Kamer was prima, warm. Fijn bed. Heerlijk ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijke hosts.

Er is geen deur naar de 2e slaapkamer (met 3 bedden), dus minder privacy voor degene die daar slaapt. Was ff zoeken naar de lichtknopjes van de kamer (zaten buiten de kamer). Als mensen boven liepen hoorde je het wel erg goed.

The cottage is so beautiful. Everything was clean, comfortable and felt like home. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The hospitality was amazing!

My wife, son and I stayed for one night on our way across to Susteren in The Netherlands. The location was extremely convenient to the E40 and about an hours drive from the Dunkirk Ferry Terminal. The property was delightful and our room, very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The hosts, Marleen & Francoise were so lovely. We were offered a drink when we arrived and given some great advice on where to walk and where to eat in the village. Altogether, it was a lovely experience and we would thoroughly recommend Kasteelhof van Loppem to anyone wanting to stay in this area.

Exceptional breakfast and hospitality

Owners, very friendly and helpful. Spacious house with a soul, a bit remote in a quite area. Excellent breakfast.

Beautiful farm house with lovely interiors and garden, with very friendly and helpful hosts. Lovely little dog called Nixon. Great fresh breakfast with homemade apple juice and fresh fruit, and eggs from the hosts’s hens who roam free in the garden.

Kasteelhof van Loppem offers excellent, first class accommodation in beautiful relaxing grounds. The hosts are wonderful and everything about our stay was perfect. Our room was spacious and comfortable and designed to the highest standards and it was nice to enjoying the outdoor areas. Cafes and restaurants are 5 mins walk and Loppem is a stones throw away from Brugge. Far better to stay here than in Brugge itself.

Kasteelhof van Loppem is perfect in every way.

Carefully preserved heritage property with charming features and friendly, helpful hosts. Huge comfortable bed in our room. Spacious grounds with sheep, chickens, a cottage garden and orchard, giving the feel of a rural stay within easy reach of Bruges. Good breakfast. Safe parking.

By necessity some walls were almost literally paper thin.

Everything was amazing, especialy hosts

Frank and his wife were very nice and welcomed us to their beautiful house/hotel. We were very grateful for all the assistance and information they gave us. I’m they even helped me with my toothache and what to do 🙂. We have two little girls and they absolutely loved playing around the garden and playing with the animals, especially the chicken. The breakfast was also great with a personal touch from the hosts and excellent quality ingredients. Frank was super nice also when we left and gave my two girls small gifts. Thank you for the nice memories and we hope we can come back again.

Our hosts were exeptionally accomodating despite us booking late and arriving late at night.

Lovely place and lovely host, parking is easy and convenient to visit Bruges. The host gave us some recommendations too. The outdoor space and garden were really nice.

It was cold in the room and the in the bathroom which meant we couldn’t really take a shower.

Kasteehoff van Loppem is easily reached from the motorway which goes past Brugge It is set on a smallholding with a few sheep, lambs and chickens. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was roomy and well-appointed with a separate toilet. Our hosts were lovely, very solicitous, offering drinks on our arrival and making sure we had everything we needed. As well as tea and coffee-making facilities in our room there were extra supplies in the breakfast room downstairs available all day. The continental breakfast was great with fresh eggs from the chickens and huge pastries as well as a specially prepared fruit salad. Nothing was too much trouble.

Amazing! The room and the bathrom are very good. The bed is very comfy. There is a coffe and tee. The hosts (Marleen and Francois) are very nice and communicative. There is a lot of parking space if you come by car. Breakfast is freshly prepared and very tasty, partially from the self made products. Definitely I would stay once again and I can recommend that for you as well!

Lovely quite location. Rooms specious and very clean. Sheep and geese on the property with fresh eggs in the morning. Owners very nice, welcoming and supportive to any requirements
