The condo was excellent. The 2 story windows onto the beach and the sunset gave amazing views. A wonderful beach is less than 100 feet away. It is close to town with its food trucks, shops and restaurants, but feels away from everything.

You won’t find a better place to stay in Kihei! A gorgeous unit steps from the beach, but still quiet and quite private. A beautiful view from the lanai, living room, dining room and master bedroom. The kitchen is well outfitted, and all of the rooms are decorated very tastefully. A fantastic stay, and the owner is very responsive. Great sunsets and the waves will lull you to sleep. I hope to return someday!

This condo is centrally located in Kihei. Shops and eateries are within walking distance. The condo is beachfront and has amazing views. Kimberly was helpful with booking and sent communication to us prior to our stay. Condo was clean and well stocked with the basics. We loved having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and boogie boards. Great snorkeling to the right of the condo. We were thrilled to have found this place!

Everything was wonderful. So clean, really nicely updated and decorated. Communication with host was seamless and quick. Highly recommend this unit. The beach is just steps away, beautiful for all ages and the views and sunsets are spectacular.

This beautiful place was right on the beach. We could not have asked for a better location. Every morning we were either on the beach or walking to get breakfast and coffee. The unit had everything including both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. The owner thought of everything. We’ve been to Maui five times, staying at both resort hotels and condos. We liked this place the best.

Great location on the Charley Young beach in Kihei within walking distance of a number good restaurants. Very clean updated condo in great shape - we stayed for 17 nights never once turned the TV too busy enjoying the beach and having cocktails / meals on the lanai. All the beach accessories are there, chairs, umbrella, ice chest etc. Even used the electric grill a couple of times. Easy parking close to the unit. Kimberly was exceptional at communicating with us during the booking and any follow up questions - highly recommend this place and plan on returning. Mahalo! Bill & Tina

We stayed for a little over a week. The property was exactly as described and worked perfectly for 4 adults. You can’t beat the view! We didn’t want to leave.

This is our first time visiting Hawaii. Without knowing much about the area and with so many choices at hand, we did a lot of research before making the reservation. In the end, we were so pleased with this property that went beyond our expectations. The building is nicely situated right in front of the Charlie Young beach and near all the excitement/restaurants/grocery stores. The beach front view was breathtaking. Sleeping with the gentle sound of waves was soothing. The ground was well maintained with easy parking. The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious, well stocked, and quiet. There are beach chairs/towels , umbrella, boogie boards. My husband loves to cook and he really liked the kitchen wares. Kimberly was very responsive to our questions. Checking in and out was as smooth as it could be. Another thing about the building/condo is its rich history. There was a nice booklet in the condo that tells the story behind the area, the building, and the past. Knowing these made our stay even more satisfying.

This was our third time staying at the condo complex but the first time at this unit. We keep coming back for a reason. The condo is right on the beach with a phenomenal view! It is also close to restaurants, shopping, and many other activities. The condo unit has been recently remodeled and has all the amenities that you need. Our stay was perfect and we will absolutely be back again.

My mom , 2 sisters and myself just spent 10 days in this condo. Everything about this condo is a 10 star from the quick responses from the property manager to waking up with a beautiful view while still in bed. We WILL be back to stay here... hopefully for longer next time.

This is our 6th stay at KAM One condos and we loved this unit! Very clean and updated furniture/appliances with plenty of room for us to be comfortable. Excellent location for beach, whale watching and a quick walk to shops and food. Equipped with everything we needed in kitchen and beach chairs, umbrellas and boards. We already booked for next year! Kimberly is a great host. We had no issues during our stay.

We had a marvelous time. The location of this property is perfect -- right on one of the best beaches in Kihei. The property was clean and well appointed. The host was gracious. We had a terrific time.

Very nice. Only issue was walls are thin. Neighbors can be noisy, especially little kids running up and down stairs.

Awesome stay at Kamaole One, if you like waking up to the sounds of just the surf and having direct beach access this is a great choice. The beach is great for swimming and snorkelling as well nearby. The unit is well kitted out for dinning inn, why not stay in and watch the sunset.

The views are amazing. This condo has everything and more that you need for a wonderful vacation. The property is well manicured and very peaceful. We loved our stay and hope to come back one day.

The previous reviews have pretty much summarized just what an excellent vacation condo this is so no need to be repetitive. We had a great time- no issues and no need to contact management simply because no problems or questions arose.

Condo is exactly as it appears in website. Fantastic location! Gorgeous beach experience. What was not a great experience was arriving and not having any way to get in. The host had forgotten to supply us with a keycode. Very frustrating after a long day of traveling. She was nowhere to be found, and finally, after an hour of waiting at rhe door, a propery manager and cleaning person were able to get us in via texting us their code. We never received an apogy for this, nor any communication from the host, our entire stay. We repored a lock being broken in an outdoor locker where beach furiture was stored, no reply as well. While the condo was well equiped, there was no sheet of directions for the use of anything. And lastly, we arrived to a condo that had one unit air conditioner in an upstairs open loft. The downstairs bedroom can hardly be advertised as air conditioned. So, overall, we enjoed the location, and building, but would have liked to be treated as the high oating guests that we were. We felt compleyely ignored by this host.

Property was very clean and a lovely location! Water out front was sadly a bit brown due to extreme rains the weeks preceding our stay but that did not take away from our wonderful stay! Kim is a fabulous host!! My husband is a wind and wave enthusiast and this location was perfect for prone foiling on the south-west side in the morning and wing foiling on the north side in the afternoon.

2 couples were very comfortable in the 2nd floor condo. Second floor was perfect for us with the view and balcony. AC worked great and it was warm. We did have a minor issue with the wi-fi. Other than that perfect location and enjoyed our stay steps from the beach.

Great location right on the beach and close to downtown Kihei. Amazing views of the ocean and beach. Unit was very clean and was stocked with everything you could possibly need including beach chairs etc. Kimberly was very responsive to the few questions we asked about the property. Only minor comment was AC didn't really cool down the back bedroom. Would come back again for sure.

Overall, this was an excellent property. You can’t beat the location right on a beautiful sandy beach within walking distance to shops and restaurants! The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and appliances you would need. There were some spices and oils on hand as well which was appreciated. We would have loved to have fridge condiments on hand too, but I understand some people might not feel comfortable with that. Property manager was communicative as was the maintenance person for a smoke detector battery replacement. We ended up not using the AC as the secondary bedroom and bathroom did not get any of that cooled air. Luckily those beautiful trade winds and the box fan in the closet helped keep us very comfortable.
