Second year to stay in this house. It was just as wonderful as year one! We enjoyed it and had such a fun week!

We just finished a week stay with two seniors, six adults, and six kids under 6–three of which are 2 (we crazy, it’s true). This house had enough space for everyone—including the younger kids in different rooms. And perhaps most importantly for young kids who still take naps during the day: no creaky floors! We could walk past their rooms on the second floor and not worry about waking them up. However, only one of the rooms had drapes to block the sun. This meant the big kids were waking up at 5:45am with the sun which is a bit too early for vacation. Otherwise the place was great. We had a few small issues (leaky refrigerator which is being replaced soon, slow draining sinks, etc) that were not enough to detract from the stay at all. Bottom line: if we return to rosemary beach/Seacrest we would likely stay here again.

So clean. So well equipped. So close to everything but still so private. Lots of king sized beds for our extra tall family. Already planning our next visit! It really is the perfect vacation home.

We had a great experience staying at the house. It was clean, great location and the owners were very communicative with any questions we had. We would definitely want to rent here again!

We had a great time on our spring break. It was 3 families, so 6 adults and 7 kids and the house had plenty of room. Even had an office with a bunk where us dad could have our work calls in peace. Multiple refrigerators in kitchen were clutch for the large group. Pool as a great option for the kids to hang after the beach in the afternoon before dinner. Walk to the beach couldn't have been easier and no stress with kids running on streets with any traffic. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to return!

We don't know where to begin to describe the amazing week we had at this residence during our Spring Break week. We have stayed at several other homes within Waters Edge and find the location is perfect for our teenagers/adults to bike/walk to everything you need. We park our cars (which having 5 car spots is AMAZING!) and never use again for the week. The house was spacious and perfect for our family of 6 plus friends! Two refrigerators made such. difference and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances. There wasn't one thing we needed and couldn't find. The enormous trash can was brilliant (ended up using sturdier trash bags). Loved that addition. The heated pool made for the perfect place to end a day on the beach and relax and swim (the waterfall and colored lights allowed for fun games with the kids). Every bedroom was perfect with lots of room and smart TV's. And the 3rd floor "media room" with a full kitchen was great for teenagers to hang out. The laundry room as spacious for drying towels and doing a few loads here and there. Communication with the residence owner was easy when little issues presented themselves (nothing big, just internet connection, etc). The owners were quick to respond and help with the issue -- including sending their "internet guy" to resolve the issue that day! Will certainly select this home for future 30A trips and will bring more family/friends as there was plenty of space. Than you for sharing your beautiful home.

Great for multiple families and the heated pool was a huge bonus! Check out and in was east and communication was wonderful!

We had a very relaxing stay at this great house. Everything was as described in the listing and the house was very well stocked. Would definitely consider booking again, and could bring a much larger group given all of the space.

We stayed at Jane's house and couldn't believe how conveniently located it was to restaurants and shops! The house itself was perfect for 3 families and their kids, plenty of space to hang out.

We enjoyed our stay here with our family and grandchildren. Beautiful home and great location with close access to the beach. The owner was wonderful to work with and very pleasant. We would stay here again.

As always a great location and neighborhood to stay in. Home was spread out and great for multi family use. Well equipped kitchen having all of your basic needs. Had a great time and would definitely return.

This is the perfect rental for larger groups who love the beach. We loved the location for it's close access to the beach and for being right off 30A and close to the shops. The bedrooms are all spacious with a dedicated bath and adequate closet space. Large, social kitchen was well stocked for cooking (with actually nice cookware, a plus for us), and the third floor deck became our nightly hang out spot - having the additional refrigerator up there was great for keeping beer, wine and happy our snacks! The pool was in full shade by mid afternoon (we traveled late August) which was just what we wanted after long beach days. The owners were very quick/responsive to one minor issue with the living room tv and easy to work with all around. We've stayed at other properties within this development, and this has been our favorite. We definitely hope to return.

Well designed floor plan with plenty of private space to spread out and large enough community space for everyone to gather at meal time and visiting. Pool and outdoor space was great for our family. Great location—close to beach and shops. Very functional kitchen—especially with two refrigerators ( plus a refrigerator on the third level).

Such a nice house for all of us. So much space!!! And the closeness to the beach can’t be beat.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We loved how close it was to the beach so it wasn’t a hassle when we needed to pack up early to bring our 2 year old home for a nap. When the kids (and parents) were tired and didn’t feel like packing up for the beach, we spent time at the pool, which was super convenient. We loved our stay and hope to come back soon!

Our 3 families really enjoyed this home. It is spacious and was very clean. The kitchen is set up well for family dinners. Our kids loved having the beach a short walk away and then return home for the fabulous pool. Would definitely return.

I don't even want to leave a great review because I want to make sure this place is always available to me. LOL I can't say enough wonderful things about this house. It really is as close to the beach as it says. It was so easy to run to house for the bathroom or lunch without any hassles. The layout is perfect. Every bedroom has comfortable beds, with plenty of closet space and huge bathrooms. This house must have thick walls because once in your room, you can't hear anything. The kitchen is awesome. It is well organized and it has everything you could possibly want or need. The two refrigerators were a hit and the third floor views were beautiful. Everything in this house is first class. The owners were so nice and easy to deal with. We had an issue with the 3rd floor AC and they fixed ASAP. The street is private and quite. All I can say this is by far my favorite house on 30a. and I will for sure stay there again. Thanks for great memories and providing excellent service.

We have stayed in several houses in Waters Edge and this is by far my favorite. It actually had more room than we needed. Jane was great to work with. Halfway down I realized I had left my check in information. I shot her a text and she sent me the info in less than 30 minutes.

Nice house, great for families. Small private community with very convenient access to the beach and town. We would definitely rent again!

We feel so blessed to have found this wonderful neighborhood and Vie De Mer was absolutely perfect set up for our family! The house is beautifully decorated and the owners have gone above & beyond to think of everything that will make your stay great! We will be back!

3 master bedrooms makes this property great for 3 families. The location in relation to the beach and to shopping could not be any more perfect. I appreciate the opportunity to have stayed there.

This property was perfect for our family of 14. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you’d need. Great layout throughout the house. Enjoyed our stay very much!!

It was an incredible time . Our accommodations were wonderful .

Jane was wonderful to deal with. There was an air conditioner problem, we called her the very next morning and she quickly had someone out to repair. They had to order a part so it took a couple of days but it was repaired. The same with the pool fountain. It stopped working the second day there. We called Jane and she immediately got on it. This was a great property in a wonderful gated community. Great location to everything including the beach. Would definitely stay here again!!

Big, spacious house in a perfect location. We walked to shops and dinner and rode bikes every day. The pool was a perfect escape from the heat and the beautiful white sand beach was literally steps away. Great family experience!

This is a beautiful house that is well appointed and worked very well for our family. The location is perfect to walk to the beach and to enjoy everything 30A has to offer by walking or bike.

Home was great, fit 3 families comfortably! Have stayed at many VRBOs, this home had NO spices (including salt & pepper),paper products, etc. Batteries were taken from remotes throughout the home when we arrived, along with light bulbs out. I doubt it’s the owners, assume property management team should do a better job making sure visitors shouldn’t have to buy supplies that should be provided (batteries, bulbs....)
