This property is located just close enough to Myrtle Beach to be able to enjoy time there but far enough away so that you are not inundated with tourists. It sits on a very nice, quiet circle where you can enjoy nice walks outdoors, sit on the enclosed porch or relax outback in the fenced in yard. The hosts were very accommodating in our request to bring our larger dog with us. The property included ALL of the amenities to enjoy a nice, relaxing time away from home. There were several games, puzzles, books and outdoor games available to keep the grandchildren occupied. There is a pier pass to Sunset Beach which is only a 5 minute - maybe - drive away. This was by far one of the best and most relaxing vacations we have ever had! We can not thank Randy and Lynn enough for opening their home to us. We will definitely be back!! Roger, Tina and family

We have stayed here two times. Well maintained and comfortable house stocked with everything for bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and cleaning!! Quiet neighborhood close to Sunset roundabout. Pets are allowed, which we love. We have always found the house clean. Very helpful owners and easy to reach. Always our first choice when available! A pretty green cottage!

Very quiet neighborhood. Cottage well supplied with just about everything. TV and internet were very good. Close to the beach. Food Lion close; Lowes and Publix in Ocean Isle Beach not too far away. Clean up before we left was easy since we kept cleaning up after each meal and when someone visited. We were able to bring a small dog and he was happy there. Thank you Randy for making your cottage available to us.

We were looking for a place to spend a few days around Valentine's that would also allow pets. We found this delightful "Coastal Cottage" that fit the bill perfectly! It was clean, warm and homey, in a quiet neighborhood, close to all the things we enjoy about the Sunset Beach area. Oh, and the hosts we're so easy to work with and accommodating. We WILL visit again.

Comfortable and good location! We enjoyed our stay! There were two of us, plenty of room.

Very close to everything and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. My dog was very comfortable there and loved the fenced in back area. But the mosquitos! Spray before walking and bring Quit Itch stuff because you'll still get bit. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and my brother loved the cable TV!

This attractive and endearing home welcomes you to Sunset Beach community. The neighborhood is beautiful and fun to explore by walking or cycling and the island is a short drive across the bridge. Best of both worlds. Clean, well equipped and looked after. Definitely want to return!

Beautiful, clean, close to not only Sunset Beach but Ocean Isle, Holden and Cherry Grove Beaches. Was so impressed with how well stocked the residence was, there were cleaning supplies, extra paper towels, toilet paper, coffee maker, dishes, pans, everything you need! Communication with the host was amazing, they were so helpful and very kind. Would definitely recommend this beautiful cottage and will most definitely be coming back! First time at the beach in North Carolina. Enjoyed the location. I would stay there again. The house is in great shape and many amenities are provided. Close to great restaurants and amusements for the kids.

This great little house is one mile from Sunset Beach in a quiet neighborhood. The home is supplied with plenty of items for the beach that you don’t need to bring, like boogie boards, umbrellas, wagons, etc. Just bring your own bed and bath linens and off you go, enjoy!

The cottage was fabulous! The proximity to the beach was fantastic! 5 minute drive and you're there. I will definitely be booking this location again!

My kids and I loved this cottage! It's in a nice neighborhood and very close to the beach. It was bigger on the inside than I expected. The big open central living area has two bedrooms on one side with a bathroom and a third on the other that also has a full bathroom. The deck and backyard were both good-sized which was great for my kids and dog (owners pre-approved bringing him). My kids liked using the boogie boards the owners made available. We played games at the kitchen table, ate at the kitchen island, and relaxed on the screen in porch. The big living room couches were great for spreading out to watch movies. The beach was about a mile away. Grocery store, pharmacy, gift shops, and good restaurants are all within a 1-2mi radius. Bringing linens was new to me but no big deal at all. The owners provided lots of details on the property including what to do on arrival and a checklist of what to do before leaving were very helpful. This is definitely a great, peaceful vacation spot I plan on returning to with my family.

Our host Randy was great. The house is located among some really beautiful homes and easily accessible to restaurants (we hit several), ocean, site seeing, fishing… Going off season was amazing! The beach was beautiful and peaceful, fun to walk and explore, with NO crowds. We stopped at local fish markets and I prepared dinner at this properties kitchen, no problem. In the evenings, and we played family games, took long walks, enjoyed the screened porch and had much needed conversation. It’s spacious and equipped. Best of all our dog had his first vacation and loved walking the beach and being with his litter. Thanks Randy, we will be back soon!

It was our second stay and it was awesome again. It was clean and the communication with Randy is always pleasant and easy..... We love, love, love this place....it is fully stocked with whatever you might need. Unfortunately we had to leave a day sooner and we're in a little rush, but life happens....we definitely want to come back in Wintertime because that's our favorite time to walk the beach with some hot cocoa and cookies in a backpack and a lot of cool, fresh air to breath in ..... Thanks Randy for everything to make everyone to feel home away from home..... Best place we've ever stayed....

Everything was great.. the floors could have been a little more cleaned (sandy) but some of the dishes were dirty. (We cleaned them then put them back) There was a lot of animal hair on things! Over all we enjoyed it and would stay here again, I would recommend to anyone!

The cottage was just as nice as the photos. We loved the cheerful decor and the screened in porch. The location was perfect. We could run, walk, bike or drive to the beach, the park or shops. The pier parking pass was a bonus.

We stayed for 3 days and we felt it was too short ! It is such a amazing place to stay , you have everything you need , nothing is missing there ! The rooms are so cute and the set up of the house is amazing, we couldn’t ask for more.

This property is amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. Randy was so easy to talk to and always there to answer any questions we had. He was very accommodating and fast to respond. The neighborhood is quiet and in the perfect location. The cottage is very clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Can't wait to go back!

This owner has thought about your needs while vacationing! Plenty of dishes, pots and pans. More than enough outdoor seating if needed, for us too hot to be outside the week we were there. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, water boards, sand toys. The cottage is very appealing, a little too much decor for me, but very beachy. Enough paper products to last at least 2-3 days, along with some detergent for clothes. The only drawback for us was having to haul our sheets and towels, and cleaning up after previous renters. Not everyone will clean the same. All in all, may stay there again

This is definitely our home away from home. We have stayed here multiple times over the past year and now feel like we are at home for sure. The amenities are beyond plentiful... the comforts await you to relax and enjoy... The hosts, Randy and Lynn have generously provided a place that I will continue to visit throughout the upcoming months and years... My 81yr old dad absolutely loves to come vacation and relax here with us. Can't wait for the next visit very soon

We love staying here! The house has such a peacefulness to it. Access to beach is a short trip and close by to N Myrtle to visit or shop. We are repeat visitors and will definitely be booking again. Home Is always clean and well stocked supplies.
