My family of 4 (2 adult girls) just love staying here! The girls have their own space with bedroom and bath and we have ours. In fact, the primary bathroom is my favorite space in the unit - so bright and roomy! Although the balcony view is very special. All of the drinks and snacks left for us was so appreciated and the fact that they do that goes a long way!!! Thanks for another great stay and we will be back!!! Debra I

Wow, Aquamare provided such a wonderful experience in St. John that I can't say enough about it. The place was beautifully designed and spacious for me and my husband and my parents. The St. John picture when you first walk in is stunning.. The master suite is amazing with a huge walk in shower with tons of jets, a nice king size bed, mounted TV, and private balcony. The place was equipped with almost everything we could need which was a nice surprise- toiletries, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, K cups and creamer, loads of bath and pool towels, a locker filled with beach and pool supplies, and more. Some of the nicest touches were a cabinet stocked with personalized Aquamare yeti tumblers (we really enjoyed using these), personalized Aquamare koozies, and personalized Aquamare towels. There was also a bottle of Cruzan Rum waiting for us which was lovely. Other guests had left some other liquor, drinks, and non-perishable items so that was nice to use too! Wifi was great. The temperature was a little warmer than we were used to but its obvious that the AC has a hard time keeping up with the heat and constant in/out that a place like this warrants. The main balcony is small but you can sit 4 people (3 comfortably in my opinion) and overlook the most beautiful view of Cruz Bay. You're also right above the pool and its nice to have a very short walk there. Desmond met us at the ferry and transported us and our baggage to our room and it was so nice having that. Everyone on the team was super great with communication beforehand. We chose to have all our groceries delivered to our place before we got there and I highly recommend it! The only suggestion I have for improvement is some upgraded pillows! Overall 10/10!!

This property is absolutely wonderful! It was stocked with everything we could’ve possibly needed, from beach chairs and towels, to coolers, yeti cups and coozies! I also loved that local snacks and drinks were left in the frig for us! We visit St John every year and have never stayed so close to Cruz Bay. It was a nice short walk to get to the restaurants and shopping. We rented a Jeep to get to the beaches but could’ve definitely been fine without a car. We will definitely visit Aquamare again!

Aquamare was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed! It was beautiful and well stocked with anything that you could need. It was a great location, very clean and comfortable. There were many details that made it special - from Yeti mugs in the perfect shade of blue to light weight quick dry towels to bring to the beach. It also included a parking space, which is very helpful in St. John. I would absolutely try to stay here again on future trips to St. Iohn!

We had a fantastic time in St John. This was our 3rd time but our kids 1st time. The condo was beautiful, Great location, great views. We stayed at Grande Bay previously but not this unit. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved celebrating my 35th wedding anniversary here at Aquamare! Enjoyed the condo and location in Cruz Bay! Beautiful view, very nice property and gracious friendly staff. Easy walk to restaurants and boat rentals. Will definitely be back.

We were 2 couples, active 70ish who stayed for a week. The condo was beautiful, with great views and a prime, hilly, but walkable location. There were a couple of minor problems the first day that were all fixed within a few hours of e-mailing the property manager. We did not have a car, but could get to all the shopping and restaurants in Cruz Bay, the grocery store, and Frank's Bay for snorkeling. From the condo we could also access to two hiking trails, Caneel Hill, and Lind Point. The outside balcony was perfect for morning coffee and watching the boats come and go. Everything was beautiful, just like the photos. We all highly recommend.

We have stayed in numerous condos at Grande Bay, but this condo was truly the best! The online pictures and descriptions are exactly what you get! The views, parking spot, decor, and amenities are exceptional. I highly recommend Estate Enighed!

We all really enjoyed our stay at your condo. There were plenty of towels, blankets, cookware, dishes, etc. and the use of the beach stuff was great

Enjoyed our stay at The Grand Bay Resort. Aquamare Condo was beautiful, easy walk to Ferry, Taxis, Restaurants, Shops.

Loved everything about our stay. I personally need a bit cooler sleeping option and the washing machine needs some attention. The rubber gasket is getting full of mold and mildew

My husband and I stayed at Aquamare for 1 week in November. Another couple was supposed to join us but had to cancel at the last minute. It was so nice to have Desmond pick us up at the ferry. We have stayed at other units many times but never had someone pick us up. We loved the snacks from Sam and Jack’s Deli in the refrigerator. There were so many little things I did not expect in this unit that were so great and convenient. They had coolers and chairs in the locker too. It took me a couple days to figure out all the lights. I left some Captain Morgan for the next rum lover. View was magical. Thank you Amanda for being a wonderful host :)

