Nice condo with plenty of room for our family

Late check in on Thursday, skied Friday and Saturday and left… super fast. Great place to stay for our purposes.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was very convenient. The couch in our unit were atrociously worn out, the seat cushion would not stay on the couch. The property lacks amenities, no restaurants, no bars, no stores.

We a great experience at this location with the ease of access right to the slopes and adjacent shops and restaurants.

This condo was a terrific location - can’t be beat! My husband and two sons stay there and they said it was great. We hope to go back to this condo next winter!

You can't beat the Zephyr for convenience to Winter Park ski resort! We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at your condo. The location was perfect and couldnt be any easier to get on the mountain. Our sons loved the xbox360 and PS3 after a long day on the slopes. We had a really nice time and hope to return again at some point.

Could not ask for a more convenient location. Ski-in / Ski-out and direclty next to the Gondola. The Room is also right next to the elevator that takes you to the Ski Lockers (which were also great) and out the door to the slopes. One minor complaint was that the master bedroom has the bunk beds in it so our three kids took over that room while my wife and I tried to make the Queen bed work.

Simple and comfy place. Killer location at the base of the gondola - easy walk to ski school - restaurants right there too! Great location and spot!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is very convenient to the Gondola, true ski in, ski out. The ski lockers are nice and roomy and open with the room key. Beds are firm memory foam. Could use a larger pot for making chili. The only significant complaint we had was on the parking situation. I feel like parking should be included in the fee, but in any event, getting in and out of the garage is a hassle having to do both a room key and a QR code. Our room key that was mailed to us did not work, but one of the workers was able to get us in quickly. Overall, we enjoyed the trip and would do it again given the location.

Clean and well kept, a little dated on the finishes. Great location. Bunk beds in the master bedroom compromise privacy for larger groups. Windows are difficult to keep open and there’s no AC so it gets hot on sunny days. Kitchen well equipped.

Clean and comfortable place with well equipped kitchen. Mailing a key in advance of the stay added to the convenience of the check in process.

It's slopeside. Easier out to the gondola than back in from skiing.

Everything was as expected although we didn't realize the front desk couldn't help with anything since they didn't manage vrbo. The carpets especially in the hallways need cleaning tho after seeing the how dirty the parking garage was, I can see how difficult that would be to keep clean.

The location of slopeside apartments is VERY convenient. Ski out is very easy. Skiing back can be a little harder, since you have to work your way over to Mary Jane side of mountain, and be able to ski at least some blue slopes before reaching the hotel. This particular apartment unit had 2 bedrooms, which was great for our family of 4. Being able to cook and do dishes was nice, since restaurants in the village close early at 7 or 8pm. My only nitpicks are as follows... - This is more of a Zephyr Lodge issue, since we experienced it both times we've visited, in different apartments. Rooms get HOT at night, even after turning both thermostats completely off. We had to open patio door to let in cool air, which then resulted in extreme dry air due to heated air competing with cold. We found humidifiers in closet, which helped some, but it was hard to get temp in comfort zone for sleeping. - The leather couches were nice, but aging. The cushions would not stay on, kept sliding forward. Might need to get some stickum or just replace the couches. It kind of made the place feel a little run down, but should be a simple fix. Otherwise, we had a great time, and will return to Winter Park yet again some day, and will likely stay at the Zephyr again.

Within yards of skiing; clean property, plenty of room for 7, only "complaint" is beds could be a little more comfortable but definitely would stay here again!

We had a great time at this amazing location. Everything was great and the proximity to the slopes was perfect. Beds and couch could be a bit better, but overall still 5 stars!

We couldn't have been closer to the ski hill and the property was very nice and plenty of space for the 4 of us.

We stayed here in February 2022 with my in-laws, my husband, and our 8 year old and 4 year old. The kids slept on the bunks just fine and the master bath was big enough for the 4 of us. I'd love black-out blinds or curtains on the bedroom windows, but that is a personal preference. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed and the condo unit was comfortable for 6 people. Easy access out the front door to restaurants, shops, and the lifts. You can ski down to the gondola from the back door. I would say it's a good 100 yard walk to the Gemini lift from the condo front door, but it's all paved until the very end. I would suggest staying here.

Our family had a great vacation staying Slopeside at Winter Park. This condo was perfect for the five of us. This unit was very clean, well stocked & just steps away from the Gondola. Will be back again next year.
