I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We had the best time. The place is a lot bigger than it looked in the pics. We most enjoyed the swimming dock and fire pit. Location is so great. Feels out of town but so close to everything. Missy was a great host and took complete care of us. Thank you!

First, Missy and Steve are wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and willing to go the extra mile with information and assistance. The location is perfect and the decor of the living space is right on point. Enjoyed the wildlife and the backyard view and ammentities. Beautiful landscaping in the backyard. Also, the ability to use the dock was a plus. Lots of elements available for use making this a well-equipped stay. Even numerous items for the lake and fishing. Definately will be back and love Beaver Lake!

We all loved this place! The decor is so adorable and the house was super clean. The beds were comfortable and the linens so soft and snuggly! The back yard was full of seating areas & yard games. The volleyball net, jumpy tire and tree swing were all pretty popular with our teens. The boat dock was awesome. We took full advantage of the fishing gear & kayaks! The boat slip (with a lift) was a huge need for us and this one worked out great!!! Every thing you need is right there on property. We loved it and want to come back every year! Oh & thank you for the s’mores!

We all really enjoyed our stay here. The property and owners were amazing. We plan on returning next year. It was our first time to Beaver Lake and it did not disappoint.

Property owners were very nice and very accommodating.

Misty was such a kind and generous host. We didn’t have friends staying with us because of Covid but she was very kind to allow us to have them visit to sit around the fire pit and enjoy the kayaks and paddleboard. The beds are so comfortable, we slept really well. The kitchenette made it a bit challenging to cook for the group (no dishwasher) and next time we will bring our own cookware. Overall, we were so pleased to have this relaxing getaway right on the lake to celebrate my husband’s birthday.

Awesome hospitality, amenities, and beautiful location on Beaver Lake!

Missy was amazing from beginning to end! Loved the house- so FUN! Campfire for s’mores at night was great- dock was so easy to get to and have the best location in the lake! Had the best weekend!

The house was wonderful and we really enjoyed having the slip on lake to ourselves. Kids swam and fished for hours off the slip and we really appreciated all the amenities from paddleboard, kayaks, tubes, fishing rods/tackle. The owners are upstairs but kept to themselves except to help a couple times when needed which was much appreciated.The back yard was great with a large fire pit and several deer who were constant visitors.Only negative is a couples bed/mattresses could be a lot better. Wasn't much of an issue though, just annoying.I would highly recommend this property. It was a tremendous bargain considering the number of people it sleeps and use of the boat slip.

Being first time Vrbo renters, we didn’t know what to expect ... But, Nestled under the owner’s own home is a retreat with all the comforts of home. We were welcomed by the owner, who accommodated our request to arrive early. A few unexpected niceties - All the makings for s’mores, which we gladly used. Soaps and toiletries Coffee and tea And, so clean for a Lakehouse! We availed ourselves to the dock and watched the boaters and water skiers go by. Sunset did not disappoint as we sat having happy hour each day. Owner very responsive and accommodating.

Very nice home with excellent outdoor facilities. The boat house/dock is excellent! Complete with boat cover and lift. The owners are great people and are very informative.

We couldn't believe how kind & hospitable the property owners were! The yard was awesome, and they had croquet and lawn dice. Additionally the kayaks and paddle board was awesome too! Without a doubt, give this property and its' owners the highest recommendation possible.

Great location on Beaver Lake-- this property had what we were looking for-- a private dock on the lake in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It was also stocked with so many extras to for our family to enjoy-- they had worms to fish with ready for us, ice in the freezer, etc etc. We didn't cook many meals but the quaint kitchen served us just fine and my husband used the grill to cook up a dinner. We also loved the fire pit to roast marshmallows for our s'mores-- which we brought, but they had also supplied ingredients for us to use. The host even brought me some ketchup when we forgot some at the store!! Even though this property is the basement of their home, it felt very private. We would highly recommend this property for families!

Everything was over the top at the Kaza property. From the second we arrived we were greeted with over the top hospitality and warmth. During the entire trip it really was our own place. The whole basement is built out like a stand-alone home. It walks straight out to the backyard with plenty of shade and sun. Access to the dock is the easiest of any property we have every stayed at on Beaver Lake. The dock isn't shared which made it feel even more private and special for the weekend. There was plenty of utensils and cookware to cook for ten people and there was enough room indoors and outdoors to sit and eat. They supplied smores fixings and wood for the firepit that was already split!! yard games, fishing poles, floats, paddle boards and kayaks made it so we were never bored the entire weekend. They made fish chowder for themselves for dinner one night and surprised us when they brought us down some extra when we were pinned indoors during a thundershower. The hospitality was over the top. We have stayed at at least a dozen different homes on Beaver and they all paled in comparison to this spot. Missy and her husband are absolutely crushing it at the Kaza property. we will be back. 11/10 would recommend.

Great place to stay! Would definitely stay again. The fire pit was a perfect place to relax at the end of the day!

Property was beautiful just like pictures described. The hosts were great. They provided extra amenities like fishing poles, kayaks and even gave us stuff to make smores (even though we never made them), still a very kind gesture. Would highly recommend staying here..... Oh and the Views are incredible!

We stayed 4 nights during our spring break and had an amazing time! The accommodations were wonderful and we were thrilled to able to bring our boat and have use of the dock. Missy and Steve thought of everything to make our stay perfect, from sharing fishing spots to providing items for s'mores for perfect nights around the firepit! The space was uniquely decorated and charming! We loved having some family board games to play and had fun learning a couple of new ones. Definitely 5 stars for cleanliness and hospitality! We hope to return here again sometime! Thank you, Missy and Steve, for sharing your beautiful home at Beaver Lake!

I came down to Bentonville for an event with a crew of 10 people. We were very happy staying there. The house is right on the lake, the neighborhood is classy, and Missy and her family are very nice and accommodating. We needed a few more blankets and an air mattress and when we came back that night she had already delivered them. One thing to note is that there is only one bathroom so for 10 people that makes the morning a little rushed, however even with 10 people showering, we never ran out of hot water. We loved the fire pit outside and each night we were outside there were deer within 100' of us, which was entertaining. I highly recommend this home!

The owners are super accommodating and have a beautiful home with wonderful ammenities. Had a great time. We have a boat and use of the lift and dock was awesome.
