Condo was nice and clean

There was no wifi for the entirety of our stay with no attempt to rectify. My husband had a work conference last Friday and was unable to do so because of an alleged outage. we had friends in the same building with Cox wifi that had no issues. Weather was poor one day of our stay. Also, there were no toiletries such as shampoo etc. provided in the twin bathroom as it was advertised. Not having wifi was a huge disappointment with no one from management seeming to care or attempt to assist.

This review is not a reflection of the work and efforts done by the management company, but rather the issues the owner of the condo should address. My family and I decided to spend a few days around the New Year on the beach and we were very excited to book this condo. Pictures did not lie, it was perfect! The good: condo was impeccably clean, kitchen was well stocked, mattresses firm, the location is great, no wait time for elevators, plenty of restaurant options near by. It was also very quiet. We did not use the pool as it was closed and water was cold. Beach was very nice. The rule not to have tents and canopies on the beach did not bother me, as we had a couple of umbrellas and these were allowed. Now for the bad. While the listing mentions that there is free wifi and there is cable/satellite TV - none of that was available. Yes, there is a wifi router in the condo, but it is not connected to anything. You can connect your devices but there is no internet. Same with TVs. There are 3 TVs in the condo. Bedroom TVs did not have any signal. Cable box which was connected to the TV in the main room was not activated - every channel displayed an error message saying "you need a subscription to watch this channel". TV itself is a Roku tv, but Roku was not activated either, (and what's the point - there is no internet anyway). So I texted and called the management company, they got back to me very quickly and promised to get the issues fixed. Later I got a message saying that Internet and cable is provided by HOA and the owner of the condo has some issues with them. Management said they will try to get a hold of the parties and get this sorted out. That was the last message I got. Needless to say - nothing was fixed. I ended up using my cell phone as a hotspot and watching NY entertainment on my laptop. Disappointed is not even a word to describe it. At this day and age Wifi and TV is pretty much an essential necessity in every rental property. I am not sure if Management company could verify if everything was working before renting this condo, I give them benefit of the doubt, but in general this is not really acceptable. So, future renters beware - verify with the company if everything is in the working order before renting this condo. Hence 3 stars.

Great two bedroom right on the beach. Not a busy area, but close to everything. We really liked the privacy of the elevators only servicing two condos on each floor---never had to wait on the elevator. The balcony is not huge, but perfect for two.

The apartment was clean, and in a very nice location.

The room well cleaned and the view was amazing. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely come back again.

Condo was clean and comfortable for our visit to Perdido. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking for the family. Property manager was very communicative and quickly addressed questions.

The overall property is wonderful.

Easy check in and communication was excellent

We’ve stayed at Perdido Towers for several years. Love the location. Two things I wasn’t happy with. The $100.00+ for using the VRBO website wasn’t pleasant. The beach beach rules were not inforced. Loud music was played right next to us. We payed for beach chairs, they did not. Fortunately we were able to move.

This property was pleasingly cozy, very clean, attractive, serene with unforgettable ceiling to floor window views. We enjoyed waking up to the panoramic beach front view from the master bedroom. The area was quiet and gave us the feel of privacy as we were not inundated by a traffic of other vacationers. The property management was expedient in communication and accommodations. We look forward to visiting this property in the near future.

The views from the master bedroom, balcony, and living room were beautiful ❤️ easy trip down to the beach...the kids loved the pool! Kitchen was equipped with all that we needed. The washer and dryer was a huge plus! We had a nice stay!

My family of three had a lovely time at this property. The common grounds and pool were kept very clean and maintained. The beach is so close! Makes it easy foreveryone to come to the beach at their own pace.

The condo was beautiful with a great view of the beach. The location is perfect. Also the security of the complex was great.

I can't say enough about this property! Great location, great beach area, great pool. Sense of security also which is important. The actually unit is stocked with all kitchen items which makes it nice to do a few meals instead of going out for every meal. Also the communication was constant throughout our stay. Highly recommend this unit!

Everything was excellent. Well stocked, clean and had a great view. Could not ask for anything better.

Nice building but really disappointed that while masks are required most tenants did not wear them and small elevator areas tight. When I reminded 2 people they yelled obscenities at me. I wouldn’t go back during COVID. Laundry and workers didn’t have them on either. Very disappointing!

When staying in Pensacola again will be the first place I look for

The condo was great, it was having to stay on hold until you reach someone, if you could even reach them.

We just left and already can't wait to visit again. This property is even better in person, and was perfect for our family of four. The condo is beautiful, very comfortable, clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed during our stay including views of the gulf, and direct access to the quiet well-kept beach. The management was responsive and patient with any questions or requests, and the residents were so friendly and helpful. We will be back as soon as possible.

This condo was exactly what the pictures show. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything you could possibly want. Great location and beautiful view. Would definitely return to this place.
