high school student, a college student and two young married couples as well as a toddler and baby loved every minute of our vacation over the New Year's holiday. We spend a great deal of quality time together, cooking, playing games, enjoying the heated pool and enjoying the Watercolor and Seaside offerings. The location was perfect for our active family. Thank you for your excellent service and hospitality. We will definitely plan another vacation stay in this home.

The house was absolutely beautiful and extremely functional for 2 or even 3 families. The location couldn’t be better. The pool was a big hit for us and for the kids. Sanders service was excellent. This house will be our top choice for future stays.

A house with all the amenities for our family of 12. A mere 5 minute bike ride to the beach where free beach towels are available through the beach club. The patio is fantastic with the big screen TV, grill and pool. Will easily stay here again.

Directions to the home were spot on. We pulled into the driveway, opened the key box, which was our first time using one, and entered this magnificent home. Impressive is an understatement! We loved the roominess, the way the home wrapped around the pool, and all the conveniences strung like jewels throughout the home. The outdoor area was wonderful! The sub-zero beverage unit made me want one. This is the first home in Watercolor I would rebook. The proximity to the bike bridge was great. Once we crossed the bridge we knew we were home! Our group shopped, ate at Red Bar twice, Great Southern, had steaks from Modica Market & shrimp from Goatfeathers one night and dined at Bud & Alley's.

This home was absolute PERFECTION!! The entire experience from start to finish was easy and seamless and SBR was so wonderful to answer any and all questions we had. The home was thoughtfully and beautifully designed, super spacious both inside and outside for our crew, and the heated pool was a huge added perk. The kids absolutely loved having their own space on the 3rd floor too. The location also worked great for us since we discovered the bridge shortcut that takes you to the beach club in no time on bikes. This home truly had everything and more you could want in a vacation rental - the only problem was that we couldn't stay longer!! We certainly enjoyed our week here and will definitely be back!

We were there for a wedding at the Lakehouse in Watercolor. This house was fabulous! I loved the art,furniture,etc. the kitchen and bathrooms were great. Plenty of room for us and a great bunkroom for the children! The pool and outside space was awesome! I enjoyed being in the Lake district. You are very close to the frog pool. We were here during off season but I think in the Summer you would be very close to the neighbors! We would for sure rent this house again--it has everything you could ever need!