Let me tell you… this is THE place to be in St John! Aquamare is simply, FANTASTIC. It all starts with the tremendous owner Amanda who was able to help save a family trip before school started for my son and daughter, after multiple cancellations to other villas in St John (glad those others overbooked us). Tishelle, at Crandall was fantastic with helping secure a grocery order (even delivered and set up at the suite before arrival), as well as a crib and toys for my almost 2yr old daughter. She also was able to provide a contact to a local driver, Seldon, before we were able to secure a Jeep for a few days, as well as providing a few Date Night spots for my wife and I. Upon arrival we were greeted by Desmond who was able to help take us up to Aquamare… that’s when the fun really began! The beautiful views, the close proximity to all that St John has to offer, and of course the meticulous 2 Bedroom suite that Amanda has put together, are, BREATHE taking! This suite has it ALL, and then some! Without going into too much detail, Amanda was also able to help support some changes for us, which my family and I are forever grateful for! Thank you Amanda for EVERYTHING… and to those thinking about reserving Aquamare, type as fast as you can on that keyboard, and reserve this suite, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT, and it fills up FAST. I don’t believe in goodbyes, so it’s a see you soon Aquamare! Once again, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

We had a last-minute reservation. The property management team and owner were amazing in how they worked to accomodate us! The property was beautiful, amazing views, and a perfect location on Saint John! We’d give them more that 5-Stars if we could!!

This property is fantastic!! We had such a wonderful stay. Amanda is so helpful and answered any questions we had. She has thought of so many little things that just made our stay so perfect! The property managers, Crandall on St. John were also awesome helping us getting acquainted with property and grocery provisioning. Everything about this place is top notch!! The condo was in a great location with a spectacular view! The refrigerator had many "Welcome Goodies" for us!! It was a nice touch!! The Crandall on St John management group was great too! They arranged for a ride from the ferry for us and a walk through of the condo. We would revisit!!!!

It was our first visit to St. John and I believe we stayed at one of the best places on the island! The room was well stocked with all necessary things like laundry detergent, coffee, dishes, spices for cooking and we even got a complimentary bottle of rum. The property management team was easy to communicate with and very prompt if we had any concerns. We had a little issue with getting the door to lock properly but it was resolved! We would definitely go back and stay at the Aquamare again!!

Nothing is perfect, but this place was close. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider returning.

Aquamare was a great vacation rental. It was walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The inside was decorated very pretty and the kitchen was well stocked. It was a nice surprise to see the welcome goodies in the fridge upon our arrival. The owner Amanda was quick to respond to my emails and was very helpful. We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was spotless (much appreciated during COVID) and the perfect size for our family with plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect being right in Cruz Bay where we could walk to dinner every night and also loved the use of the pool at the Grand Bay. We will definitely be back!

The owner was so accommodating since there were still Covid concerns. The unit really offers the best view and so convenient to pool. Great beds.

My family of 4 stayed here. Aquamare is extremely clean and well appointed. Anything you need for the beach is provided in addition to anything in the house-the kitchen is well stocked! The beds and linens super comfy. Our 2 grown daughters had their own bed & bath and the master bed & bath is not only beautiful but so big! The best part was how spacious the unit is. We had a late flight the day we left and since no one was arriving that day we were allowed an afternoon check out which was so helpful. Loved it and will def be back!!!

What a wonderful stay we had ! Aquamare was fabulous and would love to stay again soon ! The owner was so pleasant on the phone and property managers were all smiles ! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2021 !!

Aquamare is perfectly situated in the heart of Cruz Bay. We walked to dinner with our 2 kids every night without having to worry about finding a parking spot and driving home in the St. John darkness. The unit itself was hotel clean and had every amenity one would need. The pantry was well stocked and the beach supplies were plentiful. Best of all, the owner Amanda as well as the property manager were friendly, accommodating and extremely easy to work with. We’ve already booked our trip for next and hopefully there will be many more years to come.

Aquamare is a beautiful place to stay. Our condo was immaculately clean, and wonderfully outfitted. The view is spectacular, and the location is perfect--right on the edge of town and above the beach. We would certainly stay again.

Well stocked, updated condo with easy walk into town. Beds are super comfy too. The views are amazing! Was a nice surprise to see extras in the condo like laundry detergent, welcome gifts, and coffee. Would highly recommend staying here! Nice storage area for snorkel gear and beach chairs which cut down on sand coming into the condo. Can’t wait to return.

Great location in St Cruz. The villa is very well-stocked and well-furnished. Grande Bay Villas is extremely well-run. We don’t rent a Jeep on St John because the taxis, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores are so accessible from this location - saves $$$ for other fun! Thank you Amanda!
