Condo was sooo nice and clean. It had everything you will need to accommodate your stay. Will definitely be going back.

Great location

We absolutely loved our stay and will be coming back. This unit is super close to the parking garage (basically right across the hall) as well as pool access. Everything about the accommodations were fabulous and stacy was quick to help with whatever/respond. The only complaint was that the stove top was the best to utilize as it was a little clunky due to being older and the floors got pretty dirty easy. We actually bought a swiffer to clean the floors every day during our stay. Overall 5 stars though. Perfect location if you have little ones, the pool area, splash pad and beach are so great! Our little guy had a blast. The proximity to everything makes it easy for parents to have a good time with wild toddlers!

Our family enjoyed a beautiful week on the beach at Stacy's condo. Walking distance to the boardwalk and convenient grocery delivery. My kids played all week with the beach toys and in the pool. We wished all the pools would have been heated bit overall it was a great property!

Wonderful stay! Perfect for our family of 5! Location of condo is a short walk from the pool and provides all the amenities needed! Not a great view from balcony, but 1st floor was very convenient! The beach is close and pristine and Waterscapes offers a lot for families and kids! Will be back!

Nice sized condo for 4 adults and 3 kids. Took my kids and parents to the beach for spring break. First floor and right by the parking garage and pools. Absolutely loved the location. A short walk to the beach. Everything was right there!! Will definitely be coming back!

The condo was nice. We had plenty of room for my family. It was a convenient location to the parking garage, pool and beach.

The condo was beautiful and plenty of room for our family. The access to pool and beach was easy and close. It was also walking distance to many restaurants. The owner could be reached by call or text and was very helpful. We had a great time!

We loved this condo. It was in the perfect spot to walk out to the pool or beach. There was plenty of room and it is beautiful!

My husband and I vacationed with our daughter and three grandkids at the beautiful Fort Walton Beach in Florida. The condo we stayed in was clean, (smelled like bleach :) very spacious, and beautifully decorated! All of the beds and pillows were cozy and comfy which allowed for the perfect nights rest. The way the unit is set up, it's kind of like 3 separate apartments with each one having it's own individual exit to the back patio! Very nice when you're the first one up and don't want to disturb the others by traipsing through their room. Another plus about our unit was the availability of the owner. We were confused about how to connect to the wi-fi, so my daughter called the condo owner who answered IMMEDIATELY and resolved the problem. It was reassuring to know she was there when we needed her. It was a beautiful condo, excellent location and a wonderful vacation! We will Definitely be staying there again next year! :)

We absolutely loved our stay at the Waterscape room A117. It was so clean well decorated and organized. Short walk to car port area and pool. The amenities for our 4 year old was great. I also love all the upgrades and cleanliness of the condo. Thank you for our stay! We will definitely be back in the future.

This place was perfect for us as we have a 3 year old. Close to the splash pad area. Several restaurants were within walking distance.

the condo was as nice as advertised. I can give nitpicks of minor things if you want criticism, but it was lovely overall. I do question why the cleaning fee is so high when we had to strip beds, do dishes, take out trash, etc., before leaving. For the number of people staying at the complex, it was amazingly quiet too. I would definitely stay there again

This property was Amazing! Everything was as good as if not better than described. Beautiful furnished & fully equipped with everything you could need. Lots of activities for the kiddos , great water play areas. We are already talking about coming back😉

My wife and our two young boys stayed here for a week and had a very good experience. The condo is quite spacious (it feels like about 1400-1500 sq ft or so), with 3 brs (counting the small, closet-less bunk bed room as a br) and 2.5 baths (the 2 full baths are huge). The pool area is enormous and really fun for kids, especially the lazy river and lilly pads. The entire complex is clean and well-maintained. The gym is small with very few free weights, but the machines were ideal in terms of their versatility (for example, the bench press machine allowed for flat bench, incline bench and shoulder press). The beach is beautiful, about a half of a mile from the long fishing pier and shops, with plenty of seating with umbrellas for residents/guests. The grocery store is probably just under a mile away, and there are a handful of restaurants within walking distance (Destin is more developed, and about a 5-10 minute drive away). We would recommend the big water park, Big Kahuna, in Destin, at least in the off season. Although it was $40/person, there were virtually no lines for any of the slides; we were there 6.5 hours and went on a million slides due to it not being crowded. The condo rental price was very reasonable, because we went at the beginning of the "off season", when FL kids are back in school. Overall, this place is an excellent option for a family vacation.

Perfect location on the first floor. Close to the parking garage and pool. No stairs and no need to wait for an elevator. The owner went above and beyond our expectations. Our friends and family enjoyed our stay. We will be staying here again. Thank You

We loved staying at A117 at Waterscape!!! We have three small children and this condo was PERFECT!!! There are a TON of beach toys provided (along with a beach cart), so no need to worry about bringing beach supplies! We also found an unbrella stroller, booster seat, and pack and play available in the closets for our use. There is a broom, mop, and vacuum provided to help keep the floors as sand-free as possible. The unit was very clean when we arrived and the owner was very prompt if I had a question or request. There is not a view from the balcony (it looks at the hotel beside Waterscape), but that is not a big deal for us because we don’t allow our kids on the balcony. We LOVED staying in this unit and will definitely stay here again when visiting Waterscape!!!!

This condo is so convenient. 1st floor close to garage and pool entrance. The condo is equipped with a rolling cart to take all your things to the beach. The included beach service is also an added bonus. It is in walking distance to the pier and the restaurants. We will definitely book again.

This property is very nicely furnished, and the owner of this property is wonderful to work with. The entire process was easy and made our vacation truly enjoyable. The bunk beds are a plus for children, and the chest full of beach toys are such a thoughtful touch. We would love to stay at this property again!

Had a great time in Fort Walton and staying at Waterscape. The room was very neat and my family had a great time during our stay. The pool areas were very clean and maintained. This was recommended by a friend and I am very happy that we went.
