Property was great, near the slopes, and equipped with most essential items for the house and snow. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect location, comfortable house! The mattresses could be better but all and all we were very pleased.

The house was superb. It was comfortable and in a perfect location. We walked to peak 8 every day - about 5-10mm walk depending if you’re carrying your skis. Kids stayed in the room downstairs with bunk beds, which is a suite with its own playroom. The otnee 3 bedrooms were very comfortable and had their own bathrooms. Heating was working well and the floor I’m the kitchen is heated too. The main family room was comfortable and warm. We highly recommend.

Surpassed my dream of reuniting all kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids from my side of the family with my beloved deceased husband’s side of the family. There were 24 of us (in two houses), converging in Breckenridge from California, Connecticut, Florida, and Texas. Lots of comfortable, informal space and activities, in the house and in the local community, for all generations to have fun and get to know each other. I was the lone representative of the fourth generation. All of the wonderful memories, large and small, will warm my heart for the rest of my days! Much better to spend some of their inheritance while I’m here to enjoy it with them!💖😃

Boulder Ridge had everything we needed! It was very well equipped with all the kitchen supplies and amenities. The laundry was an extreme plus and the mud room downstairs made keeping the ski gear perfectly organized extremely easy!

Fantastic location! Our family had a wonderful week skiing, relaxing, and hanging out.

Great place. Clean and plenty of room for our group. Great hospitality and responsiveness. Only downfall was it was a bit longer to the lift than advertised.

The house came equipped with everything we needed. The only thing we had a hard time with was the heat on the main floor. We could not get it to work at all so that floor was always freezing. The first place one the first floor was fantastic but the fire place on the main floor would not heat the room as long as we tried. The back yard had a perfect spot for the kids to sled and the hot tub was the perfect addition to end our ski days. We would definitely stay at this house again.

So close to skiing! Breck is small this place is def cozy and has everything you need. Loved that they had humidifiers in all the rooms as we def were not used to the super dry air. Family def had a good thanksgiving here. Would stay again in the future.

The house is beautiful and well equipped for all your needs.

We have been coming to Breckenridge for the past 10 years. Our family consisted of 5 grandchildren, their parents, and my husband and myself. This house was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. We were so close to Adventure Park. Grandchildren were in heaven! We could walk there easily. Also the gondola was close and easy to ride into town This house was absolutely perfect for us!! And management was fantastic!

Comfortable great house.

This house is nice, well equipped and about 5-7 min uphill walk to peak 8 base. It is not ski out as advertised and to ski in, you have to cross the dirt road which requires to take off skis. Amenities are standard and it is spacious and well equipped. It requires a very thorough cleaning. One can notice that cleaning crews are doing a very poor job. Overall a good place to stay for 3 families.

Huge place right on the mountain. We were able to ski right down to our hot tub from the resort. Great place and would definitely stay again.

House was clean and very spacious. Four adults and five children. Easy walk to lifts at peak 8. Large kitchen, separate living space for kids and hot tub made this house. Would highly recommend.

Can't say enough about how beautiful this home is. It was absolutely perfect for our family to celebrate Christmas through New Year's together. It was such a nice home, so close to the slopes, so clean and so nicely appointed. Would stay in this home again and again and again. Absolutely beautiful!!
